I want to give Jason a five star review. He did an excellent job in taking care of the flights for my granddaughters.

I USED MY FLIGHT SEARCH TO BOOK FLIGHTS FOR A LARGE GROUP AND MADDIE WAS VERY HELPFUL LOCATING AND SECURING TICKETS MULTIPLE TIMES I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM 5 STARTS BUT I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE TICKETS A BIT CHEAPER THROUGH A DIFFERENT CARRIER BUT WAS A BIT LATE IN LOCKING THEM DOWN IT WAS A LAST MINUTE THING SO I WASNT UPSET BECUASE I HAD TO SECURE THE TICKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE WORTH A PHONE CALL RECOMMENDATION IS TO STILL LOOK UP YOUR OWN DO YOUR HOMEWORK THEN CALL AND COMPARE THEY ARE USUALLY ABLE TO BEAT OR WORK PRICES

I had called this number thinking that I had called united airlines, however when they booked my tickets they clearly told me that it was a third party travel agency, I had apprehensions booking with them at first as I have never used a Travel agency to book tickets ever, however their clear explanation to things made me believe them. I also got my e ticket on my email within 1 hour of me calling them, I really liked it. The prices quoted were also reasonable. I would recommend the services to others as well.

On Nov. 11. Was contacting Frontier Airlines and somehow these scammers jumped in. My round trip according $422.99 thru spirit which i didn't know until i checked my bank statement. Recontacted frontier and gave my conf#. Had no such conf # in their system. Contacted spirit.The scammers made sure $161 was sent to them, but its a credit for future useage and no refund. Where is my balance $ 261.99 scammers? I have a new baby granddaughter I haven't seen and this is where I was going. Grrrr...

I needed to change a flight with southwest airlines and accidentally called this number thinking it was southwest reservation center. It cost me a 100.00 fee! Additionally, they accidentally cancelled both my husband and my reservations We didn't find out about this mistake until we tried to check in and we had no flight! Another 185.00 fee from southwest to straighten this mess out. When I called this company to try and get a refund, they would not take responsibility for their mistakes. Southwest airlines told me that they have had complaints about this company and that I should file a complaint with the better business bureau and the DOT. Don't ever use this company crooked

I was looking for 2 Tickets to travel to mexico I call south west and ending on this my fligthsearch.com what a nigthmare mistake on the pasengers names, mistakes on the day of bird, mistakes on my name the card holder good prices but they charge me $300 more on the counter on ohare airport I purchase this tickets the 10-18 so next day I print the tickets and when to the airline to verify was real deal or fraud this ppl on the website myflight search. Com are rude I didn't check the reviews before ppl be careful please!

Don't do any business with this company!
They made a mistake in my husbands last name, we had a lot of problems in the airport right before our vacation. When I called them from the airport to ask to do something, their representative told me that he can't do anything for me because he doesn't know how to do it and I have to wait for the manager to come to work and MAYBE he will help me. And he put me on hold to listen to the music for almost an hour, by that time my plane was almost ready to go! So I had nothing to do but to buy a new tickets as I didn't want to miss my flight.
Now I called them hundred times during 4 months and I got many promises that I'm gonna get my money back in 2 weeks, 3 weeks etc., and they can send it to me by cheque ONLY, and everytime when I didn't get it at time they told me that they made a mistake in my address or that it was returned back to them and they don't know why. Every time when I asked them for tracking number thay told me that they are going to send it to my email in a few days, but I never got it...
They are real SCAMMERS and LIARS! I'm waiting now for my cheque, they promised again that it's gonna be here in a few days, and if I don't get it I'm gonna go to the court and to tv channels... It cannot be like this! They have to be responsible for their actions!
