I called to locate a credit that I got from Unted Airlines in September last year. My daughter had made the flight reservations and I didn't have a confirmation number or other information that would have made finding my credit easy. Eric spent a lot of time searching for the credit based on the information I had and he finally found it. He called me three times to update me on his progress. He was friendly and very helpful; he is a great asset to United Airlines. He is the type of employee that the company should strive for!
