Booked in Jan. Traveled in March. The night before travel l was told they would have my details to preload in 4 hours. At airport l was told they hadn't booked my ticket.
Myflight told me this happens and money would be refunded. Three months later. 5 phonecards, 40 emails. No refund or response. I guess they are scammers. Don't Book!
It would be negative stars if we could give them. They got us for $1300 plus. We booked with MyFlightSearch.com in August 2021 for flights in December 2021 and got confirmations. They "tried" to book then cancelled the tickets two days before flights, apologized, promised a refund with a bonus for our trouble. We had to pay almost double for legitimate tickets on 2-day notice at Christmas travel season. They strung us along with promises of "check is about to be issued next week" past the 60 days window when our bank could help us recover the funds and now don't answer the phone or the emails. We are elderly (late 60's) and retired, so the $1300 bucks is no small matter. When a business takes your money and keeps it without fulfilling the contract, isn't that fraud/stealing? How are they still able to do this? Aren't they breaking federal laws? Why are United and other airlines still doing business with them? I hope someone out there has some answers.
I have been trying to book flights with my credit.
They constantly say we will send your Eticket in 4hours it has been 10 days and still no Eticket.
What can I do they have my money and time is running out we are suppose to fly on June 2.

Yes, my daughter received the entire refund for the bogus tickets that she purchased. It took some time on my part, but it was well worth it. Let me explain what I did to help her.
1. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the state where the company is located.
2. I gave the company a negative review on every site that I could find for reviewing companies. I had to keep refreshing my reviews. Lots of positive reviews would suddenly appear which would bump mine way down.
3. If there was a Facebook page for MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap, then I gave negative reviews on those pages. I even went under other posts and left reviews. The company would delete my posts after 10-15 minutes. I was diligent, though. I spent lots of time adding more posts to their pages. I also left links to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection.
4. I made myself a huge pain in their derriere.
Eventually, a "representative" from the company called my daughter and asked if I was her mother. She was asked to please tell me that a refund was forthcoming. Obviously, I had been causing some wrinkles. I spoke with the "representative" and told him that my husband and I were about to meet with a lawyer for purposes of filing a lawsuit against the company. My daughter had her refund within a week of that phone call. I never had to file with the other agencies listed in my review. However, if she hadn't received the refund, then I definitely would have. It took about 1-1½ months to get her refund. However, in this day of electronic banking, the company should have refunded her within the first week of contacting them.

On Thursday, June 4, my daughter bought two tickets to Alaska using MyFlightSearch. Although MyFlightSearch did not send a confirmation email, she received an email from HighSkyCheap confirming the purchase. We have a copy of the email with the booking number assigned to the purchase.
She spent $1535. 60 on the two tickets. The money cleared her bank account on June 8,2020. The bank statement shows an agent fee number and was made payable to SkyFlightCheap, TX. First and foremost, my daughter did not cancel the flight, the company cancelled it.
My daughter never received the e-tickets which were promised via email within 24 hours. After contacting MyFlightSearch customer service on Monday, June 8, she was informed that the flight scheduled in July had been cancelled. No communication of any kind (email/phone) from MyFlightSearch, HighSkyCheap, or SkyFlightCheap was sent regarding the flight cancellation.
After speaking with two different MyFlightSearch customer service representatives on Monday, June 8, she was assured that she would receive a full refund within 20-28 business days. She was told that the delay of the refund was due to COVID-19. Thursday, July 16, marked the twenty-eighth business day since customer service was contacted. My daughter has yet to receive her refund.
On Monday, July 20, I will be reporting these three companies to the United States Department of Transportation- Aviation Consumer Protection, the Federal Trade Commission, Nevada (and Texas) Attorney General's office, Nevada (and Texas) Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau of Nevada (and Texas).
My family has waited the appropriate amount of time as deemed necessary by MyFlightSearch to receive the refund from these tickets. After contacting the aforementioned government agencies, legal action will be taken to recover the cost of the purchased tickets.

She was promised a full refund in 20-28 days. COVID-19 was blamed for the delay of the refund. She was also promised another email after speaking with two different customer service reps on June 4. She still has not received one single email from this company.
We have already disputed this purchase with the fraudulent department at our bank and informed the Better Business Bureau of Nevada. I will continue to report MyFlightSearch as fraudulent on every single site that I can leave a review until my daughter gets her full refund.
So we booked through myflightsearch thinking they were Western Airlines.
We got a email stating theyd send us our flight tickets after our card company approved it.
Yesterday (two days before our flight) we get an email stating "we've been trying to contact you, unfortunately we had to cancel your flight and we refunded the card payment"
My bank shows no refunds pending and they NEVER tried contacting us
This company is a scam, bought the ticket never received but they charged my credit card.
NEVER RECEIVED THE TICKET... Call a million of times and the lied they promised the ticket and after 2 months and a half I don't have it the tickets.

My flight search should not even have a 1 star rating! Cancelled on Feb 10,2022 and it is now May 5,2022 and no refund. After using the money, they have no valid reason why my money is not being refunded.
I booked a flight with them they took the money of my account and tell me I didn't book no flight and they try to sell me a new ticket with out refund me my old ticket. They all Indian too smh
I contacted the better business bureau and they went directly to My Flight Search on my behalf. Had an immediate response in regards to my refund. Promised a refund cheque in 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately it's been 8 weeks and I'm still waiting but hopeful.
Worst company ever! If I could give them zero stars I would. Hard to get a hold of, drop calls don't return calls when they say they will. My original flight was canceled due to Covid and then spent countless hours trying to rebook! Massive huge waste of time! Refund is now expired and I am out a lot of money. Given different information by different agents. Spoke with a super RUDE manager... they don't care! I strongly advise not to use this company!

I have cancelled my flight two months back, when i asked for a refund, they told me that you're going to get it in 28 working days. Now it's been more than 45 working days, bow when i call them, they hung up the call, don't reply my mail. They're just ignoring me the way govt ignore the common man.
Day before flight ($386.00) they called to say ' WestJet didn't/wouldn't confirm your flight. This has never happened before ". Blah, blah, blah….
Had to rebook directly through WestJet at $1200. 00.

I had Booked my flight 4 months before my trip and they called me 48 hrs before my flight telling me that the flight was full and they had to cancel my trip and had to book a new one for 3x the price with it being last minute.
They were extremely unforgiving that it was their fault. They definitely put me in a stressful situation.
Now I've got a overnight flight that goes to the other side of the country first and then where we actually needed to go and my trip is now cut short as well because of last minute booking and no flight availability.

This company is running a full blown scam booked a ticket 6th Jan '22 cancelled Jan 9th'22 was informed by them that the refund would be credited to my credit card in two billing cycles. Did not happen and now they say the billing dept will call me back or a manager will call me back within twenty four hours. Never happens and now they hang up and won't take a call. This is a USA front for a East Indian Scam do not use these ignorant parasites for any of your travel needs ever.
I made the reservation online 6 months before my trip. I received a booking number and an email with all the flight information and congratulations my flight had been booked. A few days before the trip, I called the airline and they had NO record of my reservation. I called multiple times and waited 40 minutes to be told the flight was no longer available now. Well, they debited my account 6 months ago but never made the reservation. MyFlightSearch said they would book another time and to wait two hours for the e-ticket to arrive. I've now called 3 x's over 6.5 hours and there is still NO ticket. The customer service are polite but can't remedy at all, they just take your money in advance and will not refund or provide a reservation - it's ROBBERY! Over the top frustrating... They are taking advantage of people and their money.
I purchased my tickets in early Nov. 2021 for early Jan travel. They took my money very quickly and that was the only time they exhibited expediency. After a mixture of emails and customer service calls (+30) I was notified 3 days prior to my departure date that the tickets would not be coming and a credit would be issued IMMEDIATELY. They also kindly suggested I should make alternate arrangements. It is now March 19,2022 and the credit has not been issued although I have no less than four emails from them saying it has been sent or that it would be sent soon. I have now resorted to dealing with my bank to deal with the situation. Anything this company says should be taken with a grain of salt. Avoid them at any cost.
SCAMMERS! The "Book" Flights and Keep your money! We booked a flight on Feb 20 for March 15, NEVER sent us an eticket, booking info, we called American Airlines and they reported they never have a payment, we called they would have us on hold and hang up!

I booked a flight Nov. 6 and had to cancel it. I got anemail saying they have submitted a request in the correct amount. I have since called 5 times in the last 4 months and each time they tell me it's coming in 2 weeks. I've yet to see my refund. Today I call to try to use my credit to book another flight and the guy, don, Juan, whatever, hung up on me twice.
Apparently the super saver fare prices promoted by My Flight Search, are not fully reserved at the time of one first booking online. They do post online the fact that confirmation of one's booking is required by phone. They called us one day after our online booking to tell us the 2nd leg (stop) out on departure no longer has super saver fares. That added $223 cost to each ticket by them switching to an alternative Delta flight. Still it was a little cheaper booking through Priceline, Expedia and Airticket which were all over $600 for the same flight stops and dates. If you do not like messing around, best look elsewhere if you are in hurry or desperate.

Answer: We have not received a single penny of the $1,376.54 USD the they stole from our credit card. Nothing but promises from them.! It's been 50 days since they took it,. And all they say is that it will take 10-15 days to process. Jeff T.
Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
