Dear all., Don't order anything from this fake site.
Actually I'm also not using this site but by mistakenly my order gone to this. Then I thought ok at least I ordered and they will deliver but the order I didn't received and they were telling foolish excuses and no respond for a long time. The after one week they told cancelled and will issue credit note but that one also still not received. They don't give any proper reply also.
So for the better am telling everyone who's ordering to their loved ones. Please don't order from this fake site.

Note: I admit my mistake before ordering I didn't check from where I'm ordering coz of that I got an experience like this. So beware thanks

I ordered a birthday cake through this site,it was the worst experience in my life. They taken the cash and even extra 200 for the fixed time delivery. Then I get to know the cake not delivered at time. I tried to send emails and rang customer service and they hang up in me. Later send an email,that they need extra 200 for the delivery because it's too far. I even paid it. But cake not delivered address and they keep saying they delivered to same address. They never attend the calls,bad way of talking from a lady,they don't know how to deal with customers. They supposed to check the delivery address when place the order and should be confirmed the delivery before the promised time. But even the day later it's not delivered. I never face such an issue from any sites. I regret the decision in making the decision to choose this site. Please don't cheat anymore.every moment and every penny is valuable. I don't recommend this site at all. Don't be fool by choosing the site. They never been even return the money or apologize the customer.

This not an company only one person frauding to all the people last year i have place order they havn't deliver the cake and saying delivered. Who is answering the calls she is very rood and Arraignment without complet the conversation she drop the phone. It's complete fraud please put in cyber police how they cheating the people. This is my second experience with Bengalore how the cheat the people. It's high tech city for hightech cheat people.

They will not send the right items which we have selected and paid… order cake and flowers and not recieved the right onr i have choosed… no writings has been added and customer care team not answered properly

I had ordered a cake, money plant and chocolate box for my dad's birthday and requested for fixed time delivery for which I paid 200 extra. Next day I didn't get it on that time and when I tried to contact whatsapp they said to send mail to support and when I mailed they said they will check with branch and then again when I contacted they said I need to pay extra for delivery as it is bit far. Already I had lost 200 and then they asked for delivery charge extra also. I said ok bcz I wanted my order. Then there was no response. I think I mailed them around 5 times and then I got one reply saying they will deliver by evening. When the package came I could see that the money plant which I ordered was with ceramic pot and this was in a plastic container with leaves all dull and not fresh. The cake had writings with spelling mistake. They had always mentioned I will receive mail once delivered. That also I didn't get. This is not the first time I am sending gifts to india but to be frank this is my first experience. Luckily they have not given a feedback form in their page. Complaint should be filed against such frauds.

I ordered for a anniversary gift combo of cake and flower with add on of chocolates.They delivered Cakes without flowers.In exchange of flowers they delivered chocolotes.Add on chocolates are also missing,i contacted customer care but no respose,reminder mails and whatsapp chat also also not replying.very unsatisfying experience.

It's a SCAM. They will never deliver the gift and they will never pick call afterwards and no refund.

Please help customers by specifying charges clearly at first place. Three times in row they asked for additional charges after order confirmation. Worst part is they will only come back once we ask status of order. Quality of products is good but customer service is ruining it.

Horrible customer service. Will take your money and then demand more. When you cancel your order they don't refund your money but offer store credit so you're forced to buy from them even though you don't want to. Plus if you email them the staff is horrible! Stay away! Seriously.

I had ordered for 50 flowers and 1 kg cake, but when received.it came as 40 flowers and 0.5 kg cake, that too not the design that was shown on the website. The whatsapp number person tells us to contact thru email and she abruptly cut the call.

I got the mail that my order got cancelled at the very last moment i keep on trying their customer care but no response from their side
They gave me a credit note which is valid for 1 year. But I don't know how am I supposed to use it if they can't deliver my product
The customer care lady behaviour is really harsh full.

Didn't deliver the item. No response from them at all. No refund processed after request. Why this kind of idiots runs business.

They agreed a same day delivery and was unable to deliver. They didn't informed me that they were not able to deliver. When I asked they said they can deliver a cake instead of flowers and no one answer the phone. So please stay away from this site. No refund either. Please don't do business with this people. Absolute scam.

They never delivered my order on my wife birthday and later when i asked an update they said the item is not available and cannot be delivered and later provide me with a credit note. I tried using that later and asked me to pay 400 rupees for delivery. They did not deliver second time as well. Their language in support is very bad and the money is gone. Never get scammed people. Stay away.

While making the order you will get support through whatsapp for making payment, after they wont don't provide good service, I ordered two items they delivered only one item when enquired about the other item through whatsapp asked me to contact through *******@myflowergift.com from which you will never get any reply. Tried to contact through phone no reply and money is gone!. Please be careful

I had place an order in advance for today and this morning you cancel my order and you have given the money in the wallet and the wallet is not visible on your website. I had sent you an email but there was no response. I wanted you to delivery both my orders today. I have try to call this number it is invalid *******245 this number is switched off *******541 this number is not valid *******755 this number is going on hold *******684. I want you to refund the amount for both my order in my account this unacceptable. My order number ******* Rupees 994 my order number ******* Rupees 1094.

ADITI from banglore was rude and arrogant. Company is fraud, they dont answer the calls of refund but new order they will take seconds to pick.
They could deliver the cake on occasion day due to lack of tools and facilities and manpower.
Cake got spoiled in middle of delivery due to heat imagine. Company has no poor mode of communication no WhatsApp no calls only emails that too informal emails.
No customer satisfaction, only concern about SALES, no after-sales services. The staff is arrogant. They need training in customer relations.
No humanity website says blahh blahh about many things none is off it is true.
Very manipulated company.
They are no refund but what they can offer is Credit note on which in spite of 2 kg they will deliver 1 kg normal cake coz reason is cake gets spoil in middle seriously.

I ordered 1 birthday cake with Bunch of Flowers and adon chocolates, with a special instruction for suspense gift delivery with Fixed Delivery time. They transfer the order to the nearest local worst bakery, they don't aware about even" The Bunch of Rose", instead of rose the make rose flower design on cake. Then they called the customer regarding the cake order (My instructing was suspense gift). The Fixed Delivery time was before 4 Pm, they called the customer on 6 Pm and instruct collect from their baker, because they don't have enough staff. I request them to Refund the cash for Roses and Fixed Time delivery. There is no positive reply.
