Last March I wrote a review for Myflightsearch.com. Complaining that it had been 2 months and no refund. Well it has now been eleven months and they still have no refund. Their agents keep telling me that my refund should arrive shortly. My complaints fall on death ears. I have asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions but no one ever calls back. I have reported them to the Us department of travel. Also the BBB with no luck yet.
Very very frustrated.
Finally, after three months of waiting, numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received my refund. It only took writing to the CEO of My Flight Search to get this done.
Never go and book the tickets through this site. They never confirmed on booked tickets. I have my personal experience where in I have booked flight on 10th October 2021 and cancelled the tickets on 12th October 2021. It's been 4.5+ months but not yet received any update on my refund. Fake commitments. Every time give standard updates 'We have forwarded your request to concerned Team and we will resolve your concern." but till time not getting any updates on my refund.
I made a mistake by doing business with this company. They are a fraud company and will take your money say that the flight is canceled the day before you fly and then the day that you call back for a refund say that you cancelled the flight or did not show up at the airport.
Avoid the headach!
Same complaint about not getting my money back, no e tickets and poor customer service. Should have figured that out when I could hear babies in the back ground crying. Maybe what we should do is to do the business reviews research before we get scammed. I think they recruit there employees from the duct cleaning services.
They billed my credit card for reservation but never paid airline carrier. Carrier had my record of reservation but was automatically canceled after 5 hours for non payment from Myflightsearch.com. I was notified two days before fight I had no reserved seats/ticket with no recourse. Deal directly with airline!
I ordered tickets for a flight to see my family for my birthday. I was sent an email confirmation and my account was charged immediately. Three days before I was suppose to leave I got a call stating that the flight was not confirmed and due to price increases I would need to pay to buy new tickets. I spoke with over ten different representatives and finally received an e-mail stating they were sorry and sending my e-tickets. I never received my tickets and due to them only contacting me three days before I was suppose to leave I had to buy tickets from another website for three times the amount of the original tickets. I asked for a refund and told I would have to wait two billing cycles to receive my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I used myflight search to book two tickets in July 2021. They cancelled the flights the day before we were to leave through an email stating they would refund me my money. I had to rebook through another agency, WestJet, who were amazing but at the late booking time it was expensive. The actual flight was still taking place by the way. I have never been reimbursed by myflight. I have called monthly to inquire only to be hung up on every time. I am not even rude, they hang up as soon as I give them my reference number. It is not about the money but the lack of respect and poor customer service. I will never use or recommend this site and I highly recommend that no one use them.
After booking a flight with these folks and paying over $720 for my wife, my son and I to go to Tampa Florida to celebrate our 8 year anniversary.
After paying for the flight is when the MISERY began. Shortly after booking the flight, I received a phone call(which turned into about 75 total calls) stating that they didn't have a confirmation number for our flight.
So they booked my flight without knowing that seating was available. After getting really really frustrated because we didn't have a confirmation number we drove to the airport in preparation for the flight. Upon arrival to the airport and our airline we spoke with a clerk who said we DO NOT have any seats reserved for you and your family. My wife was in tears and angry, my son was hurt and I was beyond angry. As I was standing in line myflightsearch.com sent me an email stating they were going to cancel my flights and reimburse my funds. IRONICALLY enough even after 8-10 more calls and multiple emails to the customer service department, I STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND.
DO NOT BRING THIS BRAIN DAMAGE OR WALLET DAMAGE UPON YOURSELF. Use a direct airline's website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ALLOW THEM TO MAKE YOU THINK YOU ARE RECEIVING A GREAT DEAL BY USING THEM.
They are a bunch of DISHONEST THIEVES who do not care about you or your family. I will be placing a claim against them with the California BBB next...
$720 is a lot of money to me. Maybe not to everyone but especially right now it is life changing money. They should have just sent it back and done the right thing, but they didn't.
Purchased $800 ticket in 2020 but had to cancel due to covid. We were charged extra $125 to get the $800 credit for future trip guaranteed. We tried but couldn't use the credit. Asked for refund and told to dispute with the credit card. We tried for months to resolve this. I never thought to check reviews. All similar to my experience. They hang up, transfer to full voice mail, and promise calls back that never happen. Why do they keep changing their phone number? Why are the positive reviews very similar? We lost nearly $1000! Don't lose your money. Avoid this company.
This is a SCAM sight. You will NEVER get your E-ticket. They take your money, and leave you HIGH AND DRY! I had to call my credit card co. And have the charge removed from my account.
My flight was canceled and through multiple attempts to get a refund it is now 1 year later and I am still being told that it will be processed soon. Do not give this company your money.
You will not receive your tickets! The airline will not be able to help you! Customer service will NOT Call you!
Booked a flight "accidentally" with these idiots and when my flights were cancelled by the airline, they kept telling me my refund is being "considered" by the team. I have been trying to get refunded since September 20,2021. Would give them "Zero" stars if I could. Worst business I've ever dealt with.

This company is a complete scam. They informed me that flight was cancelled due to to Covid. My refund will be issued this was in July 2020 flight now it's 2022 this company has not given me my refund. They kept telling me that refund will be issued or check has been issued but no credit or check has been received. I provided two different addresses no refund received. I have called this company 100 or more times no exaggeration because I have phone call record this company would hang up on you or tell you a lie. This company needs to be penalize and be terminated. This is a scam I have spent three tickets and they money I could have spent during this hard times went to this company. Philippines went through a hurricane and couldn't help since my money was stolen by this company
I was trying to book a flight in frontier airlines. I thought I had booked the flight with frontier. When I realized it was with my flight search.com. It said free cancellation within 24 hours or before midnight. I called them 2 hours after the reservation the rep told me he was having issues logging on to frontier to cancel my flight. I was told to call back in a few hours hopefully by then everything would be fixed. So I called back 2 hours later, what a crappy company ever time I called told them I wanted to cancel they put me on hold then 2 minutes later the call disconnected. They did this 13 times. Finally I got another rep who told me to call frontier direct. Because of issues with the system. He also told me he had seen I called a lot and the reason I kept getting disconnected is the number I was calling was sales and they don't want to handle cancellation so they hang up on you. The number I had is the number that is on my paper work to cancel. So I called frontier and they cancelled the flight minus $27.56 which is myflightsearch fee. Save yourself a lot of aggravation be carful when trying to book on frontier. My flight search.Com-frontier is what comes up before frontier. I know better and wasn't paying attention that's why I'm writing this. Myflightsearch. Com isn't in the United States. All of the reps are rude and this company is real shady. Be carful! I plan on charging back there fee with my credit card company.
On December 21,2021, I bought some flights and so far I have only received false promises that have not been kept. My flights are leaving soon and I just hope that this company will send me the final confirmation soon.
I booked a ticket to Jamaica on August 12th 2021 to depart on December 20th. These crooks debited my account and never paid american airline. Therefore now I am paying hundreds extras and these charlatans are hanging up on me because these do t want to be accountable.

Answer: That's because they are scamming you. They might let you leave a message, but will only call you back if they think they have an opportunity to get even more money from you.
Answer: File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It will take time and be frustrating, but the BBB will get their attention.
Answer: Because they are not actually reserving your seat. The price they have given you is fictitious. Later they will say that the price has gone up, and you will be left stranded if you do not pay extra.

Answer: I would just call immediately after booking and every day thereafter since apparently them giving you a confirmation number and charging your credit card doesn't guarantee your ticket as in my case.
Answer: This 3rd party site is a total scam. They take payment send flight details but they never send your payment to the airlines. They keep it for themselves! So when you arrive for your flight you're not on it. Book direct to save yourself the hassle and the money that you'll never get back
