www.myflowergift.com is completely delivery wrong and low quality items we ordered. Charging for extra for fixed timing and they not delivering on that time. I have ordered 3000 rs and delivered worth of 500 rs items. Asking money after after the website payment. Some items are not delivered. Customer support is very good until the payment. After that, they do not even reply to the message

I had a terrible time dealing with them(Order number *******257 - Delivery request on 26/06/2023). I've included my order information and email exchanges I had with them. There is still certain product that haven't been delivered between which I already paid. Also you can see from the picture itself the cake what i ordered and what i received. Also i shocked to hear from the person who made the cake and delivered us that they got an order from May flower Gift for Rs 1200, for which I had paid Rs.4600. And a Rs.2900 paid for the dress is still not received! How lucky I am! They don't return my calls or mails, and they're not willing to issue a refund either. Evidently, they won't otherwise they wouldn't engage in such scams.

And their phone support service has a lot of personality. They are well-trained in how to be nice before taking orders and horrible afterward.

My daughter ordered 5 white lilies with vase and 1 kg strawberry cheese cake. She paid a total of Rs.3675/-
They sent 4 strands of purple orchids with chrysanthemums and half kg chocolate cake.

So both items were inferior. Even after messaging them with proof of pictures they don't respond.

Total cost of what they sent would not exceed 1600/- and they charged 3675/-

THIS IS OPEN CHEATING AND FRAUD. THIS COMPANY AND OWNERS WILL BURN IN HELL.

I ordered a 20 red rose bouquet and cake for my friends birthday through them, upon telling they said we can deliver that location. It cost arround 2000 rs. On the day of delivery date they told the location is out of city so they need additional 300rs for delivery. Finally I Paid that amount, after that there is no response for two days. I was keep on followping through email and whatsap. After that they said we tried delivery but not answered. So i gave them different number. Finally on the next day they delivery the gift. But the delivered gift has not matching what i ordered. Entirely different, with low quality. Hardly overall cost 400rs. They are scammer. Don't any spent money on it.

Terrible service, the cake arrived all messed up, the roses didn't arrive at all! They ruined my surprise!

Placed and paid for my order. However few hours before delivery they mailed asking for more money and when tried to connect with them, there was no response on mail, WhatsApp or contact nos. So neither was my order delivered and neither my money refund. No apologies no explanation. Horrible experience. They are running a big scam looting people.

I ordered strawberry cake with flower and they delivered vanilla cake with chocolate.

It's a fake website. Another way of cheating. They don't deliver and after payment don't respond to your phone calls or email or wtsapp.Don't fall for it

Fake website. Promised delivery on 30 August 2023 and today is 05 Septemebr 2023 and they did not deliver it. I lost 2500 Rs. Dont buy anything if you value your money

It did not deliver the product I ordered. Moreover, the customer service through email as well as phone was terrible. Used very poor language to address the issue such as open your eyes and no one has the time to read your rubbish email.

Please dont purchase from them. Once open website there is customer service window, they will very polite and caring and give all commitment until you place and pay your order. After that you ask about your delivery delay/not delivery then they will say we are only sales team. Then they will provide one customer care email address. But nobody will reply for your emails and nobody caring about your order. After I contact customer care phone number and nobody answering the call and ringing you will get voice message option. I have booked same day delivery but next day also not delivered and nobody. My 1199 lost and there is no return policy. Nobody taking care your concern. I have lost my happiness and money because of them.

Cheaters. They will hurry you to book the order and never deliver. Don't trust these guys. Their customer service is every bad

Worst service and biggest frauds in the market. They didn't deliver the ordered items and Neither returned the cash. There is no response for the mails, chats or phone calls after placing orders. Terrible Customer care services...

I have ordered bday cake from this website(https://www.myflowergift.com/) on 5/7/2023 for next day standard delivery before 7PM. They never delivered the cake before 7PM and when i contacted them for a refund they said they wont refund and check their terms and conditions, then they said they cant deliver to this location, if so they should have informed at the time of order. Please expats never order from this site, the customer care is so rude and unpolite and never helpful, You will end up losing your money and the time. They are frauds.

I made a mistake that I didn't go through the reviews before and I paid the price for it.

I wanted to surprise a friend on her birthday so, made an order but they surprised me that it never got delivered. I was charged extra 400 that Sikkim is not under their coverage area blah blah...
As people are commenting they are fraud they'll message you, follow up before you make an order once the order is done, money taken! Doom they'll stop responding. I was making international calls to follow up and a HOE so called Aditi God knows if that is her real name is shouting instead of showing empathy. What a HOE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST. We placed an order for Rs 6500, plus Rs 200 for quick delivery of a wreath. The order we received was not even worth Rs 1000. We did not get a wreath, but a small bouquet of flowers held together. We have been embarrassed by these people. They have not replied to any of our emails or phone calls after receiving our money. Before we paid the money they were very quick and responded very well, so please don't get caught by these cunning people. BEWARE of such scammers. Our biggest fault was not ready the reviews-PLEASE READ all reviews before ordering anything.
