In fact this team deserves no star at all.I have placed an Order for my old aged parents a gift with order number # *******817 after confirming delivery address with the mayflower genet. After one day the team send a mail demanding extra money (almost 30% of the order value) or asking to come and collect. As it is my first experience with this team, i understood the team is oriented to make money some how by using unethical ways. I request my fellow friends to think twice before making an order with this team. Finally they communicated me saying they are going to give item to beggars on by behalf.

I have Ordered Midnight Bday Surprise. They never Delivered anything still not heard Back from them. No one responding anythg about the delivery and my money back. Seriously guys you ruined my whole plan. Not cool Don't trust them for Midnight Delivery Orders.

SCAM CHEATERS only respond until payment. After sharing all details and payment, they don't deliver and no response on many email followup, although while accepting order they said delivery in 2 hours. NEVER PAY ANY ADVANCE, pay in DELIVERY

I SENT AN GIFT TO MY BROTHER FOR RS. 2300 BUT AFTER RECEIVING MY MONEY THEY SAID AREA UNSERVICABLE, NO REFUND OR NO CREDITNOTE ISSUED BY THEM TILL DATE... KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK...THEY R NOT RESPONDING NOW TO MY MAILS.

Fraudsters at its best. Asked them specifically if they can make the delivery before ordering. Ofcourse can't make the promise. Asked for refund, they cleaning BS about their terms and condition. Thank goodness I used CC to pay for this. Will get my money back in 12 days. These guys turned special occasion into a frustration. Messaged my father after accusing him of cheater. Very Worst Services please don't go through these guys complete scam. I ordered worth of 4400 rupees but they delivered me worth of 1500 rupees.

I have paid 1400/- for customized order. They didn't deliver. I lost my money and emotions.

They will help only till payment. Later nobody will respond. Totally Fraud site. Sent 25 mails but no response. No contact number.

I had ordered flowers online through this site. After purchase these customer support team are saying they havent received the finds yet. Upon calling bank funds are already release and has to be with the merchant. They simply take money and do not deliver the product. Fake website do not fall for it.

They are complete cheats and a scam taking money and not delivering on their promise, first they accept order, stating they deliver at the address shared, after sharing all details and payment, they don't deliver and no response on delivery status, although while accepting order they said same day delivery. FINALLY THEY DONT DELIVER THE ORDER, STATING THEY CANT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS GIVEN, and refuse to refund the money. Cheats will never succeed by scamming people. Shameful behavior.

The cake was supposed to be delivered on 3rd of October but they sent an email during the last moment that we needed to pay them extra 300 because the delivery location was away from their place which could be collected after the delivery time itself, the cake was not delivered on the given date as well as the cake was damaged when it got delivered on 4th of October and when we complained them about the condition of the cake they didn't speak to us properly and the mail that they sent after we complained them about it was pathetic and intolerant

Ordered as per the online instructions on 1st of Oct for the cake. Paid Rs 2400 as attached below.
Chosen date for delivery was 3rd Oct- but cake delivered on 4th Oct after the birthday.
Cake was crushed when my daughter received it day after her birthday.
They are sending me rude emails when I am sharing my distress.

I order a birthday cake for 05 oct 2023. They send me a email just before delivery time, that i need to pay extra 400 Rs for delivery. They didnt tell anything when i order cake.on delivery date only they telling my delivery location little far so need to pay extra. And i try to contact customer serice. They told me customer service only for sales support, need to email other addred. Because of theri bad service i lose my aunts birthday cake cutting ontime

They took money but didn't deliver.
Called customer care no response and emailed them they didn't respond. Be very careful, we lost our money.

This is a fraud company, I ordered a cake from them on 2nd September which was one and a half kilo cake and a chocolate bouquet which had 16 pieces of chocolates. I ordered from them, they are saying to pay us now, I paid them only then and After that when I asked them yesterday that I have given them the time of 11:00 to deliver the cake, then I sent them a message on the same number on which I had placed an order and they said that they are on our email ID. Message me, you will get complete information from there, so I mailed them on their email ID, they have not received any reply till date. We have been calling on the number which was on their email ID since yesterday. A girl picks up the call and disconnects the phone. Then she picks up, then disconnects the phone, we messaged them again, they are not getting any reply, this is a fraud company, all the children, whatever you buy from them, go and buy it from the shop yourself, never order online.
