I have another doughnut style bed that I paid the same price for, and it is so much better. This is like a flat disk. It is NOT a doughnut bed. There is not support. It also took almost a month to get here. I want my money back.
I'd give it no stars if it would let. Don't waste your money. I spent over 80.00 dollars on it. Trying to return it for a refund. The return address is in China. It would cost more in postage to return it than the refund. All they offer is a 30% refund. Nope, I want my money back. ALL of it. DO NOT buy this!

I was a bit worried reading the reviews, I bought a medium sized bed for my cat, it's fine, soft and fluffy, better than expected.

Do not buy this item! Complete rip off. I saw the same bed for 35$ in Costco. It sells under the name Calming Bed. This is just wrapped and sent to you in a plastic bag. All of the tags are torn off and once opened you can not return it. My dog didn't even lay on it. He simply walked right over it! Complete fraud. I wouldn't even give it one star but no choice!

Please read this before considering purchasing anything from this site! I made a purchase almost 3 months ago, and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I requested the company to contact me and all I received were automated messages from their support email address stating that they're sorry and that my parcel is on its way. I've been tracking the parcel and it's status has been the same for the past 2 months! I made numerous attempts to rectify the situation by requesting for a refund seeing as I've not received the item and it's been a long time for an online purchase! I have received no further communication from this company to assist me! PLEASE DONT PURCHASE! This is essential drop shipping! They don't know what they're doing and can't be trusted! Many other better items out there! Don't buy anything from here!

This product did not live up to their claims and I tried to return it for which customer service said the best they could do for me was 30% of what I paid. I have several disappointed conversations with them. So much for 100% satisfied. Definitely disappointed with everything.

As everyone here has said they send you a cheap poorly made product that is nothing like advertised. If you'd like to to return it good luck. They have so far refused in three emails to provide an address for their warehouse for return shipping. Best of luck to anyone getting your money back out of these criminals.
Update
As you can see they have sent the standard reply asking me to contact customer service. I have been in contact with them at the provided email. Joyce, thier customer service representative has been less than helpful (the same name of the one good review on this site btw)
They have so far avoided any real answers and have refused to provide a shipping label or an address for the return. As it states in their returns policy you have 30 days to return it to the nearest warehouse. Your guess is as good as mine as to where that may be. The have no listings or instructions for getting that information.
Sadly I have to admit I have been scammed by a common practice scam. They provide a photo of a nice product that would be possibly worth the price then send you a poorly crafted product that looks a little like what they showed you. Since the get to provide a tracking number they get to provide proof of delivery. Good luck getting your money back after that.

Can't believe I paid $70 and waited 6 weeks for this shockingly low quality bed to arrive. Seriously, Big W has better quality beds for less than $10. Customer service is equally as shocking. Website appears store is located in Australia but ships from China (slowly).

Horrible, I asked them to cancel before I received as it was taking over a month. They said it was on the way and could not refund. I received 1 of 2 and I was shocked to see the flat flat bed almost no filling.

I read a lot of reviews regarding this product, but none of them prepared me for what was delivered. One I did not have the delivery issues, my dog's bed arrived in a decent amount of time but when it did arrive I was a bit shocked. I purchased an XL for my rottweiler. The bed arrived and it was folded up and the size of a set of queen size sheets. I was like no way is this a fluffy bed. There is absolutely no stuffing inside. You can put your foot on it and it goes to the floor. My dogs ignored this bed and the only way to get them to use it, is by placing it on top of their regular beds and still they don't look so relaxed. They look bored. Beware of this product. Those pictures look great but they are not the product that you will receive.

Absolute rubbish product and very expensive - don't fall for it! These guys use Facebook advertising promoting 60% off and last day to order. It's a scam. The product is expensive, I bought two at $66.50 each. I tried to cancel a few days later and they said it had been dispatched but the tracking details said nothing had been lodged by the sender. They said I could reject when it was delivered and it would be returned to them for a refund. But the package had to be in good condition. The package arrived ripped open, so I had no way to return it. The quality of the product was absolute rubbish. WAY too small for my dogs, and really thin and cheap. While waiting for my order I bought some similar beds in Kmart for half the price and MUCH better quality than this. It's no wonder they have so many poor reviews. DON'T fall for the lovely pictures and claims on their website! I have attached pictures of the package, and the product compared to the Kmart one I bought. No comparison!

Finally received the dog bed. It is a farce. My dog wouldn't go near it. I contacted company. Told I could send it back at my expense! They claim there are warehouse in the U.S. but the return address is in China.
I paid $83.00 for it. It is now offered at $36.00. This is a SCAM.

This is the worst purchase I ever made all they're doing is going out do you love for your dog to get at your money it's just paper thin floor on it, Chinese junk. They probably bought Train carts of these things for pennies. Anyway they sent me the wrong bed and and at first refused to deal with me. He said i could send it back for 30 some odd dollars, my cost and they would see if they would maybe give me a refund. I don't trust them at all so I guess I'm stuck with the bed that a cat would barely fit on, meanwhile I have a Rottweiler. Do not buy anything from this company the quality and workmanship is garbage!

Like many people I make frequent online purchases. MrFluffy Friend is the worst! I received a tracking number, and my order has allegedly been at fulfillment center for 7 weeks. I emailed concerning my order and was told to be patient. After 5 emails and requests to have my order canceled, nothing. I am now contacting my card for a reversal and report fraud. Stay away!
