On April 25,2023 I booked two round trip tickets toTulsa, OK from Gainesville. On June 6th, we showed up to the airport at 5AM for our flight only to be told that we had never had tickets although I had an email that said our tickets were booked. I then found out that Myflght.com was asking us to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund. After many calls I finally got someone to call me back. This man promised that I would have my refund by June16th. Today is that day and there is no refund!

So my husband and I book our tickets for these flight search people two weeks ago by our tickets were never confirmed recalled and they said something about we didn't book the proper flight so they gave us back our refund in writing only it's been 2 1/2 months have not got our money back $1500. We work so hard for this company is a freaking fraud, I am so pissed off. It makes me never want to book anything online again I really hope you know they give me back my money. I just keep trying. Hopefully somebody can help me.

Booked May 2nd for a trip to Vegas on June 14th. Got an email on June 11th stating reservations were cancelled, a full refund will be made in 6-8 weeks. After calling customer service 5 times, because I was hung up on each time, for asking to speak to a supervisor. I managed to figure out the following. According to the customer service representatives there was a glitch on the day we made the reservation and all flights were cancelled. But for an extra 800.00 we can reschedule for the same time and dates. Translation: the flight was " booked to capacity"and lost our seats to someone who is willing to pay more. We received an email 20 minutes later, stating they have cancelled our reservation based on the agreement in our conversation and the refund is now being processed. First, nothing was agreed to because I was hung up on multiple times. I was not even swearing at them. Second, it to seconds for the funds to come out over a month ago, why is it going to take 6-8 weeks for the refund. 3-5 business days I get, but a month and a half?!? Avoid these charlatans, unless you want your money stollen.

They have been telling me I am getting a refund in 5 to 6 weeks or in 24 to 48 hours. Never a refund. Customer service is terrible. They often hang up on me or put me on hold and don't return. Also, they say to leave a message and no one ever calls. I don't think they are a legitimate company.

I am experiencing the same thing everyone else is with regards to a refund. This incompetent fraud business took 347$ from me and continues to tell me it is being processed. They consistently tell me it is the bank delaying payment when it is their fault I am in this position to begin with. I purchased a ticket to fly my son out from FL and when he arrived he was told they cancelled the seat the night before and I had to pay additional costs to purchase another flight all while fighting with these incompetent morons for my money back. I strongly urge anyone that is considering this business to move along and DO NOT USE! I will definitely blast on FB and any other social media to ensure this scam is dissolved. I will be speaking with an attorney to determine what can be done at this point. I am 4 months in of being promised a refund. I no longer care about the money but will not stop until this company is gone

Made flight reservations, they took my money and never sent me a ticket or a refund. This is a scam site.

They advertised 8 seats available on the flight I purchased. When I called looking for ticket info later (after my credit card was charged) they said there were NO seats available and "to retain my booking" I would have to pay nearly as much again as I had already paid. 4 months and several phone calls later I have still not received a refund. Oh and though my round trip flights is all in Canada, the price turned out to be in US funds.

Two months ago I booked a flight that I had to cancel the same day. I received notification saying "Booking cancelled with no cancellation fee" I am yet to receive the fee paid. I have contacted customer reps and sent numerous emails. To date, not one CSR has contacted me.

I bought a flight from myflightsearch.com, received a confirmation email with booking reference number, but no e-ticket! I called their 1-888-line requesting that an e-ticket, and was strung along by a man who did not sound N. American and finally he spoke saying he would cancel my ticket and I could buy the e-ticket now for almost double the price. Now now doubt that this ticket that I bought is legitimate, and must be a SCAM. I'm checking directly with the airline...where I should have bought the ticket in the first place.

This flight was booked and cancelled within one hour of booking on Feb 13. It is now May 17th and I still have not received a refund despite being told it would take up to 30 days. They now say it has been issued but still no credit showing up on my CC.

Scam they keep stealing money from people! I purchase a ticket from them the ticket had any record from the airline and they keep hanging up on me when i claim the money back

I actually had a telephone call placed to me while I was trying to book the flight. My booking was taken and I got an email. Only 3 days before my flight was supposed to take off, I got an email saying that my booking was canceled and I would get a refund in a few days. Two months later no refund. I called their number, and no answer, rather recorded message says to me to send an email. I sent an email, and I get their standard response, "Your issue has been escalated.

It is only after that I went o see reviews online about MyFlightSearch and realized that I should have never dealt with them. STAY AWAY. RUN RUN. YOUR MONEY WILL BE JEOPARDIZED.

I booked a ticket for my mom a month and a half ago to travel from Toronto to Calgary. If I haven't called to ask about the e-ticket and the access for a wheelchair and I would have never found out about the cancelation of the ticket. I spoke to the gentleman, and he said that it has been canceled but was not able to explain why. I will get a full refund (thank god), but now, I need to look for a flight again. Right after I spoke with him I received an email saying that the ticket has been canceled. I will be watching for that refund for sure. I will never again book any travels with this company. I've never had this bad experience with any travel agency.

Do not use this service! I attempted to book a flight with them. They charged my card, could not secure the flight, then told me I would I would need to pay them an additional $400 for the flight. When I declined and said I wanted my money back they agreed but informed me that it would take up to 28 days for the charge to show up on my card. It has now been over five weeks and I still have not been reimbursed. I have tried calling to inquire what the status of my refund is and been hung up on 4 times. As I write this I am on hold but I don't actually think they have any intention of returning to the call. I think they've put me on hold to get rid of me because I complained about being hung up on. This is a bogus service that actively scams and steals from people. Do not let them take your money!

Company quoted a price for the airline ticket. I waited for the E Ticket, it didn't arrive in the email. Finally after many calls and disconnections, a couple of days before I was to depart, they told me it would be $600 more in US funds. Later, they sent me letters stating I would get a full refund by specific date. So far, I haven't received the refund. Meanwhile I am paying interest on my credit card. They are scammers and I don't know how they stay in business. Probably because people like me pay the money and don't get the service. The Better Business Bureau should go after them. No Stars from me.

I've been dealing with this company for 2 years over them selling me a ticket where a flight had been canceled a month earlier. They promised me a refund for 2 years but I have never received it they keep letting me hang by giving me promises so now I plan on suing them for what I can get out of them. I spoke to representatives from India and they were $#*!s, arrogant, bastards with me online and my ticket was only $500 but they refuse to rent refund me after telling me I I was do a refund. Point blank this is fraud selling me a ticket that didn't exist I guess they forgot to update their database and accepted my money anyway stay far away from this company.

I thought I was booking my flight though West Jet. Apparently not. I would not have known that my booking was not booked if I had not emailed West Jet to arrange a wheel chair. Apparently, although my money of nearly $1000 was accepeted, my booking was not booked. I would have gone to the airport to find out I had no flight. How upsetting. Now I'm nervous of booking any flights in the future. I have been trying to get my funds back for over a year to no avail. This company should be charged and closed down. I hope West Jet will not be associated with them any more as I have great faith in West Jet...

Still waiting on a refund after 2 1/2 months they tell me it's 2 weeks away always have excuses never get a call back or email do not use this site totally a scam
