When my connecting flight with United was cancelled I had to cancel the next two legs of my trip with Cathay Pacific. I used Google on my phone to search for Cathay Pacific customer service. Somehow, perhaps I clicked an ad accidentally or something, I ended up talking to what I thought was a Cathay Pacific rep, but it was actually MyFlightSearch. In my panic to get my flights booked I just went along unquestioning, assuming they are actually helping me cancel my flights. Wrong. They didn't help me cancel. I got suspicious when they helped me book a flight with EVA Airlines but I assumed maybe they are in the same alliance. They are not, which I confirmed later that day, further enhancing my suspicion. They told me that there would be two charges, one for the ticket one for the extra fees, taxes, etc, that usually come with booking a ticket. I'm sure they just charged my card for the price of the ticket and then added more than $260 extra for themselves. Big scam. It is obvious that they are spamming this site with phony reviews as well. I'm sending the Chase dispute team after them and I hope they are destroyed.

I wish I had read reviews before buying the ticket with them, real reviews, not the generic ones written the same thanking agents who helped them (fake since all agents are from India but they all have american names.). The worst experience we ever had! It started from the very beginning. We searched flights for one date but it somehow booked the flight for absolutely different date. I couldn't believe I did such a mistake buying tickets all the time I've never done anything like that. Then their agent called to confirm the dates were ok. Just to make sure... I realized this is their practice, they do it on purpose. Once the person is trapped they offer the ticket for the correct dates and it's of course was $500 more. Thankfully we bought protection we thought, but boy were we wrong. Their rep said that they are unaware of how insurance works and this is not their responsibility and gave us a phone number where none picks up. Please, just please stay away from them, they trick you in a so called cheap deals but at the end you end up losing money.

This company promised us a refund on our flight that was cancelled just minutes after we book. They said twice they tried to return the charges on the credit card and never did. They then told us that they would mail us a cheque and we waited. No cheque came. We were once again told that we would receive another cheque an dstill nothing. Called again and now they want us to send our credit card statement to prove it was paid. Totally a scam of a company and we will either see them in court or they will close their doors. Absoutley no customer service at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT believe any of the 5 star reviews about the great service provided. They all are written by the company and all are very similar generic statements with TERRIBLE grammar. So and so was very concern about my worries. You would think that with all the money Myflightsearch.com is making ripping off innocent victims they could afford someone with English as their first language to write their phony positive reviews for them - GUESS NOT!

Initially booked flight on website but it was not for the dates I had put in. Watch it! Called immediately. They booked me another flight for correct days plus $83 which I thought was the additional cost of the flight times. When I received my statement there was a separate $83 withdrawal for "agency fees" and "airline fees". Had to cancel flight due to illness. Was promised flight through Frontier could be used within one year and refund of $80.10 for agency fees on October 4th (in writing.) Followed through 3 times to inquire about refund "on way". Finally promised refund by December 2nd. NO REFUND. Followed up again. This time transferred to "customer service". (I though it was customer service I had talked with before.) Person answered "Yea" He sounded confused when I asked him if it was customer service. He told me he would get in touch with the agent who sold me the ticket! They would call me back within an hour. Who ever heard of this? Of course no one called back. I am DONE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Book directly with the airline you are using. One more note, it always sounds the same in the background like a busy agency with timed phones ringing. I think these are recorded sounds meant to deceive the caller.
