Just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint # *******. Somehow this company linked their name to Expedia.com and created a mirror site that looks like Expedia. They answered the phone as if they were Expedia.com. I only became suspicious after the phone agent continued to ask me to re-verify information that was already in my Expedia.com profile. Expedia.com has never heard of this company. However, when I called my bank it appears that this company was somehow able to list charges on my credit card listing Expedia.com and Hotels.com as the originator of the charges. When I called the company to have the charge cancelled I reached someone in India. Now I have to cancel my credit card, create a dispute and wait up to 60 days to have the nearly $2,000 credited to my account. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR GIVE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THEM! I am taking the extra effort to file a Better Business Bureau complaint and send a letter to Expedia and Hotels.com. A Google search indicates the company lists a United States address of: P. O. Box 4045 S Spencer St, Suite 402, Las Vegas, NV, *******; phone number *******302. Also anIndia address of Customer Service Center of Excellence: Plot No. 230, Udyog Vihar, Phase-I, Gurgaon - ******* (Haryana) INDIA

Somehow their phone number was linked to a Southwest website. I called to buy a flight. They answer the phone as "Reservations" I thought was talking to South West. These people identified themselves as an South West agent
They charge me 3 times the price of the ticket! An assure me it was the best deal

Since this was for a minor i had to call southwest next day to asks for details about minor
As the real southwest agent was not able to find the reservation with the number given by the fake company, is then i was told i got the ticket from a third party agent
This company is not answering my calls or the put me on hold for 40 min then hang up on me!

Had to call credit card to report and try to stop this fraud.

0 Star. This is a horrible company. Designed to take advantage of those not on alert for a scam. Somehow their phone number was linked to a Southwest website. My mother called to change her flight. They answer the phone as "Reservations" and charged her $175 to change the flight. She questioned this and they stated" do you want flight changed or not." When we called back to complain and have the charges reversed, they gave us lots of songs and dances about how no one was there to speak to us and they would have to call us back. Basically, waiting for the charges to post, so they could not return our call and deny a refund. Every time we called, we got different employee ID's. Even when the said they would have the person who did the transaction call us, they gave us a different employee ID for him. How can companies like this stay in business? How are they allowed to associate their business with airlines?

Liars and crook

I booked a ticket trough these liars. They charged me an additional fee and the airline canceled my ticket. Called them several times and never could reach them. I ordered an investigation using my bank. Still waiting. Be aware! Don't use that company.

It's actually a zero star! They screwed me over on booking my husbands return flight with the booking I made on cheaptickets. Com. His name was Joe/John lied to me and booked our flights from my destination to our stop together and from the stop to our final destination on different a times and flights. It's been 2 days I've been calling them to fix they're mistake and they're refusing to do so unless I pay another $300+ dollars! They have no customer service, no respect...

Trying to make airline reservations on line and must have hit the wrong key because we thought we were talking to SouthWest. These people never identified themselves as an agent and would have service fee. We should have know it was a scam when we kept asking for a breakdown and the guy just double talked us. Email never showed the service charge either. This guy was really trained to side step the truth without it being a lie. Been going back and forth with them... getting know where... keep going on the site and writing bad reviews and will continue until we get satisfaction

Fraud! Scam!

Called to poach a fee from my father in law after his southwest flight was cancelled! DO NOT USE! Our credit card had to be cancelled to stop the transaction.

Screwed up my wife's flight from Omaha, Ne to Gunnison, Co. Admitted to screwing it up and offered a refund. The refund never came and now I am told that there wouldn't be a refund because she got another flight the next day with the same airline. WE PAID FOR THAT TICKET! Not I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Good luck contacting them by phone. Even then try finding someone who speaks English.

SCAM is right. I thought I was talking to the airline, but somehow I got transferred to these crooks. I am a canadian citizen, living in Canada, booking on a canadian airline for a flight in Canada. They quoted me a price in AMERICAN dollars, but told me it was canadian dollars. After I enquired further they said "oh no, it is US dollars but your card will be charged $XXX canadian". But when I checked the exchange rate I found I would actually be charged $100 more than they said. Within two hours I called to cancel. The machine said leave a message. I did. They did not answer. So I left a second message to cancel and neither of these calls were EVER answered. When I called the main switch board they told me there is a $200 charge to cancel. My advice: DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE WITH A TEN FOOT POLE. I still do not know the final outcome of this. That is how much I will lose.

SCAM!

I mistyped Spirit airlines and when the google search came up I clicked the link, thinking it was the airline's website, not this company.

It was WAY TOO EASY too book this flight... passenger information and credit card.

I received a booking confirm from the website and but no confirmation of my tickets. Which made me nervous. I called seven times and all calls were either, unanswered, transferred or cut off. A clue maybe?

I called AMEX to see if the charge had gone through and it hadn't. In my experience once you buy something it's charged immediately.

I was able to book the tickets through Spirit Airlines and AMEX canceled my card. This company won't charge me and not book my tickets.

SCARY experience and I'm glad I acted on it right away.

Not only do I believe they would have never booked my tickets, they would have not only taken my $ but they would have stolen my info as well.

Sure book online--find a great air fare... oh yah takes 48 hours to issue a ticket, then don't answer their phone to correct the ticket. Had to book directly with the Airline. Now out $320 ie the cost of the new ticket because In their words" You didn't make the changes with us"... if you do not answer your phone how can one? Was told that I would have to wait 7-10 days to get refund. Now told basically sucks to be you. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you use them... make dam sure that you're 100% sure before paying.

Now for update:
In speaking with a "supervisor" now being told that "yes, I will get my refund but it will take two cycles of my Visa card to show up. Was told that they have to wait for a code to refund from West Jet then refund. Most finical transactions only take 5-7 days to complete... so what I'm being told is crap... DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS.

Newer Update: as of Today 20/06/2016

These RIPOFF ARTISTS have still not refunded my money. DO NOT USE THEM! They are not in the business of providing plan tickets ----they are in the business to rip the little guy off!

This website comes up in a search for JET BLUE as if it is the airline's. I thought because it said Jet Blue in the headline that I was dealing with the airline and mistakenly booked my flight on this website, only to find out minutes later when double checking on it and going to jet blue directly that their flight was cheaper. And there is no way for you to choose your seat! STAY AWAY. I will be much more careful when booking in the future.
