This company charges you hidden costs and then later informs you that they are a travel agency. The initial contact was extremely confusing and asked me to agree with wrong records without correcting all information first. They wanted signatures of incorrect, non matching information. Over 40 minutes for them to change their mistakes on contract. When calling in to question costs, the agent was condescending in response to my questions.
Jessica provided me with outstanding services in booking and then changing the booking of my round trip flight from San Francisco to Singapore. She also worked with her supervisor to give me a discount.
Lucas was the most helpful "on line" customer service rep I have ever dealt with. He spent whatever time in needed to feel comfortable as I navigated thru my vacation details... I hope to have Lucas be my own personal travel agent going forward.

I made a booking for flights from Vancouver to Los Cabos on Aug. 18,2017. I received confirmation that my booking was complete. When trying to make ground transportation reservations I was informed that we were not on the booked flights. I called MyFlightSearch. They told me that they had tried to contact me by e-mail to ask me if I wanted the flights for a higher price. I did not see these emails and did not provide a response. They then cancelled the booking without charging my card. I had to make new bookings with another booking agent that completed the booking and send me the e-tickets. One can not trust MyFlightSearch and they hope to hook you and sell you the bookings at a higher price. That is dishonest and misleading.
I received the upmost best customer service today from Sasha (3056). I needed a last minute flight from Îles de la Madeleine to Edmonton and she worked so hard for me to find the best price and solution. It's people like her that know the true meaning of great customer service and I think she is a asset to your company. High five Sasha ext: 3056

I recently booked a flight on this website. I was so excited since it wasn't as expensive as other websites. I received my confirmation number i was booked woot! Then a week later i get a call from my bank telling me that i had a weird charge and that they declined it. The charge was for the same amount of my flight but at a smile company. None the less i had no ticket plus my card was compromised by the website. Double check your card after booking on this site and make sure it's a real flight! I would of been pretty chocked showing up at the airport without a ticket.
I needed to obtain at ticket to Auckland on the evening flight as my mother was gravely ill in hospital, Steve at the Air New Zealand number, because of the area I live in cell phone coverage can be a problem, every time my call was dropped he called right back, Steve had an incredible phone manner, made the whole situation pleasant.
Sadly my mother passed while I was in the air.

Booking confirmed with agent named Shine. She was wonderful. Shine took the time to understand my travel needs and provided me with several options. When I was interrupted due to work requirements, she gave me her number and took my number in order to ensure that we maintain contact. She called me back and worked with me closely until we were able to arrange my travel. She exceeded by expectations by far. So thankful for her assistance!
I mistakenly got my flight search instead of united airlines reservations from a google search. I told them I didn't want to book through a 3rd party and they told me some story about how calls to United got routed to them when United was too busy. In looking at the charges on my credit card, the flight cost was $178, but the booking fee was $200. That's a bad deal. I consider myflightsearch to be dishonest and unreasonably priced.
Over charged my acount and giving the run around about giving me money back bought two tickets and they charged me for two additional tickets now they're giving me a hard time about giving me my money back...
Had an emergency and it was handled speedily and well. I booked two separate trips and realized hours later that i made an huge mistake in my dates- he remembered me- found me perfect flights at the same times and was understanding; very efficient and personable! Victoria of myflightsearch.com handled a multi credit card transaction for me that was split between my card and a friend who helped me out with some of the money. My friend was 2000 miles away so it was time consuming for her. She remained patient. Her insistence on this review and the higher than I was expecting to pay price are why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Called, spoke with a person immediately who was able to help me change my flight. Alex Smith got everything taken care of in 5 minutes and I was on a new flight later that day. Thanks!
Answer: No, this is not a legitimate site. They are scammers. Do not book with these people!
Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
