I called United Airlines and somehow got rerouted to this company pretending to be United Airlines. They were somehow able to change my flight to a completely different flight than I requested AND charged me a ridiculous fee. After speaking to a real United representative I found out that I was indeed scammed. When I called myflightsearch back they kept pretending we were getting disconnected. Clearly that is their MO. Pathetic!

Sasha was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was completely overwhelmed when I first called and Sasha put me at ease right away. I had to get reservations for myself and my four grandchildren. One to va for the five of us and then add my 4 grandkids to an existing reservation to get them back to Texas. This is a fraudulent website. After you book reservation they send email and request you to send them a copy front and back of credit card and driver license for security reasons. After I call them they tried to have me email the docs ave after I questioned them they disconnect call. Tried taking to someone and they gave me run around and disconnected call.

Answer: No, this is not a legitimate site. They are scammers. Do not book with these people!
Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
