Shine was the name of myflightsearch.com representative. I had a flight for a Monday, and because of a work conflict and family emergency, I had to change my flight. This was very confusing to me. I called to change my flight and Shine started walking me through step by step how to make changes and getting me the best possible options to choose from. Shine was very helpful. She was extremely patient with me. She made sure I heard her correctly and never got frustrated with me. She spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with me and was very nice, and extremely professional. She helped set my anxiety and frustration at ease. Because of shine, I was able to carry out my plans and responsibilities with my work and my family. I am very greatful tk have had her on the phone with me. They email me the ticket saying non stop and when I called the Americans airline, said I am sorry they have the wrong info, i called them back guess what they said? Nooo the plain stops but the passengers will not, ok I called back the Americans airline and said clear they will stop and get out changing plain too.
Becarefull they also asked me a copy of my I'd.

Their website is second rate. It automatically set to flexible dates without you asking and does not tell you if it changed to a new date. 12/26/16 Their customer service has very thick accents that are difficult to understand and they are snide and rude. They also hung up on me twice in a row. They did not listen to the issue all the way through, instead transferred me mid sentence. Because the website had changed my dates without notifying me I canceled with the 24 hours permitted. I only received a partial refund, they failed to refund the taxes. When I called back on 1/19/17 and spoke to Ruben I asked 4-5 times to speak with a manager and he refused my request. This poor customer service is unacceptable! Never again!
These folks took 1-1/2 hours of my time trying book a flight... everything they did was not working. My card wasn't the one they wanted to use. They wanted too much personal information. Want me to send them a copy of DL. And another picture ID. They quoted two different prices... kept me in the line 1-1/2 hours. I had to photo my credit card etc to them... it's a scam. Please don't use them when I tried to call back the number was in the Netherlands. I spoke to three different people all have middle eastern accents and all poor English. Be warned they are not trustworthy

Elliott was incredibly helpful in Confirmation K58K8P. Where we missed our flight in Miami and had to get to Chicago as soon as possible... things were incredibly difficult due to the shooting at the Ft Lauderdale airport... I have never experienced the patience exhibited by Elliott in helping us. He is an excellent representative for your company.
Somehow my spouse searched for United Air Lines when she was having trouble with their site and ended up calling My Flight Search instead of UAL customer service. I guess the person did not identify the agency and booked the trip. Got the same price but BE WARNED - you will not get the flight miles.
I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card company and will be sending MyFlightSearch Koolova ransomware and various worms. They deserve a DNS attack.
Reserved airline *******@75.00 one way online 2 days later credit card showed 119.00 when I call they said that seat economy was no longer available so without authorization from me they charged my credit card. Demanded and I was put on hold, dropped calls passed around from every supervisor, which of course they were all so sorry. Finally got email showing the error on their part and that they would refund money. After many calls and speaking with Dexter, Ruban, Yog, Unga, omg every Indie person in India I am still waiting for my refund check. They lie. They're thieves. And disgusting in their customer service.
I was traveling the day after Christmas and was shopping around for the cheapest flight I could find. I booked a flight on the United Airlines website and they tried to hit me with an extra fee claiming they had no economy seats left. I booked the flight in fear I wasnt going to find one for anything better.
Within my 24 hour cancelation window i tried to call Jet Blue to see what they had open and got rerouted to My Flight Search. While that wasnt what i was looking for, customer service found me a cheaper flight to and from Denver with better flight times and no extra charge for special seating. After reading some bad reviews saying this company was a scam, i got nervous and called my airline directly to confirm my reservation and everything was properly reserved, i didnt get hit with any additional charges, and i even got the seat i wanted there and back. It was a great experience using this company and they saved me money.

Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
