He was very understanding patient so I give him a number five when I needed time to check my account so that I have enough money to clear my payment East 8th and old and it was a good while so that's the end of the patient parts and understanding my name is very hard to pronounce and spell we went over it like so much time till we get it right so eat her and his keep in my book
Sasha, my flight representative was, (in a few words) professional, polite, expedient, a pleasure to do business with. Sasha followed up on several occasions to assure and assist us with any and all questions and concerns. I can't say enough about Sasha's professional yet caring

Don't even think about getting a ticket from them
They'll trap you and Knock y out just a day before flight
I got a ticket in their website with $280 for regina from Los angeles but just a day before flight i got a phone call that the ticket is not confirm and incase i want the ticket i have to pay $374 i accepted cause i had no choice but in 2-3 hours i received another email from their website that i have to pay $398.18 otherwise they can't issue the ticket
Its totally rip off
And I'm not sure i still have the ticket or not

I booked 7 flights through your company for 5000 and i cancelled all flights the other day but i have still not recieved my moneyyy yett
This site is the single worst booking experience we have ever had... Watch them because they search the cheapest flights anywhere near the dates you enter and then you get booked on the WRONG DATES without knowing it... Then when you call them, they tell you the rates are almost double of what they are on their website. The guy on the phone had the audacity to say that the airline website was WRONG and he was charging the correct amount. Now completely frustrated, we tell them to cancel the whole thing and they say, sure we'll credit your money back in 10 business days! We called back within an hour (upon receiving the confirmation and catching the mistake) and they still need 10 days to return something they took in a few moments. This site is not on the level... stay away!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Received a conformation email confirming my 8am united flight at the time and date that I requested. When I tried to check in to my flight 24 hours before departure united showed departure at 11:55am. When I called MyFlightSearch about the change they alerted me that they had to switch my flight and alerted my the same day of booking by voicemail. (I did not receive any call or voice mail) After telling them this they told me that the time i requested was cancelled and as a courtesy placed me on a different flight (united confirmed that seat were still available for the 6am and it was indeed not cancelled). MyFlight customer service blamed me for not picking up the call that had given me to know about the time change and could not provide a phone record of the voicemail upon my request. I was not accommodated and forced to take the later flight. The customer service rep then had the audacity to call me back and see if I still wanted to keep my later reservation with them..

My wife googled southwest airlines to get their phone number. The number of MyFlightSearch was returned instead and she called it thinking it was Southwest. They lied three times saying they WERE Sourthwest and not a third party.
The fare difference for the change should have been $41. They said we would get two charges. One for $41 in taxes. A second for the change in fares of $110.96.
We got a confirmation from Southwest for $41 for the difference in fare. The extra $110.96 was bogus and kept by MyFlightSearch.
Deal with the airline direct! This is a scam.
I was quoted a price gave the the information and they returned and stated the price I was given no longer stood. They increased the price by $500.00. When I refused they lowers the price gradually until I told them I was not going to buy from them. I hung up they called back and told me they qould give me the original price. I refused went to the same airline booked the same flight and saved $400.00 from the original price. Not only were they over charging me 400. But want to add an additional 500. They were going to may a $900. Profit. CROOKS first time I was going to use them and last time

Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
