Cancelled my flight in December with no reason, Spoke to someone on March 20 and was told that I would have a check within a week. April 3rd still no check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It's been 3 weeks and still no check! Do not use this company. They will book your flight and then cancel it for no reason and never refund your money.

Booked a trip on MyFlightSearch.com for a round trip from Vancouver BC to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on January 15 2023. Never received an E ticket. Contacted MyFlightSearch.com but with no luck getting the online ticket. Contacted the airline and they had no record of the flight being booked. Finally had to book the flight directly with airline. Should have done this originally. After constant calls to MyFlighrSearch.com we had absolutely no luck in being reimbursed. Just gave us the run around. Either hung up or blocked our phone calls. They sent us an email saying we would be reimbursed on March 31/23. No such luck. So before you deal with MyFightSearch.com do your homework. Most reviews we have read are very similar to our situation. MyFlightSearch.com are absolute thieves. Do not deal with them. A lesson to be learned.

Booked a flight that was paid for, only to find out after many attempts that the flights that were chosen were never confirmed. Was hung up on many times and the men on other end were very rude and unprofessional. When I asked how they could take my payment and not book my flights or contact me to let me know, they started blaming me and telling me they tried contacting me when they never had my phone number. Had to purchase separate flights while still waiting for refund after 13 days.

I accidentally booked a flight with Porter Airlines, through this site. I'm in Canada and Porter is a Canadian company so I was surprised to see at the end of my booking I was being charged in US funds, adding another $150 to my cost. When I got only a "Booking Number" with the promise of my "e-ticket" being sent by email soon, I was suspicious. After waiting three days, I started to investigate them and contacted Porter Airlines to see if they had any record of a booking for me. They had none. They told me I should have received a Flight confirmation number as soon as I'd booked.

I doubted I'd ever receive that so I booked again, directly through the airline, as I needed that flight, and I did indeed get a confirmation number immediately. But by then the price was much higher. When I wrote to them they told me they'd cancel the booking but a refund could take a while. I contacted my credit card company and was told I have to wait until 30 days after the purchase through MyFlightSearch before I can file a dispute because they don't consider this fraud. My flight dates have come and gone. Long story short, the $403 ticket has cost me nearly $1200. DO NOT EVER BOOK THROUGH MYFLIGHTSEARCH.COM!

Booked through their site and they never booked with the airline. They sent me a confirmation number and email acknowledging they booked it. Had to reschedule and rebook the flight last minute and pay full price. Still waiting on the refund. Use at your own risk.

Stay away from this unprofessional site. They take your payment. After 30 days still waiting for reimbursement

They took my payment and no E ticket was issued. Two days before the flight they canceled it and said refund in 4 to 6 weeks. Its over 3 months and they stop replying to my emails and hang up the phone when I call, they are scammers.

I booked two trip with them, in october 8th 2022, one they have never edit the flight ticket and they promise to reimburse me and the second a cancellation link to the first trip.
At this days, every week they told me in this in the queue, you will get your reimbursement this week and now it is more than 6 month for aronud $600

As most other reviews stated. I paid, got confirmation, then no tickets. Called for refund and hung up on me. I want these people turned in and prosecuted. This is why I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully they will shut them down.

I booked a flight from Aberdeen to Sumburgh Scotland using myflightsearch.com. When I arrived at the Aberdeen Airport, I found Logan Air did not have a reservation for me. I had to buy a next day ticket and nearly twice the price and get a hotel for the night, even though I had prepaid lodging near Sumburgh. The first time I called, I was told a different company used that number part of the day. I called 2 more times in the time window they said was correct. Both times the person hung up on me as soon as I calmly and politely told my story. I think they are just a complete scam.

I've been due a credit of $478.20 since October 10,2022 and still haven't received it. Every time I contact them, they insist I'll have it in a couple days. I have contacted them 20 ish times. They are crooked and could care less about their customers. Stay away from them... Shame on them!

This site is fraudulent. They claim to sell you a ticket, take your money, then cancel the flight without refund. I've been waiting on a $500 refund since 9/2022 and still do not have it. Whether you call or email they will not let you speak with returns or another employee of higher position. Do not use this site.

I see many similar situations described in the reviews to what I have continued to experience. I've been waiting for my refund since December 2021. I was promised "a cheque will be in the mail" when I finally spoke with someone on Dec. 5,2022 who seemed to be taking action. As of Feb. 20,2023 still no cheque. This company should not be allowed to operate. Report to Better Business Bureau. Have customers' funds for months/years. Shady operation. Do Not Use. ZERO Stars.

1 star is too much of a rating for this company. I never got my tickets. When I called about my tickets, I was informed they were no longer available at that price. I asked for a refund, which they compied with but never sent me. I called later about the refund and they blamed my credit card and said someone from the refund d department would get ahold of me in24 hours. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card!

This is a scam. They cancelled the trip the day before on the ground that the flight was full - but didn't they secure a ticket? - and NEVER reimbursed us, neither for the ticket itself nor for the damage created: we had to buy really expensive tickets spending more than $1000 to get on the SAME flight, which was apparently not full. They kept saying that the check is in the mail and I am still waiting. A star is generous

This company. Myflight search.com took my money for a flight booked to BC for my son and I.
They sent our itinerary info to west jet... but never sent the money. After contacting west jet. They said that thus company with drew the booking 1 hr after they entered it. West jet said they had approx 1 week to save that price which I got it for. And did nothing. 4 days before our flight... i get a flight cancellation email. They stated they attempted to contact me. No emails... no voice mail...nothing.
After speaking to several reps they weren't able to answer any questions. They are using a VPN to hide where they are located. As they state they are in Las Vegas. I havena cancellation email the next day stating I should get my money back in 21 days. But I'm not holding my breath.
This company... is just as bad as the people that claim to be CRA scams.
Do not use this 3rd party booking company. They are out to scam you!

I booked two fligths with this company, they never sent the tickets; I cancelled the fligths, but after two months not refund yet.

I'm seeing similar reviews to an experience we recently had. Not realizing this was a US based site, we had booked domestic (Canada) flights via WestJet, but requested to cancel and get a refund and book directly through a legit broker.

Upon calling, you get what seems to be a scripted run-around. First, "your refund will be issued within 2 billing cycles." After 2 weeks, no refund yet. Follow up call, "it'll be refunded within 5 days." A week and a half later, nothing. Another follow up call, "Refund will be issued next week." Nothing.

This "company" is a complete scam when it comes to refunds. I can't speak on the legitimacy of actually receiving e-tickets when booking airfares through myflightsearch.com however, I HIGHLY recommend going through a legitimate flight broker, these guys are thieves.

These people have had, promised and refused to refund $781.17 of my money for services they did not provide! They refunded $100 plus dollars of a 900 plus dollar ticket! I've been calling for 2 months, only to be hung up on, lied to, and told the same thing; "we promise you will receive your refund in 7-10 business days! Well, it's been since October and it's now January, no refund! Mr. Senthil Ramaraj and his company is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme! I've filed a complaint with the BBB, to no avail; because they refuse to respond to any complaints! How are they allowed to stay in business? Crooks! Crooks! Crooks! A class action lawsuit is needed! I want my money!
