I purchased 3 beds that finally came after 2 months. Only opened one and it was a flat pancake, smelled, and the stitching is falling apart and you could feel the hardwood floors under it. I contacted the company by email. They said give it a couple days to fluff which I did. So I contacted them back it didn't fluff up. They didn't return any of my emails for way over a month. They commented after I said I was going to turn this over to my credit card company. They said I could return it and gave me no address. This company acts like it is based in the US and is actually based in China. This company is a total scam. They want me to pay for return which is more than the crappy beds. Letting my credit card company deal with this
Cheap Chinese garbage, not as advertised, arrives in vac sealed envelope, ours has two holes in it. No padding, no support, sizes on website not same as you're going to get. Smells horrible, I'm sure some sort of toxic chemical in the fibres. STAY AWAY…ITS A SCAM!

I ordered a dog bed on December 3, and still hadn't received anything by December 28.
I tried several times to contact the company but initially received no reply.
When I finally did receive a reply, I was told that I needed to wait 21 days to receive the order, even though my email to them was clear in saying that their shipment was past the 21 day mark and that their tracking number was inactive. Eventually, I asked for a refund - which was frustrating because the dog bed looked interesting - but did not hear back or receive a refund.
In the end, I filed a request for a refund from PayPal and got my money back immediately.

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a dog bed on 27/11/22. Their courier, EVRI received it on 2/12/22. They allegedly delivered it on 29/12/22 in the evening when we were at home. The doorbell did NOT ring.
The response from MrFluffyfriend is that the company
'does not cover items that are lost or stolen in transit if the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier without the insurance to protect your shipment.'
They do not offer insurance for their products via their website and ignore the fact that my contract is with them, not EVRI. The courier won't respond to a request for a photo of the delivery address.
Via Instagram the retailer then sent a photo of the delivery site which is NOT our house or any of our neighbour's properties. Then, again via Instagram they revealed that they had another person's name and address on my order - and gave me those details in a message. When it was pointed out that they were in breach of GDPR in doing so, they took the message down. Since then they have been silent. I have had to ask our credit card company for charge back as this retailer is incompetent and has zero intention of giving me a refund for their appalling service.

My first order with MrFluffyFriend went without a hitch. I decided to buy a bed, a treat/toy dispenser and a large deluxe furniture cover, as the first cover, although fantastic was small. Here the frustration begins! Two cards left, I fill in the redeliver form and when it finally arrives (ordered September) delivered 2 November there are only 2 items, where's the 'deluxe '? Long story short I am still trying to get my purchase, which cost $145, a lot of money for me. Meanwhile my 15 year old cat waits with me.

I ordered two beds and never received the beds nor any communication from the company. When I ordered the beds I immediately received an email saying the beds were being shipped. After waiting a week, I looked at the shipping status again today and the beds still have not shipped.

I ordered this bed according to their sizing. It took almost 3 weeks to receive this bed. I ordered a medium and its too small for my 40 lb dog. The bottom of the bed is very thin and will easily be destroyed by a young dog. I contacted these people (thru email there is no phone) quite a few times. They offered me a 15% special refund if I kept the bed. I tell them I can't use it and they said I will have to pay shipping. I said okay and asked for the address. They gave me an Address in CHINA! DO NOT BUY THIS BED! They are a rip off!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered on November 22 and still have not gotten my $143 dog beds. They take 24 hrs. To respond to emails, and the responses are vague and lack any sense of customer concern. If I had known it would take so long even to just get a "shipped" email for an order- which wasn't until Dec. 3rd-, I would have given our new address since we were moving a week later. I emailed, the company said they were not able to change it even though the items had not shipped yet. It's now December 28th and no dog beds. I have called the post office, gone into the post office, checked the tracking. As far as I am concerned, the company should be looking for my items that are lost in the holiday mail clutter! As a courtesy for being a paying customer, why am I doing all this work and spending my time driving to post offices and making calls that take forever?! I AM OUTRAGED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Definitely not worth the money. I bought the XXL for my German Sheppard and I think I didn´t get the right size. False advertising. Save your money. By the picture you can see my dogs likes her old bed better and how small the XXL bed truly is.

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order. I ordered a dog blanket on December 3rd and to date, nothing. There is no customer service to speak of, I get the odd email telling me this is standard, my tracking number may change but it's been over three weeks and no delivery. I'm starting to think the tracking number is bogus and this is a total scam.

Very very untruthful with there shipping dates. My order has been sitting in a warehouse ( LOCATED APX 40-50 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME) since 12-15-22 and the USPS is still awaiting the item as of todays date 12-26-22. Customer service is difficult to deal with and can only do so online. Orders not fulfilled properly. If you want to return a bed, you have to pay postal rates to China. Steer clear. Don't order their bed.

Worst $90 spent on a dog bed for sure. Supposed to be XL but barely fits my 40 pound springer. Very little padding. My dog has major anxiety and I thought this might help….it hasn't. A $2 blanket on the floor works just as well.

I have reached out to this company severally. AWFUL customer service, and total disregard for the health of our pets. To top it off, after waiting several weeks for the product to even be shipped, it is smaller than I ordered, wrong color and stains. Everything about this company is problematic including not being transparent about its reviews, processing and refunds! The reviews on its website are all 5 star which is misleading and fraudulent. I would like a refund as I have asked several times before. Please help to report this company to the BBB and THE WWF.

I bought an XL bed for my 65 pound dog and it doesn't fit her. The bed is way too small so the sizing they give you doesn't work. After 2 days of having it, she was able to tear into it and all the stuffing came out of it. Worse purchase I have ever made. It is complete garbage. Do not buy this for your baby. It doesn't work. After spending $65 for this product and trying to get a refund, which has not happened, I DO NOT

This company is NOT in the Uk. It is simply cheap products from China. They do not give refunds and the customer service is awful. They sent me the wrong item and 13 emails later are still insisting I pay return postage (to China!)

The response time to reply to emails is appalling - shipping time is appalling and they are absolutely useless! My dog passed away and the delivery time was way to long and due to their non response of emails they shipped the dog bed after been advised I wanted a refund due to my dogs passing and still went ahead and shipped the bed, Now I have to send back at my inconvenience.
