I ordered Bunch of 15 red roses with 6 inch cute teddy & 5 dairy milk chocolates. After the payment they said that they cannot deliver midnight in my location. When i asked for the money i paid, they said that it will be adjust for day time delivery. I called the customer agent *******619). The lady who is pick the calling is talking without manners. Finally my midnight surprise is flopped Also i received only 10 roses instead of 15. These peoples are scammers.
I did not want to put a rating for these teams. Not worth wasting time on this site. Their service is bad, they dont respond properly, also what you order as per whats shown in their site and whats delivered does not match. We will be ordering someting exclusive and they will deliver someting really local and act as if they had no clue about it. And also tey will come up with excuses like we should have complined immediately etc

I ordered a 1Kilo premium cake with another gift. Got delivered on time but the cake was of only Half Kilo. Send complaints to customer care several times and receiving only automatic reply that we will get back to you shortly... Will never order from this site and i do not recommend this site to anyone.
This company does false advertising. They send you some cheap products different from what was ordered. After payment reflects they do not borher about answering calls or responding to messages. What qas received look like a 1 dollar recycled arrangement.
I ordered a 5kg Cake online for my sisters wedding anniversary.
Riya Assured me everything will be perfect and kept calling me about 7 times until I made payment. Once I made payment she started avoiding my questions and Cake was rubbish.
When I wanted to complain she disconnected my call and blocked my number, and they don't even have any other number who I can speak to.
I cannot reach to any manager who I can talk to regarding cake and regarding RIYA'S RUDE Behaviour. I called with different numbers and she's the one answering all the time and she's not letting me talk to any manager.
The company should adjust their system. Company should let speak to managers if there's any complain. I would not recommend anybody to shop from MYFLOWERGIFT, SACMMERS.
I ordered a chic chip cake n they sent some irrelevant cake ordered 20 red roses sent 10 that too not fresh I paid for a fixed time delivery early morning 7 they delivered night 8 such a scammers I ordered for greeting card balloons n teddy bear non were delivered

I ordered a basket of wine from their website after being reassured by their customer service agent that the wine that will be delivered will be Sula brand. They charge Rs. 9000 and deliver some cheap wine that retails for Rs. 400. When I called to complain they do not answer their phone and keep declining the call and no one responds to their customer service email. They are a bogus website that misrepresents and misuses the trust of people. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Absolutely disappointed. The items ordered differed from what was delivered in quality and quantity. I got to speak to someone on live chat while ordering, However, there seems to be no one coming online when it comes to raising a complaint. I think this site is managed by someone who does not want his or her customers to return. It is embarrassing when the recipient gets delivered with mediocre quality stuff and you are in no control...
If anyone is considering this store for shopping, please don't order cakes or any items for here. This is the one of the worst experience I have! Fraud company which is running by fraud staffs! They took extra amount for delivery and extra amount for the mentioned time delivery! They haven't delivered at the correct Tym and at eveng they delivered 2low cost cakes! They are Soo shameless, mannerless and irresponsible staffs! Report this website! Fraud people I have ever seen! Shame On You!

I did a online purchase of a fixed time delivery of flowers and payed for them to be delivered between 9.00am to 11.00pm but it's 2.30am and still not delivered. VeryBad service and recommend not helpful at all. Will not be using them again. Did call a staff and enquired about the order but got no apology but she did slam the phone down and cut the l conversation off. And if not delivered today will be asking for a full refund.
Ordered bunch of mixed flowers of lilies, jarberra and carnation and paid 250 for midnight delivery. They delivered now which is 1:30 PM 29 November with just One yellow dead lily and 4 low quality flower which would not cost even ₹10 per piece if bought from roadside
Before placing the order I have asked them whether the product will be delivered on the same day itself they replied immediately that it will be delivered within 2 hrs and I placed the order on 18/11/2020. But still it has not delivered. I have contacted them many times and also texted them on WhatsApp but no response... I have lost nearly 1000₹.
Very bad experience and please do not use this website if you're looking for immediate response or same day delivery. Birthday was on 14th Nov and the cake is not yet delivered until now (15th Nov morning) and no one is responding on email / Whatsapp and even calls. I should have checked for the reviews. Only sales prompt response until you pay.
As i got a quick reply while placing the order my expectations were high! Now to know the status of the shipment i have been calling them and i am not receiving any reply on the status! Can't imagine a special day being ruined like this!
I thought not to post this but my alter ego is forces me otherwise, my wife ordered a birthday cake for our friend from the site mentioned (https://www.myflowergift.com/),we were charged 2000 Rs but the customer service was very bad, and the the contact numbers mentioned in the site is non responsive.and if they respond it is very aggressive. Finally after 6 days of the birthday the cake was delivered with a different flavor,

Answer: I was so mad that they cheated me and i curse myself that i did not read the review before ordering. But after reading the review i think its good that they did not deliver my order because delivering cheap things on my frnds bday would have been even worse.
