Pathetic
May 22, 2017

Company changed my travel date without my knowledge or permission which caused me to have to repurchase airline tickets the day before my flight. Gave me the run around. Involved the Better Business Bureau. Received a partial refund but still waiting on the remaining balance. Steer away from this company for your travel needs. Going on 2 months... horrible

So much trouble

I thought I was booking with the airline bit somehow ended up on this 3rd party site. They carded me more than the airline would have and then didn't actually send my reservation to the airline. I fortunately arrived over an hour early (very small airport) because u was on the phone with myflightsearch.com foe over an hour and still didn't get my reservation. The airline could add me but I had to pay for another ticket. Now they are giving me the runaround about booking my return flight using the money the I HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM. This company is terrible. Save yourself and your money and do not use.

Rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. Lied to me multiple times while giving me the run around! I hope this review reaches everyone who may be looking to buy a airline ticket definitely go directly via airline website! I also recorded my interactions with MyFlightSearch.com and plan on uploading to YouTube shortly! They should be shut down!

I booked a great deal through this site only to be told 24 hours later that the fare had increased. So how can we be sure that any fare on the site is valid. Going forward I will only be booking directly with the airlines.

Called and needed a supervisor. When speaking to the supervisor Alex he hung up on me after he tried to interrupt what I was telling him and I asked him to let me finish with my story. I would never use these guys. WORST customer service ever, in fact I don't think they know what customer service is.

I had to call so many times to cancel the reservation and they charged the payment after they told me that they wouldn't. I have to call the bank to deal with the issue.
They didn't send me the cancellation confirmation 3 days after it's cancelled, so I have to call to ask for a copy to send to the bank. Then they still ask me to wait and later told me that I won't get the refund. I share my experience here just to give peoplea heads up before you decide to make reservation, because it's so hard to cancel and get the refund.

My mother booked tickets for the family to go to Ireland this summer and thought she was booking with United directly. When one of my sisters got pregnant and will not be able to make the trip because she will be 36 weeks pregnant, we tried to call My Flight Search to cancel her ticket, after 6 weeks we are still trying. We are hung up on and left on hold for hours, they are not interested in customer service, only commissions. This is a deceptive company praying on people who are not skilled with on line reservations. STAY AWAY!

Went with this company because I was attending a destination wedding, the agent was very nice(KIRK) I explained to the representative that I needed to use two different cards to pay for my ticket. He explained" that won't be a problem" which was recorded( all conversation are recorded) and he confirmed it. After booking was completed and bill was received I noticed that my account was overdrawn. I inform them that an error was made and only one card was used and it caused my car to be overdrawn. I sent email to both the rep and customer service informing them of this. I was advised that my account would be refunded the amount that was overdrawn, and was told that it will take a week. Today makes one week and my account has not been refunded. I feel that this company is only concerned with making money, but customer satisfaction is not a priority. Next time I will book flight directly from airlines to avoid incompetency.

I called Air New Zealand customer service line and somehow it got directed to these people. Thinking that I was ordering a ticket through air New Zealand the whole time. Then once they send me a confirmation ticket it says air flight search.com so I call them back and they tell me that they are a call center for when the air New Zealand line is too crowded. So i keep tt rusting them. Another lie from them is that they told me to no worry if I see two separate charges on my card because one of them is the tax for the ticket. The following day since I still did not receive my electronic ticket I call air New Zealand and they tell me that I was overcharged by $436! Omg! I call my bank to contest but the problem is I already have the ticket and I am scared to cancel the whole thing cause I need this exact itinerary. $#*!s charged me 436$ extra and they gave me attitude multiple times, hung up on me and yelled at me! Stay away from these people they will steal your money.

I too was booking a flight with them but when they ask for me to take a photo of my ID and credit card I was uncomfortable about it when I told them I did not feel comfortable doing that this guy got mad said I was not smart or wise and they need it. I told him no please cancel it still got LOUD with me very unprofessional and said I will not find a cheaper ticket I just need to send my ID and card. After going back and forth with this guy which I'm trying to figure out why is he getting loud with me just cancel it. Enrique was the huts name then HUNG Up on me minutes later the manger calls me I explain I want to cancel it he too was saying that's not smart and I would regret it and then said we will lower the price ok ma'am don't send the ID just cover the credit card number and only show the last four I this point I don't want nothing todo with them. I said please cancel it he finally did. The next DAY the manger calls me and did not say who he was just ask my name and said I see you book with the airline I said it doesn't matter what I do on my times and WHY are you still contacting me when I cancel my reservation mean don't contact meat all! Then he hung up. So FYI the price they gave me was $200 more then the airlines so check with them ( airlines) but I will NEVER EVER go with this people there not on the BBB website I going to report this company they're not professional AT ALL STAY AWAY!

A complete scare!

Firstly, i'm mistakenly thought this was Southwest when I dialed the number online. When purchasing my ticket a different card holder purchased my ticket. This company asked for us to send a copy of the card holders ID and credit card showing the last four digits - this was an odd request because usually companies don't ask for such items, however we appreciated the request because it lessens the chance of identity theft. Once the ticket was purchased we receive the confirmation from this company of our purchase and fight information however we did not receive a confirmation from the airline I didn't think much of it. So I called the airline to change my seats because have a preference of seating. When I called the airline they set my flight doesn't exist that was shocking to say the least. So I called the company back and explain to them with that airline company said. A different representative got on the phone and then said oh we need a copy of your ID to complete the purchase well I explained to her the first representative did not say we need it out ID they said just the last four digits of your card. Long story short we did not receive the flight confirmation so I called the number and no one answered I was concerned because usually company such as this will answer their phone if there are 20 for our business so I called four times and no answer I went to sleep woke up the next day and cold in the morning still no answer. By that time I knew this was a fraudulent act so I called the cardholder and said I think this was a fraudulent act. I decided to call them using my husband cell phone and loan but hole they answered and then my heart sunk because I didn't knew that they were avoiding my calls. Long story short this company is legit they just took way too long to email the flight confirmation in traditional companies you get it instantly this company you going to get it at least 12 to 18 hours after your purchase or lease that was my experience related company again I'm not sure but I know one thing for certain- my experience with them was in a comfortable one to say the least

HORRIBLE!

If I were able to rate this agency lower than 1 star BELIEVE ME I WOULD! There has to be about only 5 people working here! I booked a flight for 3+ people and was guided by one of the reps to cancel my existing flight through another agency because he could give me a better deal. Of course, me wanting to save money I went ahead and canceled my flight through the other agency to reserve 5 seats through this one. When I tell you it has been nothing but HELL dealing with these people who barely speak any English! I was fortunate enough to at least receive 3 of my tickets which by the way to 7+ hours just to receive a confirmation and am still waiting for my last few tickets. To avoid the hassle stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! Not fraud, but definitely not professional or organized enough to help book party of more than ONE!
