I placed my order and paid in full. Payment was taken from my credit card. I have NOT received my item and they have my money. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them on the website! Only way to contact them is via email. I keep getting the response that my item is on its way with false tracking information that links to a blank page.
WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE
Don't ever. Purchase from this business.
It is one of the worst experiences buying online I have ever had.
1.At the end of the day due to misleading advertising... product is NOT as pictured! (cannot stress this enough!)
2. Took much longer than delivery time frames and even longer than the extended time frame they use.
3. Ignored requests to cancel until they finally responded saying it was too late to cancel as product was on the way and I could return it when I received it.
4. finally received it... it was rubbish. Definitely nothing like pictured or described.
5. Refused to pay for return postage to CHINA after they couldn't cancel it
In the end I got 24 dollars refund to keep it so paid 74 dollars for a piece of material with hardly any stuffing.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY STATE THEY DO A LOT FOR CHARITY BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HELP THEM DO THIS... IF THEY EVEN DO THIS.

I purchased the x large for my lab and the sides don't even stay up. It is thin on the bottom and looks nothing like the picture. I regret this purchase andwould give 0 stars if possible. Cheaply made and overpriced. Would definitely not recommend

This dog bed looks great, however it is very minimally stuffed and very flimsy. It does not provide any support for my dog! I hate that I wasted my money on it. I would suggest you look elsewhere. It's not worth the money.

I hope that people will read this before handing over money to this company. Unfortunately for me, I did not and am now regretting it big time! The company is located in China and it appears that their customer service email (which is the only way to contact them) just says the same things over and over to customers to placate them for a while… from other reviews I've read, the product will probably never arrive. And if it does and you open it, only to find the quality extremely poor, you will not be able to obtain a refund, because the product was opened! So, you will be chasing your tail and kissing your money goodbye!

After I reviewed Mr. Fluffy friend as a scam, they contacted me and said how can we resolve this matter. I said you tell me either issue A credit or send the bed. At this point I would prefer a credit because I don't trust this company. Have you read all the reviews? This company is a total scam. To date I have yet to receive a response from them. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will keep writing as many negative reviews as I can.

The refund policy states refunds will only be made if full price was paid for the item. After six weeks waiting for the items, I discovered that the order was processed only after I inquired about delivery. The items have still not been received. We ordered this bed because it looked so thick and comfortable. It took forever to receive it, and when we opened it we were so completely unhappy, actually we were very very angry! It is NOTHING like it looks in the pictures. Complete false advertising and a rip off! Of course it could not be returned because they told us it has to be in the original packaging, but that is impossible to do. It was vacuum sealed when we received it and there is no way human possible that anyone is getting it back in that packaging. I would not recommend this product to anyone! There are many other brands out there making a much better quality bed for your pet. Our pets are our best friends so they deserve much better than this rip off bed!

Cursing myself for falling for their BS. The pictures are a lie. It comes vacuum packed and to return it their policy is "The unit cannot be returned under the 30-day return policy if the plastic seal is broken, as the safety of the unit may be compromised. In other words - you can't tell at all what it will be like until you open it, and then you can't return it. And it is terrible quality. These thieves should go to jail.

After waiting 1 entire month for the advertised fluffy, luxurious, firm support, anti anxiety pet bed (& several emails to MrFluffyBed), it finally arrived. What a disappointment! Not only was it NOT packed in a box with protective packing material, there was no packing slip to be found. It came wrapped in a plastic cover with so much tape wound tightly around it that I almost cut into the bed itself. This bed is NOTHING as was advertised. It's flimsy, has no substantial support, & more than likely will fall apart in its 1st machine washing. WHAT A SCAM!

This has to be a scam! They removed funds from my account and promised delivery in 10 days- it's been 2 months. The DHL number I received is fake. Stay away!

When I had not received my order a month after placing it I tried to cancel it and was refused. And they won't issue a refund until they finally send the bed and I return it at MY expense!
