I'm not in the country, had ordered a cake and waited for them to deliver on the same day, I coordinated with the person in India and gave her the number. After constant calls, eventually they blocked our number and just told us to check the mail.
They ate up my money and outrightly said that they went to the location but no one was there which is and absolute lie because I was in constant touch with the person who was getting the cake.
I could send you screenshots of the way they spoke to me through mail. Zero regards for their customers and complete unwillingness to help us in any way. Very disrespectful behavior and I feel insulted and embarrassed for ever trusting their website.
They're a scam and please spam their website and shut it down

They just took money and shared the receipt. No response from the team or processed the order...

Just making money by cheating. They need some legal lesson. Can someone suggest?

I order cake and chocolates before i order i confirmed address with sales team after they're confirmation i order around 5000 INR. After that they are not delivered when i contact them no responds also. Today i contact which they mentioned mobile number the girl is talk vary rudely and block my number. I can't get a responds i love to rise compliant legally. They're cheating people

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers n a cake for my fiancé on 28th of this month which is today n I had asked for the midnight delivery by paying extra charges on their official website where I got the confirmation from the sales executive saying that it's gonna be done for sure but unfortunately they have failed to do so as given an assurance by them, as my girl got the gift on the previous day.

Secondly the message on the cake was not written n the cake was entirely blank with no words n that was the height of it.

Last but not the least when I got through them on WhatsApp n informed them about the misleading of this particular issue no team member had the courtesy to respond to me neither anyone from the management apologised for their inconvenience.

Therefore I suggest everyone not to gift any thing to their loved ones using this highly impotent/pathetic website.

Please do not make a blunder of urself like how I have done to my own self.

Worst service I ever had. On the day of the deliver they asked for extra delivery charges since the address is on outskirts(which is not). They should have emailed one day the same but they failed to do so. Last year also same thing happened i have literally followed for the order till my friend has received it. No time sense at all and never thing the day is important thats the reason customers will send the orders on specific occasion and day. And also they never refund the money instead will give a credit note. What the use of credit note when a customer already had a bad experience with the website and will he order again?

This website and company is a SCAM. DO NOT buy any products from them. They literally use a mobile phone as customer care and the lady named Aditi yells at customers. They never deliver products or they deliver to some other address and say not their fault. They NEVER give refunds as they are a SCAM.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY on this website.

How can this site and business reported and closed.

I am the receiver of the gifts ordered from my sister and husband for my birthday dated 13th OCT 2021. This is the worst experience i have ever got. My sister and husband spend a huge amount of 7500/- plus amount where they didnt even deliver on time which we paid extra amount and didn't deliver the products which were in the list. I really wanted to use the worst language ever here but i am keeping my decorum.

Also could not see any contact number of customer care to contact.!

Kindly check out the order i have placed and the images FYR. I am posting this complaint and review on behalf of my husband and sister and my experience as a receiver.

5 blown balloons-I DIDN'T RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT- 300/- Rupees
2 KG Mix fruit basket- Not fresh and highly priced-1175/-
Set of candles-- hardly 8 small candles and very bad fumes-200/- rupees
1 KG heart shape red velvet floral theme cake- Highly priced with no quality and delivered very plain without even mentioning the name, also the written style is very bad2800/- rupees
Set of 6 red velvet cup cake- I am shocked they have named this product as red velvet cup cake, the cake is not even worth to call it as normal cake and they have charged for this the highest price they could ever put- 1199/- rupees
2 heart shape blown balloons- I DIDN'T RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT-200/-

I would need a refund done back to the people who have placed the order.
TOTAL AMOUNT PAID: 1375+ 250+6124+200= 7949/-( Acknowledged that i am unable to attach the second bill because of small size)

I ordered different cake and paid for it but they sent complete different item, and they r not responding to mail, calls, msgs, email.
This is a complete scam and very poor service from them. Never buy or order from them. If I could rate them something below zero I would have rate. I ordered combo and red velvet cake and they gave me chocolate cake. I am attaching the proof as well.

On September 26 I ordered wine and flowers from this site for my friends birthday. I paid Rs 4000. I was promised same day delivery. It was not delivered. They don't answer phone calls after they get the money. Next day when I called the lady started shouting at me.

Very bad experience, they r there only to get money, u will not get wat u order for.and they will not replace if u ask them pls see the picture u will understand. It's a big waste of money. Never recommend.

We had ordered orchid flowers for our grandmother's 80th birthday and confirmed the delivery location and made payment the day before. At 1pm on the day, nothing was delivered so we got in touch with the team on WhatsApp. Then they informed us that our location was out of town and they needed extra Rs. 400 to deliver and also they had no orchids, only roses! When we called the lady, she spoke very rudely and eventually cut the call. Now no one is picking up and we have nothing delivered. Pathetic service Please do not order from them EVER!

This is it is a fraud company, they will collect your money and then will not deliver your products
I dont know why the Governments are allowing this kind of company to run in India, this spoile our country reputation
I order the flowers and bouquets and i paid as well for my wedding anniversary gifts to my wife, and they say mention i didnt received the products and i called and whatsapp as well but no response

It is fake web site. Please dont order anything from www.myflowergift.com site as it is fake. If you order anything they don't deliver anything. Your money will be wasted. They will they order only after that no one will be there to support you to find out what is the status of your order. Even if you try to contact them they are asking us to send email.
I suggest not to order anything from this side. This is my experience with this myflowergift.com site.

I had ordered a birthday cake for my 9 year old girl. I spoke to the service person online before the order and she was speechless to make me an order and keep on providing me the best sellers and so on. Finally I ordered a cake. She promised me to deliver in my area on Sunday, Secondly I asked the delivery charge and said its free.
We waited the entire Sunday and the cake was not delivered.

I spoke to their customer service again on Monday and they said I will have to pay 400 rupees extra for delivery. This was informed at 10.30 am. I paid it at 1 pm and lately they informed its too late and we cant deliver it.
My kid was waiting for 2 days to celebrate the birthday and this is the service they offered to me.
Please don't fell in their trap.

I hv ordered butterscotch sugar free cake for my dad and mom and to be delivered on 31st of august but my flower gift people sent it two days early and also different cake which I hv not ordered. Too disappointed for there irresponsible careless services. They r using customers money and making them fool. I will not suggest anyone to order anything from them. They have take 2500 rupees to deliver the cake which I haven't order. Kindly don't do any online shopping via my flower gift.

I ordered an expensive flower arrangement to be delivered, they are very courteous, very helpful and very prompt when helping you select the flowers but once you pay them, then it's the end of their professionalism they don't answer, they don't update you on the flowers or the delivery and after promising to send me photos and videos of the arrangement before delivery they did not send to me, not before and not after and they even stopped replying on WhatsApp, then blocked me and when I called them, the lady put the phone down on my face…it's such a shame if you have to ask the receiver if he got the flowers…. DONT DEAL WITH THEM.

Most pathetic service ever. They basically just rob you of your money. I ordered for an expensive (5 star) Swiss chocolate cake for my sister's birthday. However, the cake delivered was some local bakery shop with loads of cream cake - Rather disastrous one. My humble request, please do not order any cakes or flowers from this website. I certainly would not use their services ever. I have put the pictures of cake I ordered and the one I got.

This is a scam. They will not deliver and will not refund your money either. Once you place your order they will not respond to your calls: e-mails and will ask for more money to deliver to your location. Please do not fall for this. Not sure how this website is still operating after scamming people. Absolutely pathetic!

A tracking order number which should have allowed me to track however I couldn't. I went on mailing them but they just replied once saying once delivered it will be informed.The item chosen turned quite pricey however the quality of the coffee mug with the collage pic had less clarity and was blurry.The tracking number provided seemed fake as it didn't work and I was clueless till the product reached the destination.
