I had to get reservations for myself and my four grandchildren. One to va for the five of us and then add my 4 grandkids to an existing reservation to get them back to Texas. This is a fraudulent website. After you book reservation they send email and request you to send them a copy front and back of credit card and driver license for security reasons. After I call them they tried to have me email the docs ave after I questioned them they disconnect call. Tried taking to someone and they gave me run around and disconnected call.

This flight specialist was one of the most patient and comprehensive person I could have ever been blessed with! Thank you, Southwest for having a person like her on your staff.
