I bought tickets and my bookings were cancelled one day prior to departure.
Total scum, arrogant and unreliable customer service. They will take your money and hold for three months on cancelled reservation it looks criminal to me. I'm really disgusted with this company.
I was charged $463 for my flight which was fair. That was what I saw elsewhere. They charged me but never booked my flight. My credit card was charged and showed an e ticket for American Airlines. When I went to check in for my flight I liked at the email from booking and there was a "booking reference number" there was no confirmation#. They said they had refunded me and it would take 6-8 weeks! When I called customer service the person told me there were only a certain number of bookings for that fare rate and they couldn't book for me based on that. Nobody ever reached out to let me know that little fact. When I asked who I needed to talk to about getting my money faster because I know refund don't take 6-8 weeks, he hung up on me. They had one job, book my flight and they failed miserably!
My flight was cancelled to Orlando due to the tropical storm. I received no information or help when I contacted myflightsearch. They would not even look at my booking. Will never use this site again. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Booked a flight and had to cancel. The rep said l would get my money back. I have no money returned and it is now 6 months. 351.00 down the drain. The worse part is how rude they are. They hang up on you and cannt be deceint and tell you that you are not going to recieve your money. Is that to much to ask? That they tell you the trueth?
I was told I should receive refund several times. I booked flight and then was told flight was full. I asked for refund in September and they said they would give me full refund. I still have not received it. Do not book flight with this company.

Later received notice that booking was cancelled.
Called the customer care line and was treated to the most disrespectful conversation I've ever received over the phone.
The representative refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and refused to give me his name.
This individual literal hung up while stating that I needed to "Learn how yo communicate..."

Canceled my flight without notice due to their mistake. Unprofessional, stole my $, now ignoring all attempts to contact them for refund. Highly suggest not doing business with this company. SCAM!
I booked 2 1/2 months early. Received confirmation that two round trips on Frontier were booked. Never received the tickets that they stated would come after processing of the charge. When I called they claimed that the prices went up. They wanted another $220 per ticket. When I told them that I was contacting my credit card company, they offered a refund without penalty. I learned from other posts that I may never see their refund, so I reported them to my credit card company. Fortunately, I did not have to pay an additional rate at Frontier, the extra $220/ticket was part of the scam.
Had booked a flight with this site and night before they cancelled the flight saying was not availible. Contacted us and then stated prices went up and wanted 50% more to rebook the same flight. Very deceitful and puts you in a crisis situation. When asked for money refunded, they state it will take 8-12 weeks. Reported to credit card provider, investigation is now underway. It something like this happens to you, do the same, only way stop these crooks is in the pocketbook.
Never did get that flight I was promised after them refusing to refund my money due to covid. Their excuse was I took too long to re-book. The offer had expired. I will never use this company to book a flight... ever. Based on all the other bad reviews this company has had on similar situations, I won't pursue this. Way too frustrating and it seems, that's what they bank on. They have my money and I'm sure that makes them very happy.
Scam or the likes. Booked almost three months ago and cancelled within ten minutes of booking. Like others here, get a run around or lose my call to them for a refund. If I talk to a person there I have had many "stories" about my refund and all are false. Any suggestions on how one gets their 244:00$ back? This is stealing!
I accidentally booked a flight through them and never had a ticket. When I called, they said I would need to pay an additional almost $400 to actually get a ticket. I told them I wouldn't do that and they said they'd refund me in full and never have. It's been 3 months. When you call them, they act like there's a bad connection and hang up on you. Business dealings like this are so disheartening. Do not trust Myflightsearch.com
I cancelled my flight reservation the same day I made it after finding a better deal elsewhere. More than 2 months later my credit card has not been credited for the ticket. Trying to contact them is very difficult. I will never use this "service" again.
On July 5th, 2022 I booked a flight via my flight search and received a confirmation for an E-ticket from Airborne Traveler. As it should happen the airline changed the time flight for which i received no notification; but found out from another traveler who happened to be on the same flight. I contacted the airline only to find out that there was no ticket for me. I contacted both My flight search and airborne traveler and to date no refund has been made for the ticket that was never booked. I caution those using these services to be careful and recommend booking directly with the airline or a known travel agent. I have learnt my lesson. Its best to put in the desired website that you are trying to get to than a google search as you may end in with scammers. Best

I got scam as well. Very similar story to others, no tickets, no refund. Please report this to the goverment. This is a website https://www.identitytheft.gov/#/. It very importnat we stop the scamers. FBI also invatigates companies that scam people, just like this one. https://www.justice.gov/criminal-fraud/report-fraud. Please take your time and do it. They can shut them down, if there is enough of evidence. We all work so hard for our money. All the best
I bought two tickets from them on May 24 for Toronto to Paris on June 28. They didn't send me an email regarding my purchase. I was waiting for a few days and I called them They told me that they sent the email before and they will send it again. They were false because I never get any email from them. I called them every day because I wanted to make a plan for my trip but I got the same answers again they were false. After a few days and many many calls, they said the airline had canceled the ticket, and I asked them to send me an email regarding the cancelation Again they have the same behavior LIES LIES. My VISA company said I have to wait until June 28 ( My flight day) then they able to refund my mony. MyFlightSearch ruine my trip.
This company is terrible, Customer Service sucks. They do not refund money for cancelled tickets, even though they promise in writing they will do it. Do not use this company to buy tickets.
Bought cheap plane tickets from Ontario airport and tried refunding them but they will do everything to not get you a refund.

Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
