I booked 2 tickets in oct for the kids to come home at Christmas. I noticed I did not get my e ticket. They said I'd get them the next day. My second call they said the airline changed price and didn't purchase although my cc was charged. It's December now what? I had to purchase two tickets doubled the price. It's very clear, customers are not their first priority! Use Expedia or purchase direct is better. Just beware of this company! FSON*******

The prices are at least double the price of the actual flight cost. The costumer service is horrible, the connections when you speak to someone is horrible, they don't understand what you are saying because of the language barrier and horrible connection. I was told I couldn't book my flight at 4pm mst. That I would have to wait till the next morning? It's a 24hr. Service line!

This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!. I had a ticket cancelled with them since July 19th. I have waiting for my refund. Every time I call I am constantly being told they will escalate the refund and it should be there 2-3 days. They then said it will definitely be there October 25th, It was not. They are bunch of lying inconsiderate people who should not be allowed to operate a business like this. They owe me $390.08 USD. If I could give a negative rating I would. Please avoid this company at all costs! A complete Scam!

Myflightsearch.com are scammers! How can they be rated 3 stars? Their business should not be allowed online. I was booking a flight online, when somehow I was directed to their site. After booking and paying for my flight, I received an email stating I was successful, showed my itinerary, and gave me a confirmation number. They said my e- ticket would be sent to me once my credit card was verified. Well, I never received an e-ticket. They gave me the run around again and again, stating they sent it and will send again but they don't. Then they said they sent my e ticket request to their support team after my numerous emails to them. The team reviewed it and was sending my e- ticket within 48 to 72 hours. But again it never happened. They suggest I call their toll free number (which it isn't toll free) and after being put on hold, a recording eventually comes on stating to leave your name and number and they will call you back. But they never call you back. What a waste of time and so very stressful to have to go through all this and then they steal your money. Beware of the Theives, scammers, liars that they all are! Now Im so close to my flight date and I am having to pay triple the price for a real ticket. I am out $1,000.00 all due to these scammers. This is illegal they should be fined, jailed, and their online business should be taken down. How do you do that?

I only give this "company" one star because I had to otherwise I would give them none! They refuse to give me my money back from a flight cancelled due to COVID restrictions back in 2020. They got their money back from the airlines, Westjet, and got my money so they have no vested interest in giving me my money back. I have emailed and talked to them 20X but they put me on hold and don't come back or they say they will contact me and never do. I cannot believe a legit business is treating so many people so frauduently and still remain a business. Where is the justice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Since 5/19/2021 I am still waiting on a refund. They promise, fail, hang up, send boilerplate emails. When you call there is a standard message to email. The email responses are boilerplate. First they wrote wait 2 billing cycles for refund. I called in July, August September, maybe not October. Each time they said 15 or 10 days. The latest was after 1/26/2022. Nothing. I called last night and they said hang on, then disconnected. Now my calls don't get picked up at all. The email is still the standard boilerplate, which since November has been "your request has been escalated" This is a scam or a lying business.
No ticket came for two weeks, although they claimed it would take a week. I was flying with a grandson and needed non-stop. I ended up having to book directly with American Air for $150 more.
Since they stated 2 billing cycles, I missed the chance to have my credit company claw back the $589.60. Proof of purchase and notes is the sideways image

I booked a flight on August 2021 for my daughter's wedding, the flight never went through I kept on calling seeking answers on what happened to my money and why the ticket, they keep telling me my money will be refunded its been three months and counting haven't got my money when you call they hang up the phone on you. Don't give these people access to your money.

I working in this last 5 years but they are terminate me march 2021. And not given my pending amount and full and final amount. I drop the mail many time but they give me only date or time not close my full and final amount. Many employee not clear due amount and not received any call. So I feel very pain in this pandemic situation but they are not any responds I have many mail and replied from owner or account department. They reply me only date or time not given my amount. Company doing only cheating with usa customer. So I request to all not join this company and not book any ticket from this website. Scam website name my flight search.com, icheapflight.com or many website and all website handle in one company Xcelserv solutions. Pvt. Ltd. I have all employee contact number but they said only this is not my part. And manager and owner not responds to my message or call. All are ignore my call or message.

My wife and I purchased tickets for our return flights home from lexington ky early in July for travel Sept 21st. We were emailed with our confirmation numbers but no tickets. We were called Sept 18th by My Flights and told that our tickets would be cancelled if we didnt call them back. The next 3 days were spent with many many calls, emails and hours and hours on hold. The customer service people (english as a second language) could not issue tickets nor get us in contact with anyone that could. They promised return calls and emails from supervisors that never came. In short we never got our tickets and had to buy the tickets directly from American Airlines the night before or flights home for over double the fare. Still trying to get my money back. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

It's not worth the worry and hassle booking tickets through this site. I booked two tickets and paid on my credit card. The charge went through immediately. I have never received the tickets. I have called them several times and they keep saying they will be issued in 4 hours. It's been two weeks now and still no tickets. Working with my credit card company to get my money back.

I book a ticket because it said the total was for three passengers. After booking they tell me no that's per person and they hung up on me. After reviewing the website it says no cancelation fees if done within 4 hours. I did immediately and they keep hanging up on me refusing to help. Never book here it's a scam

I purchased tickets and then had to pay an additional $145.00 for the flight. They issued tickets and never refunded the original purchase of $314.80. I purchased the original ticket in July. Every time I call, they push out the date 10 more days.
PLEASE, USE KAYAK!
