I wish I saw the reviews before ordering from this site. I paid extra for the delivery to be revive by 10 am and the order is not even delivered. I am very disappointed by their service. No idea how this fraud site still working. My receiver waited since morning for their birthday present and all I got from this site is empty promises that order is on its way. Don't trust them and waste your money. Try something better than this where actually people care about the sentiments of others

Dont believe this site... they are fraud. They never deliver products... if they deliver items that wont match and very cheap product. They have a good strategy... its a team operating this site and i wish someone should hack this site soon...

They are doing very worst services and treating as a irresponsible commands. I had placed an order on Last May 30th, they didn't do the delivery and they are not giving the reimbursment and didn't reschedule for the delivery.
Stupid customer services in follow up orders through emails/Calls

Please don't buy from them. Its a group of frauds. They collected my money for the order & then informed that they need double money for making the delivery. There is no refund or response by email or phone. Please don't get cheated by this kind of fraud teams. There is no provision to add negative star, thats teh only reason they are getting 1 star.

Myflowergift asked for a huge amount for the cake and red rose bouquet that looked really very nice on their website but when it got delivered it came in a pathetic condition / low quality and wrong cake and bouquet. Didn't expect this type of service. I sent them the photos of the order i made and the order i received that too without a greeting card. I asked them for compensation / complementary just a value for my money spent and for the bad experience i had, this have been offered as good will gesture to me. But now they have stopped replying to my emails, calls, whatsapp and live chat.

My collegue had ordered a boquet of red roses and Rasgulla tin for his wife to be delivered at Cochin. The delivery was received with a tin of Gulab jamun. I could be contacted on my phone prior delivery if it was not available but they did as per their choice. When called on phone the lady by the name Shilpa said item cannot be delivered as and its out of stockalso she slammed the phone. When i tried to reach her again the phone was never picked.

I placed an order, before placing confirmed if they could deliver to location and confirm they can do same day, placed order made payment. I checked later during the day as it was showing pending for delivery and they said as soon as it get delivered it will get updated. After a day later it's still showing pending to deliver and now birthday is already over. I asked on their Wassup chat (as online chat will get deleted when you close the browser)and and they didn't responded same day after a day they came back and said on since the location is in Ernakulam district, it will Rs. 400 more for delivery, their website didn't say anything and was showing free delivery for day time delivery that I chose and took payment. Fine, I don't mind paying money but what's the point of telling this 2 days after birthday. Asked the to cancel the order and refund money at this point as the people who I send gift are no longer at the location now, they are but even responding to chat. They are the biggest scammers and ridiculous customer experience that I have ever seen and experienced. The biggest mistake everybody makes is to order on their website with out checking reviews online / please don't look at their website they can control these positing. Looks like they spend money on google optimization and get customers trapped into their website showing it first in search results. STAYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYH!.

I place an order for a birthday gift to my brother and they failed to deliver it. When I enquire about my order they said that they will deliver after two days. The price is very expensive and their services are very poor. Also they are not willing to refund the payment and I am going to move to legal action.

I am from Dubai, Before ordering I checked with Aditi and Manish both their customercare. I checked with my city and location. 100% confirmed.

After placing order excitedly birthday date they not delivered and I asked what happened.
Not possible we can give you credit note.
What the use for credit note.
I called many times customercare and my calls simply putting hold and not talking.

ISD calls simply putting hold and not giving any proper response.

Don't order this website u lose ur money

At this bad situation people are like how to survive. Hear thes people are looting money showing wrong advertising products and taking huge amounts from us
We ordered for 4000 rs n delivered entirely different products. Its really heart broken to see the things they send.
Another thing the lady she is so irresponsible and bad manners. God above is watching all this fraud n looting what ever she doing to cheat others
Definitely thes hard earned money she looting from people will end up with her hospital expenses only

They are a bunch of unprofessionals! Sales team confirmed delivery can be done. No delivery even after3 days of delivery date. Sales team said they only sell and doesn't support delivery hence I emailed to *******@myflowergift.com but there again no response for last 2 days. Money gone and no delivery! Warning so you don't fall into their looting trap!

I had ordered a chocolate with bunch of Rose's, chocolate and balloons for my wife's birthday and paid extra charges as their website describes midnight delivery charges, but they embarrassed me by skipping the midnight delivery by saying lame excuses, further to this next day of scheduled delivery date day send incomplete delivery without the Rose's and as it was very special occasions for me I ended up with disappointment, send mags to they helpline what's app but as like usual there is no response from their end, I dont mind paying money with this heavy prices but if they promise something they must fulfill the responsibilities. Therefore I wont recommend My Gift Flowers to any of my friends to order as they are spoiling the surprise.

BEWARE BUYERS! DONT GET CHEATED. This is not a real website. Dont give your card details tried. I tried to place order on mothers day from USA for my mom in india. But my attempt failed and I got error message. But i was shocked couple of days later on my bank account money withdrawn 5 times from my account. They took money from my account $150 without my approval.
I never received any service. I was not aware of this as I never received an order placement or order confirmation email nor any service from them till now. Immediately I tried to contact them through phone and email but they are not reachable. I never got a proper response till now. Its a scammer. I have requested my bank to take action. Pls stay away from these scammers. They are frauds who eat on other people's hard earned money.

I ordered a birthday 1 kg heart shaped cake, bouquet of 12 red roses and a card but We the cake was not even half a kg and the bouquet itself was not all 12 roses there was only 9 at all. I completely paid for it Rs. 3000 and I also complained about it to them but they didn't respond me in a professional way. Also, they even hang the phone after just saying we don't have a heart shape cake in half kg size. After that, they don't respond me even on the emails. That was disgusting no professionalism at all. I would suggest everyone not to order anything from here.

Worst service ever!

They have delivered rotten fruits and dry fruits containing insects... On complaining they are not responding...

On calling on their contact number: *******619, a lady misbehaved very badly. I have recorded the calls too and taken the photgraph of their rotten fruits. My order amount was 4675 INR. They have looted us!

I paid for this service, to send flowers to my brother, on his wedding day. He did not receive it in time. 2 days later, he received a call from the local office to confirm the address. I am thoroughly disheartened because I had confirmed several times with the online chat staff that, they could deliver the item on that particular day and time. When I contacted the online chat staff, the response was pathetic!. He/She seems to be puzzled, they don't have any knowledge on what happens after taking an order/trapping a customer. Thereafter, I contacted the customer service department and got informed that, "we will look in to that". They have been looking in to this for more than 2 months now and nothing has happened yet.
Very clumsy and irresponsible service!.

Guys please don't order cake from this app this guys are cheating for customers. Today morning I ordered the cake paying RS 658 again I paid RS 190 for on time delivery cake suppose to deliver between 1 pm to 2 pm but till now no update from them. I tried contacting this guys more than 10 times whenever I call it's saying busy with other customer so leave a voice note till now this guys don't have a courtesy to call me back or to respond my cal from the time I order till now it's showing out for deliver but till now cake is not delivered And total amount I paid Rs. 853 I request to block this site henceforth they never should get a chance to cheat any customers.
