Do Not order. They are cheaters... Nothing to review it further... don't pay them. Big scammers. They will spoil your day

I have placed an order from My Flower Gift from Kenya to India. I am extremely surprised by the service given by them according to my recent experience, on 19th April I had ordered for Lindt 70% dark chocolates, which I was assured to be delivered the same day but it didn't. It's 8 May today, I had a word with a customer care executive and she says it will be delivered in the given slot but no delivery from the team and no update as well. This is the worst experience I could have had. In this situation when people are already going through so much we want do something for our families and make them happy but companies like you disappoint us more. When you cannot deliver inform the customer that's how professional companies work. It is my worst experience and will never shop from you guys ever again. We also understand that lockdown is everywhere but then do not promise the customer that we deliver according to the slots given and then not inform the customer as well. Verryyy bad service

They are big cheaters, as they were very good at the time of ordering items after that they will ask for extra money and will not respond your calls or message and will not deliver the items. DONT GO FOR THIS CHEATERS...

Not satisfied with their service. I have placed an order to send sympathy flowers to a colleague whose father passed away. There was no tracking of the delivery but I received a confirmation from myflowergift that item was delivered. As soon as my colleague reported back to the office, he said he didn't receive anything. When I confirmed with customer service, they couldn't send a confirmation or details of person who received the item. Reply was also not professional and my emails until now have been ignored.

I ordered a combo Basket of 12 yellow roses with 1 pound pineapple cake with box of cadburys celebration for my parents wedding anniversary.

These people delivered something which is not shown in their website some different flowers without a basket, instead of box of cadburys celebrations they purchased some random chocolates for 100 rupees and tied it together and ordered some different flavor cake from some local cake shop and message written on the cake was totally unprofessional.
We were totally upset by seeing the items. After that I was trying to reach these guys and no one is responding. Very worst post sale support. It was my mistake that I ordered from here without checking the reviews. Just google it you can see 90% negative reviews about this company. Don't order from here they don't care after you pay for the item.
Items showing in their catalog and what they deliver is totally different.

I clearly asked before my order placing with customer service regarding item availability, delivery charges, & delivery time. They confirmed with the item code and it's available and no delivery charge and same-day delivery in the mention location. After that, I made an order and deducted my cash also.
Once I got the confirmation mail they informed me by WhatsApp that we cannot deliver today and there is a Rs 300/- delivery charge also. When i check with customer service on call they replied very rudely and unprofessionally. The order still not delivered.

It's not a trustful site. I have ordered an online gift delivery for a wedding ceremony and they were so good until take the payment once payment done they were replying to my messages finally it was not delivered on that day and next day on asking they said I cheated giving wrong address. I have given the address and phone number of the recipients they didn't even try calling them and told off to me as if they had some huge lose. My opinion to everyone please don't ever order via this site they are good before getting payment and mannerless after that.

Please careful i place my order on 24 march 2021 and made payment but not delivered yet. Waiting to get response from customer service also they were not responding. Careful don't choose this people they are complete scam.

This website is handling by some fraud people, i have request to every one please, don't go for them. I had very bad experience, when i was peaching my order. They were very well behaved. And in the payment time i paid Rs. 200 for shipping and handling. Then they said have to pay delivery charges which is 400, when i asked that why should i pay this then they said sir you paid 200 in this then will do that. I haven't agreed, and non of anybody update me that they will not deliver it. For that extra amount. And after that while i was asking to there customer service agent she was arguing. And she blocked my number, in call list and WhatsApp. Then i called from another number she sad they will reply me via email. Only they closed the live chat option also in my wall. And at last they are saying they cant deliver because my location is not i where i mentioned. So please don't porches anything from theem, i and please the photos i uploaded

Order No. *******, supposed to delivery today(20. 03. 21) but we have not received the delivery as well as they are not responding our emails/Phone call nor message, One of the worst service even i found. Please never order from this site.

Worst service ever. I ordered 50 roses and they delivered 25. I ordered ferroro rocher and they delivered some cheap chocolate.
Never ever use their service. It's better to burn ur money instead of using their services.

Very worst experience, i order one cake to my wife birthday. I didn't receive and after also didn't receive. And money also loss. Don't trust this website. And whatsap.

They did not deliver flowers on given date. They are not bothered to give update, the callcenter lady is very rude in talking. Not sure even i shall get refund. Order will alwasy show processing in history, they will never give any update of your order.

I ordered a cake fr my daughter birthday, this $#*!ing service make me upset and spoil my day, Friends please dont order with this group. They can't make it. Simply cheating the people and grabbing the money from the customers with out placing the order.

Ordered a blueberry cake on the birthday occassion, the cake was so terrible and disgusting decoration. When asked, they replied

In real the icing decoration is disgusting.

Not just this, the customer support rep Arpita is really really rude and she hangs on inbetween when we are speaking.
This site should be banned it is just fooling people

The actual image has blueberries on top of the cake and plz find attached image what i received and the way the customer support reply to our emails.
Real illeterates ill mannered rude executives

I ordered and paid Rs. 200/- extra for timely delivery. Lost Rs. 1400/- rupees. They don't respond on chat, mail, mobile phone and even on their WhatsApp.

Completely a fraudulent website and people. Choor salay
