Don't ever order from this site. The worst service they could ever provide. Requesting all the people who wanna use this site to never try it and consider this review before payment. Spoilt the surprise I wanted to give. Even called the shop like more than 50 times (without exaggeration) but did not receive and than switched up the number. I want to know if anyone could help me report this site for fraud and close down this crap business. Big time scammers

If you are NRI please do not order once they realize that you are A NRI THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER... They will never deliver neither they will answer your call they are playing with your felling's and money just wants to eat somebody money. They don't even bother to answer your email also. The lady at +91 ******* ******* this no. Has to learn how to talk with customer she acts like she is giving it us for free and rude behavior.in total this website is not good to do shopping neither you can suggest to somebody totally flop website with some garbage items in it do not go on website photos please its all fake.

I purchased a valentines gift for my wife and asked this company to deliver it on a specific day, btw I paid extra for that. That was the dumbest decision I ever made. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Anyways, now my valentines surprise ruined, I need to look for something else. I never received the parcel and lost a few thousand rupees also. THIS ENTIRE COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Myflowergift.com is undoubtedly an attractive site with great selections and convincing commitments, but before we would like to share our *dissatisfactory experience* with you.

On 17th January we placed an order on our brother-in-law's first wedding anniversary, who was in hospital with his mother. As a gesture of love we wanted to gift a cake and bouquet through *myflowergift.com*, before placing the order we got in touch with their WhatsApps number and they assured us the delivery before 11.55pm on 17th January in the hospital itself and took additional 250 Rupees for the midnight delivery. But unfortunately when we got to know it was not delivered until next morning, when we enquired about the delivery, it was really shocking and very unprofessional to hear them blaming the delivery boy, further it was such an irresponsible and rude response from their end, the delivery didn't happen until 18th January 4.30pm, Moreover she refused to refund the money saying it is not their mistake.

We not only lost our money, but more importantly we lost the moment and trust to do such online shopping.

Therefore we request all of you, before placing the order please check the review of the company and be alert of such fraud company.

Please share this to your known one's, so that more people do not get cheated and do not go through the same experience we faced

Online prepaid order not delivered.The given contact no didn't responded when I called them several times as delivery was delaying but didn't responded. Pathetic services. Debited Money should be refunded.

This is a fraud business and the person whom I chatted ( her name is Riya, located in Bangalore as she self introduced) for getting my order is a very arrogant and fraud lady. She was very convincing until customers place an order. She will ask you your phone number while you chat and will tell you she will send a payment link. They never deliver your order or refund your money. When we contact her regarding the delivery, she was very nasty and disrespectful on top she disconnected in the middle of our conversation. I ordered a funeral flower (100 rose flower) with Rs. 5100 as she asked and promised to deliver on time. The delivery was never attempted nor a refund provided, When I contacted her she was very rude and disconnect the phone. Please do not give any order. If any one can bring her to the justice that will be great. I complained to Bangalore Cyber Cell but no one even answer my complaint.

When I called the customer care, the lady is screaming and shouting at me she told me no delivery. I lost my money. As consumer I have never experienced something like this ever before.
