They don't deliver anything but they will collect money for that, when we call they will not respond then if we say something they will say we are not same they are not cheaters, fraud. When we scold them they will say there legal team take action and no respond. Please be aware of cheaters and fraud people they spoiled my one year planing

I have done the full payment and delivery charges also, they didn't delivered the order and when I asked for refund, shamelessly they are replying it's not possible.

I ordered from MyFlowerGift (Order #*******708) and had a very poor experience. They accepted my payment (₹2,383) plus an additional ₹300 delivery fee, even though my delivery address and PIN code were given in advance. After receiving the money, they told me that delivery was not possible. When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead issued a "credit voucher" with heavy restrictions (one-time use, limited validity, exclusions during major occasions). This is unfair because no service was provided. Their support was also unresponsive — I tried calling and messaging many times before getting vague replies. This is not how a professional gifting service should operate. Customers should be informed of delivery limitations before payment, and refunds should be given if the order cannot be fulfilled. I do not recommend this service.

This is a fraud site. Do not waist your money. I ordered a funeral flower arrange to deliver on June 21st to Kerala. The funeral was on June 21st, and I paid a premium to deliver this flower between 7 am and 9am. They never delivered this. On 22nd I contacted them. They simply said it was delivered. That is a pure lie. These are thieves, who is trying to pick pocket from other people. Don't fall this scam. Stay away from them. If there was an option, I would give them zero star or even below. I confirmed delivery availability with MyFlowerGift before placing an order for a colleague's wedding. Paid extra for same-day, fixed-slot delivery. Not only was the delivery missed, but there was also zero communication no call, no response to my calls, texts, or emails. The next day, they gave a pathetic excuse that the recipients number wasnt working a number I had used to speak with the person on the same day. Even after providing an alternate number and location pin, they still didnt bother to deliver or resolve anything. They didn't respond on text, very rude on call and did not provide any resolution over email. They outright refused to redeliver, did not refund and claimed that the flowers were wasted - as if it was the customer's fault when they did not inform or offer any resolution. Completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and dishonest. Never using this service again, and strongly recommend others stay away.

I believe this company to be fraudulent. I placed an order for a Valentine's Day gift, which was never delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone, email, and WhatsApp, they have not responded or issued a refund.

Furthermore, online reviews suggest that this company is engaging in similar scamming practices across India. I urge you to investigate this company and encourage other victims to file complaints. The total amount of money this company has stolen, particularly around Valentine's Day, is likely significant.

These people are fraud.They are taking money from you and after that don't take your calls and don't answer your email.They don't delever your flowers and run away after taking money from you

I had ordered an item as valentine gift and till now not delivered.
They replied saying roses are expensive and won't get what we paid for. They will not respond to your calls emails or whatsapp msgs. They didn't refund the money also. They are scammers and from the reviews I can see that they are doing this all over india. I am complaining to NCH regarding this company and please all of you has to raise complaints against this

I purchased fifty chocolates and fifty flowers for delivery on February 14,2025. I spent approximately five thousand rupees on it. I waited for delivery the following day, but it didn't come. When I called their number on the website, no one ever picked up, and the ability to chat was restricted to sales. Their support is not in vain. HUGE SCAM I am aware that several orders from this website have never been delivered.I'm filing a complaint against this since I'm confident that if I had ordered for the valanetiens day for 5,000, others would have ordered at least 100 for the same, say more than crores, for the fraudulent business they made.

I recently placed an order for flowers to be delivered as a gift. Before placing the order, we confirmed through WhatsApp that they provide delivery to my location, even at midnight on the same day. They asked me to place the order online and make the payment. However, I am now concerned that there has been no response from them, and I'm afraid the order wasn't processed. I have ordered a bunch of 50 mixed roses for INR 1733 and bouquet of 20 Cadbury chocolate for INR 1210 ( they mentioned beautiful bouquet). Instead they delivered very small bouquet of red roses and cheap basket with chocolates. I sent mail to edit the message and it was not done. Sent feedback through mail and no response as well as on WhatsApp. Definitely they are not on genuine business and having such a confidence to run it on cheating people's hard earned money.

I ordered two cakes for my daughter with specific adress. Two hours after I received an email to deposit again 300rs as delivery charge which was not mentioned earlier. I suspected fraudulent transaction and tried to communicate with them through the given whstsapp, email and chat and cancelled the order after 3 hrs. They replied that order is cancelled and will give a credit note for future use. Why should I suffer for their error. Then i searched to see that there are uncountable complaints and they are scammers. The review is written to take care not become a victim of their fraudulent online scam.

I wish I read the review before I placed the order. Since their web site said that they deliver flowers to Pudukottai, Tamilnadu- I picked them. Also talked to Riya, and confirmed that they do deliver flowers to Pudukkottai. I have all what's app message and screen shot I communicated with them. The flowers are to delivered on Dec 5th 2024- and my order # *******599. For my initial support query, they sent me a one liner that the flowers were delivered - which is a big fat lie. Now, no more emails from support nor Riya picks up my call anymore.

Worst experience ever. If I can give them negative star I would.
