We booked tickets and received confirmation of our flight and noticed that the return flight was the wrong time. Called within the first 60 minutes of booking. First agent said that he could change time but would have to charge $60 per ticket as the cost of the flight had gone up. I told him the rate still showed as the same on the website and he said that the website did not have up to date fares. Hmmm... anyway, he told me to call back on the same number and ask for customer service who could make the change without charge. I did that and was told by the person answering that they only had two people working in customer service and asked me to call back in ten minutes. I called back and got another rep who told me that they could not change my tickets without charging me $70 as the cost of the flight had changed. He said that this was the total cost to change both tickets. My brother was also on the phone with a different agent who told him it would cost him $60 per ticket to change the ticket. Hmmm... I advised the agent to just cancel the reservation as we made it just over an hour ago at that point and they have a 24 hour cancellation period. He said he could cancel without fee from them but that the airline would not refund the fee. I told him that airlines have a 24 hour cancellation policy too so that I should not be charged. He said that our tickets were non-refundable. I told him I understood that but that was after the 24 hour period. He continued to argue with me and insist that I would only get a credit with American Airlines and not a refund. I told him to cancel the reservation, I called my credit card company immediately and explained what happened and they said that no charge had come through yet and that they would flag the card and refuse the charge if it came through. We rebooked using Priceline with NO PROBLEMS!

Terrible

Booked a flight in December for a trip from Cleveland to Fort Lauderdale in April. Received confirmation for the April flight. 24 hours before my trip I went to check in and found out I did not have a flight they booked it for Feb. They booked me a later flight but I lost a whole day of vacation and did not arrive in Fort Lauderdale until after midnight when the first flight I would have arrived before noon. I will never use Flight Search again.

SO bummed by MyFlightSearch-- I went online and googled "United Airlines" and the first link that popped up was: United State Airlines with the exact branding of United Airlines and copyright symbol... So, unknowingly, I clicked on it and was put through to someone who could "help" me with a seat upgrade... The entire conversation felt like I was talking to a United Customer Service Agent (but I wasn't) and they NEVER made it clear that they were a totally separate company. I should have known that something was up when they asked me for a COPY of my credit card and driver's license... AHH! Scary! I declined and they basically said that they could "waive" that part of the procedure... what? MyFlightSearch charged me a $400 assistance fee ON TOP OF my $600 upgrade to Economy Plus seats. I went back online afterwards and the upgrades should have cost the flat $600 rate without the $400 surcharge... I am so upset... I feel intentionally taken advantage of and scammed. MyFlightSearch demonstrated unethical marketing and super-shady business practice-- UGH!

Scam

Booked a flight then immediately cancelled. Was promised a refund. Flight was booked and cancelled at the beginning of October 2017. Have made several calls to customer service. Given inconsistent stories as to the delay. March 21 2018 still waiting. I'm sure that all the 5 star ratings are fake. Never again

Over charged me. 7 tickets NYC to Orlando. Found out after checking with American airlines I was charged double. Paid over $2400 for tickets costing less than $1000. My trip is on April 1-6. Been trying to reach someone in authority. I plan to also file a complaint with the attorney General office in Las Vegas.

FYI Their home office is 4045 Spencer Street. Hope this information will help some.

SCAM

DO NOT USE! I bought two tickets and they were a complete scam. I am absolutely positive I booked for April 19-22 and a few days later checked my tickets online and they had changed the dates to be April 16-20. When I called to ask them about it my customer service person was of no help. My tickets were approximately $500 and she told me she could change the dates for an additional $600.

The good reviews must be from people that work for them. They tricked me into paying 100 dollars to exchange a ticket promising United airlines will refund me that amount. United said they have nothing to do with them. Two months went by and they promised to refund it themselves, never happened!

Complete Scam!

DO NOT USE MYFLIGHTSEARCH. They are deceptive business people! I was trying to call United Airlines to change my flight due to incoming weather. Somehow, MyFlightSearch was the first number to appear on Google and I (unknowingly) called them instead of United. They proceeded to change my flight - and the person's I am traveling with, for $85 per ticket. When I questioned United's email, which stated United would waive change fees and price differences, the representative Adam Paige NEVER mentioned I was not on the phone with United. He simply stated that he had kindly waived the change fees ($200 per ticket), but the difference in flight cannot be waived because the original flight had not yet been officially cancelled. I questioned "United" for 10 more minutes and mentioned that I would ask to speak with a manager after booking the tickets, as these were the last two seats on the only flight that would get to our destination in time for a wedding. Only later did I realize I had been speaking to and charged by a third-party. I called the real United and they confirmed the change should be entirely free for all passengers. MyFlightSearch cheats its profits out of unknowing clients.

Frightening! Scam!

These people are scammers and there is no other way to describe it... They made a mistake on my flight plans and wanted to charge me $200 per person to fix the error, 24 hours prior to departure. NEGATIVE! They have 1 employee that pretends he's a whole company... Each time I called no matter what day or time... He answered and pretened to be in front of a computer and that he had a " supervisor," by placing me on hold then coming back with a huge lie... This person is a scam artist and should not be trusted with your vaca... Doubled the price on fares. And the airlines never had my booking. Mind you It's 24 hours prior to departure... Thank God My Bank Reversed the charges from this thief... Call The Airlines Directly! They Are Not An Affiliate... So Much To Write. But I Don't Have The Energy...

Terrible Customer Service

Called one month before my flight to change the destination airport as I had accidently booked an airport one hour away from the one I needed to be at. First call to the number listed resulted in a busy signal and then dead air. E-mailed customer service, was given a different number to call, when I finally did speak to someone they immediately told me to call the airline. Airline representative indicated that advice was NOT correct. Back to calling MyFlightSearch... when someone finally answered, I was asked why I had made an error (Thanks, if I knew that I probably wouldn't have made the error) and informed that I would also have to pay a change of fare (expected) as well as an exorbitant penalty fee. I will NEVER book with this site again.

Simply amazing

I booked return tickets for myself and my husband and later decided we wanted to take the children and I searched so many sites and spoke to so many reps and God sent me myflightsearch.com a site that I had never even heard of and I spoke to Sasha at extension 3060 which originally gave me the published fares and after explaining my situstion she never stopped until she got me something that was reasonable, not only did she try different ways to get me the best fares possible but she took the time to consistently call me and inform me of what she came up with and she never stop working with me until I got something... she has an amazing personality while at the same time being caring because while on the phone with her I started feeling stomach cramps and I made s few sounds and she picked up on it right away and asked me if I was ok... i was very pleased that this person was not just about the sale but a genuinely caring person. Thanks Sasha and that you myflightsearch.com for hiring people with standards... love your customer service. I will definitely use you guys any time I need a trip and recommend you to my friends and family
