I placed my order on March 20th, worth RS 3550 including midnight delivery charges. Before placing the order, I confirmed several times whether midnight delivery was possible or not. But no one delivers any item on time and when I contacted them on Whats App they left a message to email them if there is any problem.The next morning they emailed me that the item was not available, please order an alternate item. They had plenty of time to let me know they couldn't help us. When I asked about the refund they are ready to deliver the cake but they can't deliver the flowers.These people ruin my day and spoil my surprises. I don't advise anyone to deal with them. There is no more option to choose zero star rating or I will do that. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.! BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS..

I wish there was a negative star rating. I wouldn't even give these guys a 1 star - unfortunately it was mandatory for the post. These guys used to be good in the last couple of years as I've sent gifts through them without any issues but not anymore... They don't show you hidden charges. You pay for your package and then when it comes time to deliver, they send you another email with delivery charges (when on the initial order it was FREE. They are SUPER bad with communication, they don't answer calls and when they do, they are EXTREMELY rude and have a don't care attitude. They have hung up on me when asking for delivery ETA's and are very very unprofessional.
My advice - DO NOT USE their service, you will regret it!

I checked with the customer care before ordering the cake and they assured me that they will be delivering the cake on time. But non of them responded and the delivery is not made as assured. Very pricy and no quality as well. If i had 0 star option i would prefer to give even Negative star.Your Order #*******432

Its fake site and i lost my dignity due to this order.only waste of time and money.
What we are ordering and what they are delivering is too much difference. They deliver cake of 2 day old one

If you are planning to surprise your loved ones, these people will spoil it 100%. Even after continuous follow ups and requests, the flowers were not delivered within the said time and was not delivered on the same day.
Such a 3rd class service. I strongly recommend people not to opt for such a useless piece of $#*!.

Had a horrible experience with them. Never ever recommend to anyone.
While selecting for the flowers the i had requested sales person if they have Lilly flowers in stock. The person confirmed not only that it is availble but also confirmed that it could be delivered within short period of time. I just to need pay little extra and the time frame.
But neither of the above happened. They delivered late and moreover instead of Lillys they just a bunch of Gerberas. Photo of the gerbera arrangement are the proof that they are not worth the money.

I had a very disappointing experience with MyFlowerGift. I ordered a bouquet of flowers, a heart-shaped cake with writing on it, and a pack of Ferrero Rocher chocolates for a special occasion. However, I received a basic round cake with no writing on it, a poorly arranged bouquet of flowers tied with a white rope, and a different kind of chocolate than the one I requested. The overall quality of the products was subpar, especially considering the high price I paid.

To make matters worse, I tried to contact the store multiple times through email, but received no response. This lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable.

I do not recommend using MyFlowerGift for any special occasion, as the quality of their products and customer service are subpar. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a more reliable and reputable flower delivery shop.

My order was not delivered on time ans when I called a lady was shouting and dint pick call after that.

Ordered a 6k products, they took money and never informed that they don't have service to kerala unless i was tracking the order after the expected delivery date.
Until now they didn't update about the products they can deliver to my address
Also they are not ready to refund the money

It's me Ajijul Haque from Qatar Doha last Monty approx 22 of January i ordered some gift for girlfriend through your website with what's app contact no.
Asper my order they delivered the item but.
The flower bouquet send that all the rose are spoil and the is individual packing the gift just like dumped in box like as normal delivery it's really disappointed. There no valu for money and loyalty the lady be she clearly tell me it's should be packed with your special sms so I send all the my sms. But nothing happens.
And on 14 delivery there was a delivery one cake and again flowers bouquet. But whatever she sow me in picture but delivery is different. Last few days I try to contact through what's app no body responds though the what's app. So I call again before 14 delivery and I tell what's happened so she tell me ok for next delivery which mean on 14 delivery we will keep in our mind. So again happen same this showing something and delivery something different it's just ignoring.
So yesterday again I put sms on what's app no response. So again I call to her and aks the fact so she telling me I am not handling what's app but before she is the one who send all the piks and link by through what's app when she talking over the phone with me. 1st they pic showing and delivery different. Sow now kindly respond and contact to me for this. And specially that when call her. Her voice and answering the way she replied it's like that I done a big mistake. Humm the mistake is that may be i trust they and order from them

I ordered an cake and flowers for a birthday, I paid 3000 and extra 200 rs for delivery also, they didn't deliver the cake & flowers and when I ask for refund they said they can't refund it's against their policy when they completely failed to deliver on time. Customer service also not good.

Bloody frauds they collect money and are dubious.
I will take legal action to get hold of these number frauds

Once i ordered, the lady did not respond to my queries. She only wants to trick the customer that how can he purchase something. Once you purchase they never respond your call or message. My advice to the higher management " if you run your business, focus on your customer satisfaction otherwise there is lot of site available"

Fake website. Idiots, stupid people. Morons. They took money and not delivering the items. Cheap people.

My order was flowers was not delivered nor was any update provided. When I contacted the customer support, they gave no apology nor explanation and sent an email as credit note. There has been no update on my request for refund. The customer support is irresponsible and rude, don't recommend them at all.

I am ordered some gifts worth of 2200 Rs and they are confirming the delivery and also I am call and reminder morning of the delivery date that time also they are told it will be delivering on time but they are not deliver it, again I am call evening they are not atten my phone and told very casually unable to deliver it so you can use cridit note within one year
After that I am trying to use credit note ( 4 times) as per instructions but they not responding and cheating me the amount of 2200 Rs
I would like to advice don't use this website they are not professional and cheating the peoples

Realy bad service also misbehaving with customers, app like this should not be entertained, faced very bad experience
