I contacted our warehouse immediately and confirmed we don't spray anything on the fabric. This is because of the air-tight plastic packaging exuded its smell under different temperatures while in transit. This smell will go away in just a few days and is harmless to your pet. You may put it outside in an open-air area, under the sun, or use an odor-neutralizer spray.

I'm so angry this company advertising that their beds are great and fluffy and the X-Lg is so big. Well the couch bed is falling apart and the exact bed I paid 3x's more for is the exact same size as my medium one at home. I've been using these for a little over a week and they look old the fur is smashed and it's just ridiculous. I'm ready to talk to an attorney for false advertising.

I ordered an xxlarge bed in dark Grey, they sent me anavy blue smaller size. Then lied to my bank about it. Don't buy from them they are dishonest and when I told them It all wrong they said " can't you give it to a friend"

I don't like to write negative reviews on a products, but prospective buyers should be aware with this purchase. What the company describes and what they picture on their website and what you receive are very different. My husband found this product and ordered it. We were looking forward to receiving the bed, as the pictures show it as full, dense and comfortable. To say we are disappointment by what we received is an understatement. I feel defrauded by false advertising. This bed has zero support, it is not full or dense, somewhat of a flat pancake. It is made of cheap clumpy foam that you can feel throughout. It will likely fall apart within a few months if not sooner. The quality is like the cheap and horribly made stuffed animals you win at a fair or as a video game prize. I contacted the company within hours of receiving the product, it took 48 hours for them to get back to me and two additional emails to get the return info. Not only is at your own expense to send this substandard product back but you have to send it back to China. We paid $83 for this and quite honestly, we wouldn't recommend if it were $20.

MrFluffyFriend (they are NOT your friend) calls the bed I ordered XL. Our dog, who is 53 pounds, hangs off the side of it. This is cheap Chinese junk at an exorbitant price. Do not be taken in. Get a good quality dog bed at your local Costco for much less. I am so angry I was taken in by these people. They should be reported to the BEtter Business Bureau. And by the way, the junk takes forever to arrive.

Three emails sent and still negotiating the return of the item. They are offering discounts for keeping it instead of returning and wasting my time. My dog wouldn't even go in the bed. Outcome yet to be determined.

I requested to cancel my order a minute after I placed the order due to a change of mind. I immediately wrote an email to contact them. Did not hear anything back. I wrote another email on the same day as I found another email address but still have not heard anything back. I also used their customer form online, still no response. After six days, I received an automatic email saying they had shipped my order. I use the tracking number to see where the package is, and it is through USPS, but the shipping info is not up yet. They are just trying to get your money, and it is not worthy buying it here. Amazon has the same project and way cheaper than this place.

Bought the XXl bed for my amputee golden retriever. Way too small for him and absolutely no padding. Contacted via email 3x times ( no customer service number) have not heard back. Will be contacting BBB.

I'm not going to list all the issues I've had with this company.
Suffice it to say:
No responses from company no matter how you try to contact them for whatever reason.
I've disputed the charge with my cc company and have a note on my mailbox and house saying I am refusing any shipment from this company - IF it every ships, which is highly unlikely.
UPDATE: I was able to speak with my mail carrier. She refused both packages. Let's see how long or IF MrFluffyFriend ever acknowledges the return. As of now I've NEVER received a response from them.

I purchased this bed for my 14 year old arthritic pitty. Unfortunately, it is not as described in the ad; the bed is akin to having a furry blanket on the hardwood floor. She is no better off sleeping on this bed than if in the floor.

First of all, the bed that is pictured on the Mrfluffyfriend.com website is not what you get. They must have taken photos from another seller's website such as alphapaw.com which shows a similar bed made entirely of faux fur. The Mrfluffyfriend bed that I received did not have fur in the center where your dog lays. It has no padding at all and is just black synthetic material, so your dog is basically just lying on the floor with their paws on the fur. I sent it back to the return address on the shipping label in New Jersy and the post office could not deliver it. No mention of this from customer service until I complained again and found out that it needs to be shipped to China to get a refund. That would cost as much or more than the product. I complained via email and accepted 30% of the cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They know what they are doing and it's not legit.

Despite the 30 day satisfaction offered I can not get them to answer my emails to return the product. I was so taken in and should have researched the company and reviews more instead of being swayed by the adverts on the internet. Don't buy this product - you are wasting your money.

Ordered this bed after seeing ad on Facebook. Totally regret not checking reviews before ordering. First clue that there was probably going to be an issue is that it took forever to arrive. Was so disappointed at the quality and workmanship of the bed. It is NOT made with plush material, but a cheap almost plastic like material (see pictures). The bed has little to almost NO stuffing in the bottom part of the bed ( see pictures). It appears the stitching isn't even complete around the sides and has an "industrial" smell to it. I paid $80 for something I wouldn't have even paid $5 for! Unfortunately my husband opened the bed and threw away the package before I got home and according to the site there is no refund unless it's in the original pack. DO NOT waste your money on this bed!

This is genuinely no word of a lie. The bed came 4 weeks late and stinking of anal glands (my wife is a vet and most definitely recognises the smell) - the bed had been previously used. We requested a refund to be told that we are only entitled to 20%? The product is a scam. Customer service is atrocious and the quality of the bed is tat. DO NOT BUY!

Arrived after 2 months,the bed has a terrible smell and the quality is extremely poor, the middle of the bed is hardly padded and and the whole bed is obviously cheaply made. I strongly advise against buying this product.

I bought a XL bed for my pit bull. The fabric on the bed is nice and my dog seems to like it and the size is actually large enough for him. My complaint is with the lack of actual "fluff" or stuffing in the bed. Odd lumping of what feels like cotton batting and not nearly enough of it. He may as well be sitting on the hard floor. The advertisement photos make the bed look very very stuffed and comfortable which it isn't. Very disappointed and misled by the entire website and their claims.

Took an age to arrive and when it did it was woefully too small - I had ordered a Large (suitable for a whippet, the website said). My whippet is 19 inches to his shoulder and could barely get half his body on it.
I repeatedly asked for a return address only to be told to "fluff it up"!
When they finally sent a return address, it's in China. I'm UK based and they definitely have a Europe hub but won't give me the address.
I have donated it to a dog shelter.

We purchased the XL bed for our Staffy mix who weighs about 16kg, he is a medium size dog. The bed looks quite fluffy, full, and comfortable in the advertisements, with good height and support around the edges. The one we received is pretty flat, not very full or supportive, and certainly not an XL. Can easily feel the floor through the bed, not a thick base at all and I imagine not comfortable for a medium to large dog for any period of time. We've placed a tennis ball next to the bed in one photo to provide scale so you can see how thick or high the bed actually is. Our order arrived within a couple of weeks and the package was very well wrapped but I wouldn't recommend this as a good bed, perhaps as a topper for another bed or inside a crate. Not worth the full price and even at the discounted price we paid you could buy better at Kmart.

This company is appalling. They send out items weeks late. They ignore your emails until the item is delivered, and then try to barter with you over a refund, negotiate over giving you a full 100% refund as advertised on their site. The advertising is DELIBERATELY MISLEADING, it gives the IMPRESSION that they have many addresses and places to send your item back for a refund, but in reality it is ONLY RETURNING BACK TO CHINA, no more localised returns addresses given, which makes refunds impossible.
" Simply return your package to our nearest warehouse and you will receive a refund within 7 business days"
This company PRETENDS to be helpful AFTER the fact, pseudo helpfulness, pseudo customer survive "support", and the name given is also misleading, it "sounds" European, JANET, all give the impression they want to create, the illusion of having a base outside of CHINA!
Returns back to China outweighs the cost of the original item making a refund null and Void.

Don't buy from this company, they are a scam, I placed an order was charged, never got a confirmation of my order, sent them an email to cancel as two weeks later I still never received my order. They then said it was shipped & gave me a tracking number that didn't even exist. So disappointing but my own fault, need to do research next time, but if I can save others I'll try.
