The service was awesome. Southwest is great because it lets you cancel if you need to without a charge. Most airlines do charge about 100 to 200. Ben is great and helped us. There was no trouble with the service which is awesome.

I have been on the phone with these people 8 times for over three hours trying to get my travel documents. They are very pleasant and absolutely useless. I'm still not certain that what i finally have been told has any truth in it or I will get to the airport and find i have been scammed. Make reservations with the airline and stay away from this group. They are the worst!

This company cancelled my flight they do not want to take ownership and keep pointing the finger at the airline THEY cancelled my flight not the airline (Southwest) I had to purchase another ticket to get home from Punta Cana and they would only reimburse me a portion of the monies for newly purchased ticket. I will never, ever do business with this company again.

Everything was great but they required copy of credit card and passport.

Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
