Feels like scam
August 13, 2017

I had to call 3 times, each time speaking with another person, and always rechecking the same information. After each call, I was told that I would be receiving my eticket within 2-3 hours. Never happened. Be very careful of booking anything on this sight.

This is a scam! I caution you to stay away from this website. Poor customer service and poor quality of service. They changed the date of my reservation without my knowledge. I reviewed the reservation three weeks prior to my trip to confirm time and learned my reservation had been changed. I was then informed, i would need to pay an additional 300.00 for a reservation change. I warn you to stay away from this site. It is not in the country and they hold you hostage for the money or you lose your reservation all together. They changed my reservation to an alternate date that i did not book! SCAM!

Please anybody do not give these people your money they are scam artist $#*!ing indians taking ppl money i hope they shut down this site. I called i spoke to this women she sounded all professional i was asking her? She kept puttin me on mute or hold sobi started to think $#*! was kinna weird she came back on the phone sayinv talk to my supervisor he comes on asking for my bank info it soundef believable he sent me everything for my flight than i ask him why do i only see one name on the ticket which was soppose to be two. The man said hold on and transfered me to someone else at this time i gave my bank info like an idiot than i realiaze to myself its a scam i called the bank and close my account thank god they didnt takevthe money out i than called them back to tell them off he wad being rude and send me an email saying its been cancel and i dont owe money i told him i was gonna report them he got scared. I dont know why ppl do this it not nice and ruins alot of people family if they going on vacation i was so pissed but even though they didnt get my money they need to be shut down!

Obviously the 5 star reviews are form people who work at the company. Whatever you do do not use them! These people stole $100 from me and lied to me by saying they are partnered with southwest. They are not going to give me my money back, so RUN AWAY!

They ruined my vacation. Gave me the correct date on my E-tickets, but transmitted the wrong travel dates to American Airlines! Cost me 700 to rebook, get the correct flight.

I booked a flight trough this company and within the hour cancelled it when I realized I had booked the wrong dates. This was on June 6th. Today is July 25th and I still don't have my money back. Don't use this company whatever you do! And if you cancel good luck getting your money back.

Horrible service

I book my tickets online all the time. Never had them call me back for confirmation. Book it and forget it until the day of flying, or a day before. Booked a ticket through myflightsearch, got. A confirmation email from them, which has the flight details, booking number, names of passengers etc. everything good so far! After my Orlando vacation, We are athe airport and realized, they haven't sent a confirmation number yet. Called the support number, and they are saying my ticket price may have gone up! I said we have booked the fight. Then they says, they tried to call me to confirm! We are already at the airport and potentially having to pay a premium for last minute booking. I questioned why they need a confirmation, if they have all my details needed for booking. Without even apologizing or any kind of explanation, they disconnected the phone! We end up paying more at the counter as we were in a hurry to get back home. I will not buy from here anymore. Wouldn't recommend either.

I wanted to book an international flight ONLY if I would be able to upgrade to business class with American Express miles. He told me that the fare for 2 tickets was $3,434 and that there were no upgradable seats at the moment but I would have to book the seats now. I asked if he would hold the reservation for 24 hours. He said that I would have to purchase the tickets and they were cancelable within 24 hours. He sent me an e-mail for me to sign off on the purchase. I called back and told him that no where on the email did it read that it was cancelable within 24 hours. He told me that it was an industry practice to cancel if the customer wanted to within 24 hours. I declined and did not authorize the purchase. The next day I received an email from him. It read "AS PER OUR CONVERSATION, WE HAVE CANCELLED YOUR BOOKING NUMBER ********. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE TICKET BOOK BY YOU WAS NON-REFUNDABLE, HENCE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE CANCELLATION. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ON TOLL FREE NUMBER *******419 FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE." Needless to say I have notified Amex and have been monitoring my Amex card.

First time I have booked a flight with an unknown company and I will never do it again. I got confirmation for my flight and could not understand it. I called in and the CS Rep sent me a confirmation that I could understand. I did not realize that they sent another confirmation of an incorrect flight. A week later they cancelled my flight and kept the bogus one that I did not register. The fact that I have confirmation of the one I wanted was of no consequence to them. They insisted it was my fault and totally ignore the facts by saying it was something I did. I told them the flight gets in after my conference starts and I did not select it for that reason. I also have a confirmation for the correct flight! Suffice it to say that the Rep and the Supervisor told me I was wrong and to change it would be an addition $400. I am upset but I have learned my lesson. I won't book with these unheard of services again. I am sending a letter and email to corporate and the FTC

I needed to book my 15 year old a ticket and couldn't do it online because she is a minor. Somehow I was lead to believe Flight Search was part of my airline, and was told I needed to book through this agency. So I did even though it was incredibly confusing and their email correspondences were unclear. Biggest mistake ever. One leg of the flight I booked was cancelled by the airline, and the airline told me I could get a refund, but the airline was only refunding me 2/3 the cost of the ticket. I called Flight Search and it took me an hour before they agreed to refund the rest of the ticket price that apparently they inflated. To their credit, they have agreed to refund, but had to put up with a long phone call because of language barrier to explain it and make them understand. I have not received the refund yet and will wait and see...

TYPED IN JET BLUE AND THEIR NUMBER POPPED UP SO OF COURSE I ENQUIRED IF I WAS TALKING TO JET BLUE AND WAS TOLD YES, THEY'RE THE CONSOLIDATORS WHO BOOK JET BLUE VACATION PACKAGES. I WAS NAIVE TO BUY THAT STUPIDITY. ANYWAY, BECAUSE THE GENTLEMAN WAS SO VERY NICE AND PATIENT I WENT ALONG AND BOOKED THE PACKAGE WITH HIM. SO MANY THINGS WERE PROMISED TO ME, THE BEST SEAT WITH ALL THREE FAMILY MEMBERS SITTING IN MORE LEG ROOM SECTION ON OUTBOUND AND RETURN FLIGHTS. WHEN THE ITINERARY WAS EMAILED TO ME NEXT DAY, NOTHING OF THE SORT. WE WERE IN THE BACK OF THE PLANE ON BOTH FLIGHTS. I NOTICED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM EXPEDIA ON MY EMAIL AFTER BOOKING WAS COMPLETE SO I ASKED THE GENTS IF HE WAS EXPEDIA OR WORKED FOR THEM AT WHICH HE REPLIED "NO, I DO NOT WORK FOR EXPEDIA. I GOT SUSPICIOUS AND CALLED THEM TO CANCEL FLIGHT. THEY SAID THEY CANT DO IT, THE ORIGINAL GENTLEMAN HAS TO DO IT. HE'D CALL ME BACK BUT HE NEVER DID. EVENTUALLY, HE CALLED AFTER I CALLED AGAIN TO INSIST I WANTED OUT. HE TRIED TO CONVINCE WHY HE CANNOT DO IT. WORST OF ALL THERE WERE SO MANY CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM PLACES I HAD NO CONTACT WITH! THEY'RE REALLY A SCAM. LEARNED MY LESSON WELL!

This is absolute worst company you can't even understand what they're talking about because the language barrier how frustrating on the phone for hours to find out all they do is lie to you this trip was for me and my ten-year-old son to go to Disney Universal Exedra and thanks to the incompetence of this company in the lying dishonesty behaviors from the staff management and Exedra cuz no one contacted me again contact me everytime I call I get a different name different number different story and you can't understand any of them I want my $840 back that I was promised I have emails and supposedly all these calls a voice recorded this is absolute $#*!ing bull$#*!

If never had such a bad experience with booking a flight in my life, they were horrible. When I BOOKED my ticket I thought I would be set to leave with no troubles, turns out they didn't run my credit card and tried to make me pay an addition $150 on top of my thousand dollar ticket. When asked if I could speak to a manager the customer service said he wasn't in until another couple of days. I will definitely never book from this company again

A lie and expensive

I call thiking I was calling jetblue, and they dont tell me i was not. Told me a price and hurry me up because the price was going up. At the end, the charge me $100.00 more than the Jetblue actual ticket. When I notice I dont call jetblue, I cancel with them and got my ticket with jetblue, $100.00 cheaper. DONT BOOK WITH THEM

This company is terrible and customer service is so rude. I purchased 3 tickets and was charged for 6. Struggled even getting my etickets and a week later am still fighting for a refund. Beware... do not get tickets or services through myflightsearch.com. They over charge you, are rude, and have very shady practices. Check out the Better Business Bureau complaints on them.

I booked a flight and payed for it. I also payed for my hotel. MyFlightSearch came back and said I had to pay more. I was infuriated. It was $200.00 more to get the same ticket. Extremely dishonest. Total scam.

Bunch of Indian guys that don't know what they are doing and they make life miserable. They ask for documents, still they cancel your ticket du to not receiving it, I have a proof that they revived it.

SCAM ALERT!

I first called to purchase a ticket when I asked if I was talking to the airline they told they work for the company. Then they told the ticket were 595 and 230 in taxes, so I purchased the ticket. I called the airline to confirm and told they didn't have this company working for them! In other words they were helping themselves to a $230 TIP! I called directly and hung up! Finally, they called because they needed more and I called them out, so they refunded the money with no I cancellation fee. I called my credit card to said it was fraud and they agreed Be aware!
