They sent me 2011 greeting cards, worst service don't get things ordered from here. Very very bad service. Told to deliver midnight sent next day

Recently I ve placed an Order in Goa (Calangute) Order No ************** Dated 30.12.2021 sameday delivery and paid online. When I called them on 31st Dec they said the area is out of service so you need to pay an extra Rs 350/- then I said if that area is out of service then why your system accepted the order? That time message should come that this area is out of service & to deliver in this area you need to pay extra. Now after payment & when I am calling for status you are saying there will be an extra charges. Then I said I can't pay extra then She cancelled the order. I also send 2 emails but there is no reply regarding my refund. Now I am in Dubai & missed the opportunity to wish someone. No service & also No refund yet. Even no reply by mail. I called 3-4 times the lady not answering properly saying our team will contact.
I Request all please don't believe this site.

The attitude towards customer from customer service is very very bad. The failure to deliver on time if questioned, they disconnect your call &they never pick your call again. The customer looses his happiness for his special day as he trusted them and looses his money as they never Reimburse it.

They didn't deliver ordered and paid gift (for more than 5.000). They didn't return paid money. Do you buy anything in this shop!

Very rude lady and i never see this type of rude lady in my entire life and they took all my money from my card and then not responding to my phone calls.
I lost all my money.

I ordered Strawberry cool cake with 15 roses and received only white forest cake. Very poor service from your customer service person. When we ask what was the problem in the delivery. That lady shout to me. This is not the right way to reply a customer and you are loosing your business with this kind of staffs.

Big cheater with worst service. They are looting customers and then they used to say DO WHATEVER YOU CAN Do not do any order from them they will take your money and then will not serve you. Attaching proof for their cheating.

Scamming people worst customer service and i didt receive what I had ordered... They are taking advantage of surprise delivery... I ordered 1kg cake I received half kg, other product also were sent different from what I had ordered... Never ever again

This is a scam site, don't believe them. Since I paid for the order, I have not heard back from them. They blocked my number.

I was ordered wedding gift for our colleague. After placing the order i haven't received any updates on my delivery from there end. The suppose to deliver by Nov/14/2021 and when i check the status on Nov - 14 which was showing order is processing. I call them and the lady told me that they don't have deliver service to the outskirt of that city and they need additional 600 RS for delivery to that particular location. But the thing is that before placing order i have confirmed whether they can deliver to that particular location and they confirmed it. But if they have any difficulties they suppose to contact me but they didn't even contact me and i was keep following up with them. At the end of conversation i suggested them i will assign someone to pick from your location they said ok. But afterwards i haven't received any update from them and they're not responding to the text and not even picking the phone.

EVERYONE PLEASE KEEP IN MIND DO NOT PLACE ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU PLACE ORDER MIGHT BE YOU WILL BE THERE NEXT PREY!

I just alert the people not to go the 'myflowergift.com" portal, this is totally non-professional and cheating site, you never get what you are ordering or you may not get it, the money will lost and you will not get it back, so don't order any items and not use this portal, I just had an incident which was totally lost.

They do not keep to their word. Very arrogant staff. They call and message continuously and cant get their orders right. Would not recommend them. Given their costly items, one would have expected better service. But really disappointed.

I had placed order of flower, teddy and chocolate through this site for birthday day do my niece. Prior to order they confirmed items are available. I also paid for additional amount for confirmed time delivery. After placing the order they inform flowers are not available and they can add more chocolate and we agreed for the same. Once I follow up item is on the way for delivery. But they didn't deliver the items on the birthday. I am writing this review next day and until now they don't deliver the items. There is lady answering the phone no ending with 619 is really don't know how to behave to a costumer. Guys don't order through this site. They have no professionalism. This site is just like a scammer site

Not even 1 star can be clicked for this company! I have never ever had an experience like this. The whole company is a scam. Till they receive payment they are the sweetest! Once the payment is gone. The real color comes out.
I chose a cake that the lady suggested for me, Sugar Free, ( from the link she provided, of course one of the most expensive one in their website) and an additional plant as an add on as suggested by their website at check out. After the payment is gone she messaged me that both the chosen cake and the plant are not available ( Not even a sorry). I asked about the options and she gave just the usual black forest, white forest and red velvet! ( of course the ones which are available in the local bakeries!) I requested for more options and she just said NOT POSSIBLE and Blocked me in whatsapp! I was really shocked. I tried calling her and she kept rejecting my calls. And at last when she picked up she was actually shouting at me! I asked her is this the way you treat your customers... and she said YES! WOW... i did not even know what to reply to such a rude lady. I do not know why such employees are there for a service company. Then she emailed saying that "Whatever is available will be delivered"!
I still can not believe that such scammers are out there without any shame! They take orders showing great options in their website... once payment received, they will buy some cheap cake from the local bakery and deliver! No refund options obviously!

1. I have ordered 3 things... A cake which they didn't deliver as per the picture, balloons and flowers and non of them was same as per the order which i selected.
2. The balloon was missing in fact they charged for the balloons
3 The sender name was not mentioned and i requested them to mention senders name while ordering in the page and before the order was placed again i reminded them to mention senders name and they didn't mention senders name
4 they charged me including the delivery at the beginning and the next day they asked me to pay again extra for the delivery charges mentioning the location is very far.
EVEN AFTER I PAID A LOT MY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY BAD AND NOT SATISFACTORY
5 I contacted the page a lady answered my call and i asked her regarding the mistakes and she is just saying "mistakes can happen"... she didn't have any courtesy to speak in an apologizing way.
Such a bad experience ever. I would request no one to order from this $#*! page

I Ordered for a Irish Coffee cake priced at Rs. 1625 on top of that I requested for a delivery at night and paid extra amount of Rs. 200, total Rs. 1825.

The Cake was not delivered on time, it was delivered two days later (some lame excuse of receiver phone not reachable on day 1, festival so shop closed on day 2, no current on day 3.

On top of all these, the cake delivered was a cheap cake with some white & green color on top.
