I booked an airline ticket with MyFlightSearch before Christmas. I was told that it was not confirmed until I received my e-ticket. Did not receive it but figured, with the airline mess over Christmas, I should get it in the New Year. NOT I e-mailed asking where it was. They said they would reply within 48-72 hours. I received an e-mail back that my booking had been cancelled and my money would be refunded in 6-8 WEEKS. Now I have to re-book with only 4 days left and my flight is now DOUBLED in cost.
We Booked flight 10/24/2022, Notified flight canceled 10/31/2022 refund coming in one week. 11/07/2022 no refund told coming in one week. Called again 12/23/2022 told we would receive refund in 7 days. Called again 1/10/2023 told again refund coming in 1 week. Checked online 1000 of people having trouble getting refunds. Contact credit card company to file claim before 3 months elapse.
I booked with them last September, they could not confirm the ticket and I had to cancel in Oct. Ever since I emailed and called many times, still haven't got my refund yet! My situation is a bit complicated: the credit card I used to book was not in use anymore - got scammed and changed the card number. So I asked them to mail me the refund cheque, but every time I called, I was told to wait 1-2 billing cycles! So I've been waiting for over 3 months and have no idea how long I need to wait! Be very careful to book with them! The customer service is almost friendly, but just can't solve my problem apparently.
Booked 11/30/22 for a trip 1/24/23. Called 1/4/23 to review fights and found out they canceled my booking. Said the flights for that price sold out and I needed to rebook.? I asked when they were going to tell me, he said we email you 1 week before departure.! Asked to speak to a supervisor, he said none was available. Said they will give me a refund in 30-60 days. 1. Don't use this company. 2. If you have, call to confirm your fights- chances are they canceled them 3. Watch for the refund- lots of people are having a hard time getting their money back. SCAM!

They cancel my flight with no explanation, and still waiting on my refund since oct 12,2022.they keep saying "our concern team will reach out that's B.S still jan3rd and nothing.this site is overseas so is easy for them to scam people.please don't get scam.this people will steal your money..
I had a terrible experience with MyFlightSearch.
1. It was not really clear whether the price is in CAD or USD ( or it was not noticeable) so I compare the prices and I thought this was the cheapest. Not really recognize this was foreign currency( I live in Canada)
When I check my bank account I realized and I called right away and they cancel that. They gave me the number.
I was waiting and waiting for A refund and I called they said it took 20 business days to refund. It was OCT 26 when I got my ticket, so I put the date on my calendar and Still didn't get anything. I called again and explain, they said the fund shows in the system completed. I was shocked and he said to wait again for 20 New business days. I did and again No payment I called again and he said you will receive the money tomorrow evening. I am writing this and still from Oct 26 till now New year Jan 1,2023, I DID not Recieve a penny of my REFUND. It is ridiculous working with this terrible customer service.
I booked a flight in October for a January trip. Called last day of December for my e-ticket. I was told that I would have it in 24 hrs. Did not get it! Called back and found out that the problem was that they never booked my flight and would not refund me my money. DO NOT USE
I booked a flight to Puerto Rico to see my family after 40 years. On the website my card was charged. A few days before my flight I called in to get my flight number and was told the my payment was declined. My credit card company stated that no charge was ever made. If it was declined I get an automatic notification and I never did. I could rebook at double the price and a 10 hour layover. A email would have been nice but was never received.
Abominable! My Trip made through My Flight Search for Silver Airlines. Booked on October 21,2022. The info was sent to Silver for the wrong dates with an incorrect email address. Therefore I was considered a no show. The review was removed and I have not heard anything. Judy
I will never ever use this website again. In September, 2022, I purchased airlines reservations and after a few days later, I was informed that they cancelled my reservations. I was told that my refund would be returned via my credit card in about 2 billing cycles. I was very patient at first but after over a month went by I called them and was told that they would process my refund. I've been calling and sending emails to the Customer Service Myflight.com, and keep getting the same answer...they are working on my refund. Strongly recommend that you do not use them to book an airline reservation. These people are frauds and cannot be trusted. If there was a check mark available for zero stars, I would check that. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.! I have copies of all my email requests and they telling me to be patient. Three months is way too long to get my refund.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 4 MONTHS FOR A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED FLIGHT THAT WAS CANCELLED WITHIN MINUTES OF SCHEDULING IT. THEY GIVE THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE EVERY TIME I CALL. THEY ARE AVOIDING THE REFUND AND HOPE I WILL FORGET ABOUT IT. ALSO, THERE IS NO NUMBER AVAILABLE TO DIRECTLY CALL THE REFUND DEPARTMENT. NEVER USE THIS SITE TO BOOK A FLIGHT!
I booked a flight and paid full price from Winnipeg to Edmonton.
The day that I was to fly, this company emailed me and said my flight was cancelled. There was no reason given. They stated that they would return my money in 2 - 6 weeks. That time has passed. Every time that I call and relay my concerns the operator hangs up. This has happened 7 times to date.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and the operators tell me that I cannot be transferred to a supervisor.
When I booked my flight the same day with an accredited airline (the same flight that I had be scheduled to be on) there were many seats available in the coach section.
This company is fraudulent and I would strongly advised anyone thinking of using them to give your money to a company that is honest.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We buy tiicket on august 2021 for flight MTL to Miami, Due to the COVID-19 we have to cancel it in JAN 2022. They give us a cancellation number and they tell us we will have a fully refund... we are now in december 2022 and after 9 months and 9 phones call to know about why we do not receive yet our refund...we do not receive the refund yet...WHAT a $#*!...!
Two days before my flight they email me to tell me that my flight was cancelled. I purchased two round trip tickets. They did not get me other flights they said they would send me a refund. I had to go through someone else and buy two more round trip flights. It has been two months and still have not gotten my refund!
Ater one WEEK of buying an air ticket, without receiving my confirmation # they said that the price is $200.00 dollares more, so I have to cancelled, they charged to my credit card, now all the inconvenience.

I caution anyone looking to use this site for booking. This site is a complete scam. I have been waiting for a refund for a month! Keep being told it will take a week. Can't speak to anyone in charge. They gave me false names. Took only a matter of seconds for them to draft money from my account and it is taking forever for a refund. We are in the era of tech. It shouldn't take this long for any credible flight booking service to issue a refund. POOR SERVICE!
These guys are pirates. They cancel flights and then never give refunds. The string you along until the Credit Card complaint window has passed. Do not book, you will be robbed.
I had to cancel a flight, and the company told me I would receive a refund in 2 weeks. When the 2 weeks past I called again, and they said I would receive my refund in 21-23days. I have no called again as this time has passed. When I explain what the issue is they put me on hold and then I get disconnected. Please don't use this site. It is run very poorly, and would hate anyone else to experience what I am going through!

Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.
Answer: We have the same issue with this agency, they say they will refund money but they will not. Worst travel agency ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
