I was promised a call from a supervisor within 24 hours... never happened. Unethical. Any positive review is probably written by their staff!
Ronnie really took care of me. I called him on wendsday for a Friday or saturday flight to texas from Cleveland ohio to buy a truck. He found me a great cheap flight within 15 mins. We got disconnected and the flight went up about 100 dollars but he stuck to the agreed price. Thanks again.

I booked with them recently and gave all my information. I thought I was finished with everything a week passed and I wondered why my money wasnt deducted off my card. I called and they said they had canceled. After I have them all my information they said its canceled no phone call or NOTHING! So I called and asked for a supervisor he apologized and said he would fix it. Again took all my information. So I waited and then received a phone call from them asking about the expiration date. I had already given them this. Something told me to call them back and they said your booking is not going through because of documentation. No one told me to send documents! So I sent them documents of the card and ID then they said it will take 4 hrs. 4 hrs passed I call then they said 4 more hrs. Called back they said processing is going to take an 1hr. By this time I was ready to cancel the flight as the prices increased. I was able to dodge this stress with this company. Please book directly with your airline you may come out cheaper like I did. I was quoted a cheaper price by 500 dollars with the airline.
I work for airline. Two hours ago I checked passenger from Chicago to LAX. Ticket issued for $118.30, passenger paid the travel agent from MyFlightSearch...$850.00

I specifically asked if they were the airline and they said yes. Charged 1k in fees for a last minute ticket and wouldn't refund even though they said they would. Transferred to a manager who wanted a reason why I didn't want to finalize the transaction after the CSR said I could cancel. Bunch of BS. Never use this site and MAKE SURE you pay attention to what you select on your phone.

Use caution when using this service. I feel they have exorbitantt charges when booking your flight. Check directly with the airline for cost if possible, You may find a better deal.
Read the fine details of your reservations. This company is A BIG FRAUD AND A SCAM! My experience with this company has been hell. Do not fall for their scam! Called the number and you can't talk to the manager for further clarification and they will not let you know their exact address.

I needed to do a date change on my trip. Sean was my Frontier Airlines Reservations agent who helped me accomplish this change of date. I was very impressed with Sean's efficiency and professionalism. He was to do the changes in a timely manner. He also followed up with me to make sure I received the necessary emails with the changes and charges. He made I was satisfied with our transaction as well. He spoke in a very clear manner so i could hear him well over the phone. He left me relieved. I was also satisfied with the fees, I didn't feel gauged when though it was a last minute change. I'm very happy that Sean took care of me very well. Frontier Airlines please know you have a great employee.

1. Minutes after booking our SAS tickets they called back with a change.
2. Due to winter weather returning from Europe we tried to make changes directly with the airline (SAS) they told us we had to go through MyFlight.
3. We called MyFlight and never got a real human. We had to leave messages. We never received a call back.
I will not use them again.

Answer: No, this is not a legitimate site. They are scammers. Do not book with these people!
Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
