Website showed fare but was unable to book fare as advertised. Had to call the call centre for assistance. Agent Jean was very helpful and was able to get me a discount of the fare they were now seeing in their system which was over $60 more. While I appreciate the discount it was not the fare advertised and Jean had to get the superior to approve before I was able to get discount the fare. This smacks almost of misleading advertising. Overall experience was not perfect but staff was very good.

Group of 10 booked on August 8 via Myflightsearch. One member of the party was unable to check-in on line. When he arrived at the airport he was told he did not have a reservation. Gave Southwest copy of email containing e-ticket and booking confirmation. Booking confirmation pulled up another persons name. SW hands are tied because ticket was booked via 3rd party. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Myflight. It is evident that this company is outsourced and they only have a mailing address in the US. (Las Vegas), everyone speaks broken English and there is clearly a language barrier. I would ask a question and it sounded like they were typing it and I was given a generic answer. I tried to explain that another person in the party gave up their seat for my son and we paid for a new ticket and Myflight seems to think my son's ticket shouldn't be reimbursed. I tried to explain that the other party member needed to be reimbursed and all they could say was "your son got on the flight" and they couldn't comprehend that out of a party of 10 only 9 flew! I asked for a manager, told there is no manager. I was hung up on twice, put on hold for long periods of time only to be given another number to call. When I called the number I realized they re-routed me back to Southwest! Southwest sympathizes, but can't do anything as ticket was purchased and pd for via 3rd party. SW did confirm that my son was booked but MyFlight never completed the multi-step confirmation process, therefore it was cancelled. I'll be damned if I am out $587! I will be in contact with the Attorney General's office if I don't get resolution with the next 24 hours. And they charge astronomical agent fee. Check your credit statement! They charged our credit card $110 agent booking fee on top of the air fare! Would have been cheaper to go through the airline directly. 4 hours and later EIGHT customer service reps now told they will not reimburse us because we never should have paid at the ticket for another ticket. I explained the flight was getting ready to board and his exact works,

Crooked

Crooked don't use them. They change flts and don't pay anything to airline saying you are sick. And then they charge you the airlines fee and airfare anyway. Very shady

Aug 2nd- booked my flight
Aug 3rd - called me to allow autorization to charge creditcard
Aug 4th- called to confirm my flight and made sure everything was booked

Aug 25th - went to airport and found no such booking
Called in and they said my flight was cancled
Told me they called me multiple times which was a lie
Told me they emailed me on the 21st of aug to cancle my flight but there was no such email
They will not do any compensation for this and they want me to pay 600$ more to fly today.

Wrost company! Dont book with them!

Crouked company!

Please stay away of this crouked company. They're the worst i've ever known. They're thieves. I booked my flight and make sure my date was correct. They intentionally changed my flight day and when i called they're asking me for ridiculous amount of money before i can get the desire date. First they kept charging additional fees to my cards without my knowledge. Do not book any flight with them. It's not a trusted company, very poor customer service, they changed and lied about the fare everytime... Don't get your flight tickets here please... My worst experience ever. I don't know why they allow such a company to operate. You DON'T DESERVE even ONE STAR. URGENT: STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Thieves!

SCAM!

Dont use this website! I did and ended up canceling my card several hours later so they didn't get any of my money! The very next day I was receiving messages on my phone saying my flight departure and return was on the same date! They will change your booking dates and charge you more money do not use this is a scam! Prank call these people once a day please!
