Booked through myflightsearch.com for a flight on United. They charged extra $150 in fees! Cancelled within 24 hours. Get a run around every time I call to get my refund. They are thieves! Rebooked my flight direct with United for same price of original without fees.

Very pleased with customer service in regards to placing several flight reservations involving several cities and various airlines.

The company has employees that appear to be genuinely concerned about flight comfort and pricing. In particular, Agent Jake surpassed my expectations in follow-through, addressing a few issues and his professional presentation.

A pleasure to have worked with My Flight Search. And will look forward to future bookings through this company.

DON'T USE THIS SITE!

I booked a flight to Houston, but then ended up getting sick and couldn't go. I called United (the airline I booked with). I found out my ticket was only $128, but myflightsearch.com charged $277! The rest of that was an "agent fee." I contacted them to see if I could at least get a voucher for a different date. No deal! No discussion! Look at their addresses! One is is a suite in Las Vegas and the customer service is located in INDIA! 'Nuff said!

39048048 FAKE AND SCAMERS

These people are Theives. The charged me a fee i never jnew about and they fee and flight was in USA when he knew i was in Canada. I never the flight would cost me double. I wanted the fake servise fee back and they SAY it will be sent back but again in USD SO I LOSE ON THE EXCHANGE AGAIN! It should have been back on my visa months ago since they said it has veen done but they are liars nothing is refunded. They never anwer my emails or phone calls they actually hangup 4 times when i ask for a manger. When i first booked in AUGUST the sales person called me back 2 times to write him a good review. He was on the phone for over an hour with me writing on differnt sites. The good reviews are FAKE THEY CALL U BACK AFTER U BUY THE TICKET AND NOT KNOW HOW BAD THEY ARE AND ASK BEG FOR A GOOD REVIEW

I had a bad experience with MyflightSearch and I wrote to the MN Attorney General. They replied. Thanked me, and said they would keep my info on file. If enough of us do this. Several States might get together

Booked a flight many months out and after i booked and received the confirmation they called me 20 mins later and said we are sorry we did not get you on the flight that you have the confirmation for but that they could get me on a later flight but it was more money. 2 managers later I was assured that I was on the original flight that I booked. Fast Forward to printing boarding passes out at the hotel and I was on the flight that they tried to get me on. After calling customer service for 45 minutes and having them tell me that they could change my flight for a price-i finally was able to get a manager on the phone. They said that they changed my flight to the later one that I did not want and did not have a confirmation for. Never received an email or a call. They take your money and then try to get you to pay for their mistakes. HORRIBLE!

I booked the ticket on Nov 10 in the very early morning and today is Nov 13, I have NOT gotten my itinerary yet and the airline number on their receipt is completely fake because I used it to find my reservation on the airline website but could not get a thing. I kept calling in yesterday but was told repeatedly that the ticket was in process and would be ready in an hour or so. Basically the company is not honest about what they are doing and with the holiday season approaching, I cannot afford to wait to be told later whatever not matching what I agreed with in the first place. So I would rather pay more to get my ticket right away elsewhere instead of going through all of these everyday in the next few days.

Edward 3100 helped me find a flight. I was looking everywhere and he found me a great flight for a great price. He was patient and very nice. He was such a help to me and my process of booking this flight. I would recommend him highly for his ability to do his job. He helped me find the lowest price that I wouldnt have found on the market and was amazing. Agent Edward helped me tremendously on myflightsearch.com and I would have him help me again for any further flight bookings.

I was trying to book a flight to Florida, Had checked the box that I was flexible on dates/ times, but chose a flight for the dates I had originally wanted. When the booking was complete the dates had completely changed and it was going to send me to florida only to return the next day, called to cancel and get a refund until I could get the ticket I actually wanted, the site says 100% guarantee on cancellations and refunds, when I called it was an entirely different story, got the run around and told that all tickets are final sale and that mine were in fact stand-by and that there wasnt even a guarantee that I'd be able to get onto this flight. Argued with this man for a bit and told that speaking to a supervisor wouldn't change the outcome, if i wanted to change my ticket i could do so with him and i would be charged a bit over $200 more. After having to beg and persuade he finally put me on the phone with someone else, after threatening to report them to BBB and telling her that this was clearly a scam she quickly cancelled and refunded my money. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SITE! Unless you want a whole lot of headache.

This company is HORRIBLE. I tried to buy a ticket from NC to Germany. I got confirmation and was awaiting my e tickets. Someone called telling me after all went through, that the tickets have gone up. Mind you, I have a receipt. I had my brother call from his cell phone asking for available tickets on the same flight and it was a totally different price. I have been on the phone with this poor excuse of a company for hours. WARNING... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SUCK SUCK SUCK! PLUS HELL, THEY CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH.

SORRY $#*! COMPANY, A DAM SHAM AND A SHAME! Hell rating your company, a 1 is way too dam high.

SCAM!

MyFlightSearch charged a $230 service fee for a $364 air line reservation. No mention was made of the charge until we got the invoice email. We did not hit the authorization button but they say our receiving the email constitutes proof of our authorization

Myflightsearch is a BIG SCAM... PLEASE ALWAYW CHECK THE REAL TICKET COST WITH THE AIRLINES, IF YOU HAVE BOOKED THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

THEY CHARGE THEIR 'OWN SERVICE FEE' AND THEN WILL INFORM YOU THAT THERE WILL BE 2 SEPARATE CHARGES AT TIME OF BOOKING OVER PHONE.

ONE OF WHICH IS THEIR SERVICE FEE'. IT CAN VARY FROM $50-$1000 PER PERSON.AM I A FOOL.
THESE GUYS ARE IN INDIA... AND ARE A SCAM..
