Received bad quality cake small size than the orginal order. These people are fraud. On th delivery date they are instructing the local supplier to prepare a simple cake! And the cake was reday next day.

They asked for extra payment to deliver on a particular time, but when I called in to check abou the delay in receiving. The lady on the other side of the phone showered insults. There is no other way to contact someone higher up to register even a complaint.
I've used so many online services but this was the worst ever. And seems like the customer care desk is especially trained to insult customers, because once you pay, there is nothing you can do.
If anyone from the management of this company see this, plz contact me so that I can pass you the recording of my call.

Last time when I ordered there was a double payment 2700/- due to a technical glitch from the company and till I get a confirmation from my bank this company didn't accept that they received double payment. After multiple follow ups they gave a credit note and told me I can use for future orders from their site, but asked to send them a mail with items selected. Last week I did the same, no reply at all. But after multiple follow ups, the response is "we can give chocolates". They don't have any manners to respond back properly, I saw multiple complaints about their service in social media, but too late...if you ask me they are just looters, I DO NOT RECOMMEND to any one...PLEASE DONT GET CHEATED by them...

I have placed an order for a basket of flowers, candles and a cake for my mom's birthday on January 18th and. They delivered the cake and candles but no flowers were delivered. When I reached out to inquire why the order is incomplete I just got a response "order is complete". I tried multiple times to reach out via email, chat and telephone I never got a response. In short I didn't get a response they didn't even answered the phone calls. So if you want to lose your money and have a bad day this is a very good website or else please stay away from them.

Ordered a wreath for a funeral. Expensive. Did not deliver. Did not contact recipient. Did not share POD. Total waste. Do not respond. Do not refund. WASTE and SAD. UNHAPPINESS UNLIMITED should be their motto.

They just need payment! They will not respond when we done payment.we have to fight for them to deliver and it's just a luck if they respond.

When I enquired about the product they were very friendly and responsive once done the payment they are not responding the message and their is no option to call them.all numbers are unavailable.
It's completely fake team and don't trust this website.

I had very bad experience. I have paid 3750. After that there is no responds i called several times, text, did email too. They didn't reply. They are really a $#*!ing bastards. They are cheaters, don't order anything.

My order was Bunch Of 20 Red Roses, Photo Cushion, With A Chocolate Bouquet Of Dairymilk Chocolates With Red Roses & half kg butterscotch cake with 1 Greeting card and they sent cake which they didnt mention anything in cake and flowers only after that the frauds not responding the call and messages.

Strongly disagreed and don't use this bastards for any surprises. You will loose your money.

For my Daughter's Birthday, I made online purchase for some chocolates with a requested date on 03-Dec-2022, which order was 1640 Rupees from below online site

After many follow up and complaints, they deliver the materials on 13-Dec-2022 which was totally different products from the order. Which value 270 Rupees only.

Worst service ever, I had a very bad experience with the order. They dint deliver the complete order though I ordered it 4-5 days before the occasion and very bad customer service

Order number - *******599- I ordered a gift of 4 kg mixed fruits with a few flowers for my mum's birthday in Goa from Dubai. My parents did not know the cost nor delivery details. The fruits were opened the next morning from the basket and this picture was sent by dad. I asked them at that time to weight the fruits on WA. The whole package was weighed with the basket equalling approx 3 kg. This is a special scale used for cake mixes so accurate. My parents had no reason to lie since they did not know the price etc. So no hiccups. I asked them to weigh the fruits since the fruits through the cellophane looked less for 4 kg. The lady at the phone was so low grade she asked me to send a picture of the weighing machine with the fruits- fair enougb. Unfortunately my parents had already eaten some fruits at that time. I told her look at the picture and investigate. She did not want to. Rambutans were missing and she was had the gall to tell me whether the delivery could wait for 6 months. I was charged Rs 4000. She did not tell me the rambutans could not be delivered. I told her that her imported fruits were not a one time fashion for us but a lifestyle in this part of the world and since I buy these fruits I understand quantity and numbers. She refused time and again to give the number of the manager. Well, bless her degraded manners as she never acknowledged my dissatisfaction nor had the basic intelligence to handle a customer who felt cheated. I never asked her to send more fruits. It was like hitting your head against a stone wall. She was rude, difficult and downright stupid yet conniving. We thank the driver who was the best part of the deal. So that was my first and last deal from these scammers.

Don't order anything from this worst application, it's waste of money, no value for customer, I had experience for order on this website, order cake to deliver on 13th delivered today, ordered for vanila and they sent blank boxes, for called them complaint, they abusing us, misbehaving, not cooperating. And they delivered blank box, without any address, company I'd, throwed my children's Infront and they went off... Please don't order anything from this application

This is fraud website. Please don't buy against it anything. Your money will be lost.

My husband ordered a birthday gift for me, a Ficus bonsai tree, they charged 1800 and delivered a cheap 70 rs worth ficus plant. Worst kind of service
