Purchased tickets for a flight from them and got the wrong dates called and they would not change or refund my money, very rude and terrible customer service would never use them if I knew
My friend and I booked separately the flight was cancelled she was notified I was not they left her a voicemail with all her credit card information without really knowing if it was her, a private telephone number or anything - when I called them their customer service was very difficult to understand as he had an extremely heavy accent but clearly would not listen just talked over me - my bank recommended to cancel credit card as it would seem not a safe place to have these details - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SERVICE! I believe it is another business set up off shore (India most likely)as it sounded like a call center AND the charges were in US $ which was a surprise
This is the worse service and I use many web based travel services.
My flight information was in error and could have caused customs problems for me. I never received a confirmation email only a booking confirmation a d was unable to check in on line. Five calls to their customer service e were never called back. Once you are booked you will have problems with service including language difficulties. Use established devices or you will be sorry
GOT A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT MY FLIGHT WAS BOOKED FOR NEXT DAY. SHOWED UP TO AIRPORT TO FIND OUT I WASNT IN SYSTEM AND WASNT CONFIRMED BY AIRLINE. CALLED UP MYFLIGHTSEARCH AN HOUR BEFORE MY FLIGHT BECAUSE THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW. THEY THEN TOLD ME THE RATE WENT UP BY $400 AND THAT THEY COULD GIVE ONLY DISCOUNT $20! I THEN SAID TO BOOK THAT FLIGHT BECAUSE I NEEDED TO GET ON AND THEN THEY COME BACK AND TOLD ME THEY BOOKED ME ON THE FLIGHT 5 HOURS LATER! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM
Scammers! Most expensive tickets on the market and they are charging in the US with the very small notification somewhere on the side! There are NOT providing any discounts or refunds! They charge extra fees and have Zero customer service. If you are Canadian never use them all fees are in US prices and changing your flight will cost you more than you can predict!
Great customer service. Gentlemen went far and beyond to make my experience alsome. He didn't settle for the first answer he made sure that I received exactly what I needed.
I was dumb. This site popped up when I googled flight for my elderly parents and me to fly to nieces wedding in Colorado.
I thought it was something similar to Cheap Flights et al.
Little did I know they were charging me an Agent Fee of $359.
When I saw the charge I emailed them. Reply said theyd respond within 24 hours. No response.
I called customer service number yesterday. After on hold for five minutes, got recording to leave my number so they could call me back. No call back.
I called airline - thank goodness our flight is reserved.

I booked a flight and the agent charged Me a extra $100 saying that southwest Air lines charges this fee for a minor to ride with a escort which they do not charge this fee for 12 & up. I called on May 27 when I found out and request A refund of that fee of $100 and was told it takes 7-14 days and yet to receive. I called today which makes the 14Days And the lady supervisor stated it takes 7-14 days to get refund. I then explained it has been 14 days then she switches up to say it takes 2 billing cycles now which is now up to 48 days. There full of crap I will be reporting them. Dont no one speak clear English and rude. They knew southwest didnt charge this Fee. Scam me out of $100. Do Not Use This Company.,,
I booked a flight and they actually booked it wrong, so they decided to just book me a new one plus some additional charge or get full refund. I chose the full refund and they told me it will only takes 7-14 business days. Its been a month since Ive booked. I highly recommended NOT to use this website.
They just work for their commission they dont care about the people. I bought the ticket from them and I called them to change my flights date but they didnt change it they me to me pay them $800 just to change one day one day early.
The number poppedMy first tip this was a scam should have been that the agent can barely speak English. These guys charged my card twice, once for the ticket and then another 143.00 "agent fee". They told me 143.00 was for checked bag fee and seat assignment and taxes. When I called United they told me there was no seat assignment and checked baggage had not been prepaid. These guys are thieves. When I demanded they refund the 143.00 the agent said it would show up as a refund in 2 billing cycles! Rip off scam!
The online travel agent was offering a price to fly from Fort Lauderdale to Fresno for about $140 less than any of the other airlines. That should have been my first warning and I should have stopped and checked online reviews. Many people have had worse issues than we did.
Throughout the transaction I was prompted numerous times about my willingness to leave from a different city or arrive in a different city, or depart on a different day or arrive on a different day. Each time I declined the offers because they did not suit our travel plans. For example, arriving at Los Angeles or San Francisco would have required a much lengthier drive from the airport to our destination.
By the time our transaction was completed, they had our 10-day vacation starting one day late and Lasting for only a week. We would have completely missed out on Yosemite. When I contacted the customer service number, I discovered that it was outsourced--probably to India. While that in and of itself was not an issue the issue was that the gentleman could do nothing to help me other than say that I should have addressed it sooner and the agreement calls for arbitration. Since the plans were for our wedding and the UNREAD reviews indicated that we might do worse by $#*!ering around with them, we decided to buy the tickets directly from the airline. By the end of the phone call, I was in tears. The airline will not refund the money because it's outside the 24-hour window; however, we have a year in which to use it toward other tickets for a fee of $ 200. If it looks too good to be true it probably isn't. Check reviews before doing business with anyone online especially.
These people are Terrible! Their English it atrocious. They charge extra fees and have Zero customer service. If you are Canadian never use them all fees are in US prices and changing your flight will cost you more than double. Westjet had to take over this booking just so I would get some of my money back. Absolutely scandalous company. Don't risk their making your life one stressful experience. BAD!
I called MyFlightSearch because the number popped up under Alaska Airlines phone number. I thought it was strange when the guy didn't have any of my information after I gave him my confirmation number, usually Alaska has all of it. It was extremely confusing to book everything the way I wanted and the rep kept interrupting me when I'd try to talk. I kept asking, "are you Alaska Airlines, or a third party?" and the guy insisted he was an overflow line for Alaska Airlines, so I went with it. All in all it was extremely confusing and overall a very difficult process. After I booked I felt sick, like I had just given my information to a scammer... They provided confirmation emails with me on the phone and everything seemed legit. The only problem was when I finished my tickets weren't anywhere to be found. So I called back, and I got hung up on immediately. I then called Alaska direct and they had no idea of anything I had just done. I started to panic a little, I called myflightsearch again and someone picked up this time and transferred me to my original booking representative. He was very kind and walked me through the entire process, and all of the flight information showed on my Alaska account with the changes and pricing we had reviewed. It's been a few hours since I've booked and so far everything STILL looks good. I'm still not sure exactly what this site is or why it would be more convenient than calling the airline direct. In the end it seems like it worked, but if you don't want a scare or frustrations, I'd recommend calling direct.

WE BOOKED FLIGHTS FOR CERTAIN DATES. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT OUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION IT WAS FOR DIFFERENT DATES. WE CALLED TO HAVE IT CORRECTED AND WERE TOLD FOR AN ADDITIONAIL 250 THEY WILL FIX IT. WE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE IT CORRECTED AND WE WERE TOLD TO F OFF BUY ONE OF THE FINE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. WE ENDED UP BOOKING TICKETS WITH WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND LOSING OUR MONEY. HUGE SCAM. READ THE REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL CORRECT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Booked two flights Everything went without incident. We then booked hotels, vehicle, etc. Four hours later received call to request approval for price change... more than doubled the original price. Immediately went on website and it was advertising dozens of flights, not one or two, for the original price or within $20 of the original price. The agent was rude and said " obviously the site hadn't been updated". It was shocking how unscrupulous they/he was. Stay away. Horrible experience.

Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
