Keep away from them, they have paid huge amount to SEO in order to bring their website on top in order to look authentic. I ordered flowers for 1000rs considering their delivering into my city but after passing the delivery date they emailed me for not being able to deliver flowers instead they can order cake. Upon asking for cancelling the order and refunding the amount they are not answering at all. Also, when you call on the number provided on website either they don't answer or they are not available.

These guys are frauds. They will promise you everything while booking and once you make the payment, they will start giving excuses the next day. I confirmed with them while booking if they will deliver to a particular location and they confirmed they will. However, next day they said to that location they can't send flowers, instead they can deliver cake. Why should I take some waste thing they want to give just because they have poor management? When I got in touch with their support, this time no one was responding on their live chat and their whatsapp. Only through email, they were responding in a very informal and abusive manner as if it was my fault. When I asked for refund, their response was very clear that they will not refund. I paid extra 200Rs for fixed time delivery and I lost all the money. Their name says happiness unlimited. They are only taking happiness away from you. PLEASE PEOPLE, BE CAREFUL OF THESE FRAUDS AND DON'T BOOK THROUGH THEM! THEY ARE THE NEW SCAMMERS IN THE NAME OF FLOWER GIFT.

I paid an additional 200 rupees for fixed-time delivery after 9 PM, yet my order was delivered before 6 PM. Furthermore, I ordered a piñata cake and paid extra for it, but instead, I received a regular chocolate cake.

This platform has been the worst experience in both service and customer care, and I honestly feel they operate like scammers. I placed an order with a fixed delivery time on October 31, specifically chosen for an important occasion, yet they completely failed to deliver as promised. It's appalling that businesses like this exist, exploiting people during emotional events without accountability. I intend to pursue legal action, though I'm skeptical that they'll face meaningful consequences within India's current consumer justice system

Unfortunately India is full of scammers 🤬😡

I have ordered a flower basket costing 825 for my coleague daughter on his request and the day of delivery they asked 400 extra and he was not willing to pay.It was an embarressing moment for me as i felt guilty of ruining his daughter's birthday. When Aasked for refund thay said they will give only a credit note with 1 year validity. I paid him back and i thought i will use the same creditnote for my daughter's birhday which is today.I emailed them last week and they replied to send reminder one day prior. I did the same and they promised to deliver the flower on time.when I checked with them they said the given number is not reachable.I had told them that few more deliveries had made the same day from different vendors.
Now I asked them to share the delivery boy details and they didnt reply til now.I emailed them 32 emails in this regard and no reply. I am so sorry for my daughter as she was expecting the flower for her 12th birthday.
I will not leave this and planning to take further...

They have well structured professional way to get sales and make order. Full paymen they took in advance. After that no response. They didnt deliver gift and upon questioning, they are giving pathetic response. Flowers couldnt find hence not delivered. No refund, no other plan of action. Even they dont care about legal action.

Embarassing service

Before placing the order I contacted customer service and asked if it was possible to receive the flowers before midnight because it was a gift for my wife. I am in Italy and my wife is in India and since I cannot buy them directly I am happy to be able to buy them online. After two days of delay I asked for a refund which was refused and they asked me for an extra 400 rupees to deliver otherwise they would not have delivered.
Upon arrival the flowers were old and ugly and the bouquet turned out to be very small, not to mention the chocolate which was fewer in number and of an embarrassing size.
I strongly advise against this company

They are too much cooperative prior to make any payment for our order and always calls us give hope that will provide the best delivery service for our order.Upon the payment totally different situation stopped engaging us and won't attend to our calls.Upon checked with the delivery status with the recipient,the order wasn't delivered as committed on 16 Sept 24 and no response from Myflowergift.They making easy money by create fake orders and fake promise.Tried to connect them through numerous calls and emails but no response as of today. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I paid 2500 rupees for a premium red velvet cake, and what I received was a cheap, low-quality cake worth maybe 500 rupees. Despite multiple texts, reminders, and follow-ups, they completely messed up my order.

To make matters worse, after I threatened to report them to the police, some unknown person from their team called a local cake shop (using the number ******* *******) and ordered a cheap cake, which was then delivered to me. The manager, Kshama Himmatsingka, in Hosur, Bangalore, is apparently in charge, but it seems they couldn't care less about their customers.

This kind of scammy behavior is disgraceful. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers and are just out to make easy money by deceiving people. I strongly advise against ordering anything from this site. Save yourself the frustration and go to a reputable bakery instead.

I am really disappointed that thus is the second time, they have confirmed the order and taken in the payment but not ready to deliver without additional delivery charges even though the location is confidential at the time if the order. They are not upfront and honest about the delivery costs.

Moreover, not refunding the payment on cancellation.
Will look gor a different supplier of flowers and cakes in amritsar.

Please do not order from here especially for any occasions. Absolute scam company. I had ordered birthday cake and gift box. Order didn't come on time first thing, the amount of times I had tried to reach out to them, but no response and when the cake and gift box finally arrived after 3 or 4 hours late, it looked utterly different from as shown in their website. It literally looked like they purchased a simple cake and 2 chocolates from a bakery and delivered it. I'm quite sure thats what they did. PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED!

Service was terrible, not friendly customer service and it cost only 605 /-, but they took extra money 200/- for the fixed time on 13th Saturday before 10 pm, Very next day after a long process of calling they gave 11 am 14th Sunday

You have to refund that 200 Rs to us.

Please beware before purchasing from this company. While their sales team is extremely active and persuasive prior to payment, their post-sale service is deeply disappointing. Once payment is made, they become unresponsive and negligent. I received incorrect and incomplete items that did not match the value of what I paid for. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service have convinced me that this business does not prioritize customer satisfaction. It is regrettable to say, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise don't buy anything from them

I ordered a cake and some chocolates for a birthday to be delivered. The website asked me the address, delivery time and I paid the said amount depending on my location. They even charged me extra for a delivery within a specific time. The order was never delivered and on top of that they asked me to pay extra because apparently the location was far away from their store. Then they refused to refund my money and said I could use credit the next time but they would not refund my money. Customer service was extremely rude. They basically said that I had no choice but to pay them extra if I wanted the delivery done a that they weren't a charity. Why did they even ask me my postal code on their website? Should this "extra charge" not have been determined before I ordered. I live overseas so I couldn't do anything. So bottom line the order wasn't received and I lost my 1500. It's not about the money but about the principle. I told cust service I'd rather waste my 1500 than pay them 200 extra and that they were scamming people. Person on the other side used bad words and broken English. I gotta say I did the same. I used some strong language and don't regret it. I wanted to talk to the manger or owner of the store and they wouldn't even entertain that.
Please take your money elsewhere. You won't receive your order and on top of that will be asked to pay more. There are so many reviews against these guys- I don't know why they are still operating. Heading next to complain about them to the consumer service.
Also, I've used many online services to deliver items within Goa and never faced any problems! These guys are legit scammers'
