These beds are definitely not what they advertise. The communication when I was enquiring as to how long it would take for them to get to me was appalling. It took a month for them to arrive. I have since had them for about five weeks and they are flat and loads of fluff from the outside is coming off.
My 75 lb Standard Poodle LOVES the bed. Typically he's up and down in and outside but now is content to lounge in the bed. I got an xl. I don't understand why all the poor reviews. Anyway Teddy is a happy boy. Thank you!

I ordered 2 x-lg dog beds for our dogs for Christmas which didn't arrive until after Christmas. The beds were smaller than I thought we have 80lbs dogs, but these x-lg beds will only accommodate a 30-40lb dog. I contacted MrFluffyFriend to return these and received return info stating I was responsible for the shipping cost. Upon attempting to return these I learned the return shipping cost was over $500 for a $125 original cost. I will be eating these changes and never buying anything from China online again.

We purchased 2 beds for our grand dogs for christmas. Took over a month to get them. They were too small and not good quality. Trying to get them returned is a night mare! They come from China and they won't send a label to return them. You have to return yourself. After looking into that there is a 500 cost to ship back which we obviously won't do. So now we are stuck with these beds and will have to try to sell them. I would never buy from this company again

False advertising. Product is only 1.25" thick, more like a rug. Smells terrible. Shipped from China, takes forever to receive. If you need to return it costs more that the product. Order cancellation does not exist (no one reponds). Would give 0 if possible.

Waited for a month for this to arrive. When I opened it, it is flat as a pancake, cheaply made and smells. My dog won't lay on it. I wanted to return it and you have to ship back to China and you pay postage. Poor choice on my part. Don't make the same mistake.

This item was packed in a very, very small bag. I did not unwrap it, knowing what was inside wasn't the dog bed I ordered: an XLG. I told the company I wanted to return it because I knew it wasn't what I had ordered. They debated me over ten times over email. Finally, they said I could return it, but it had to be shipped to China! The item was shipped from NJ. I told them had I known their return policy mandated a return to be sent to China; I told them I would NEVER have ordered it.
Eventually, I opened the bag, and not to my surprise; this was not the dog bed I had ordered! It was a cat bed! This bed is NOT extra-large (see what I ordered). I emailed them again and said, "I told you this wasn't what I ordered and expected a full refund.' I said I would ship it back to where it came from, JANE, NJ. This company, BTW, is shady; Google them.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Ordered an XL, looks like a medium size. Too small for both of my dogs. Quality VERY POOR :( If I had paid only $10 for each bed that would have been too much. Who can you trust anymore to deliver quality products?

I ordered (2) of these dog beds on 12/4 for Xmas. I ordered XXL, 39". The 1st one did not arrive until 12/27, it does not show shipping until 12/26! The 2nd one shows shipping 1/2, it did not arrive until 1/4 (30 days!). I opened the first one and discovered it was too small for either one of my dogs. It has NO padding where they lay. I figured since I opened it I would figure out something to do with it but refuse or return the second one if it was ever received. Now I have the 2nd one and I am told I must pay shipping back ($25) or keep it and get 15% back on entire order with was approx $158 (for items I can't use). These beds are soft but otherwise not good quality for any dog that has joint/arthritis issues. One of my dogs just had double TPLO surgery in the last year and no way can he lay down on this, get support and get up off the floor.

Do not under any circumstances buy this dog bed. It's poor quality, very thin, stinks of plastic and is grossly overpriced. I am gutted I wasted my money on this item not fit for a Sunday market.

The company is a scam and a fraud. I received the MrFluffy friend dog bed - first it was the wrong size. Second it smelled HORRIBLE. I have written to customer support at least 50 times and they keep telling me to measure it. I have sent them 50 photos and measurements. Now that the 30 day expiration is close, they are telling me to return to the address on their FAQs page. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO RETURN THIS PIECE OF CRUD TO. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING YOUR MONEY AND WILL NEVER REFUND ANYTHING. THEY DO NOT HAVE A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. I AM NOW GOING TO JUST DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY

What a joke. The beds in the pictures are huge with 12" thick padding like a mattress. This awful smelling thing that showed up isn't even a quarter of the size advertised. Stick with Amazon, at least you get your money back when trash like this shows up.

I ordered two beds the end of November 2022. Here we are - second week of January 2023. Still waiting on those beds. I've emailed them. Crickets. Fighting for a refund now. Horrible company

Ordered a bed for my dogs about 7 to 10 days before Christmas, led to believe it would be there. Still don't have it. Still shows sitting in same spot over 10 days ago. Customer service told me it's on its way but failed to mention from CHINA. THEY MISLEAD AND LIE. I'M OUT!

Update for Myfluffyfriend dog beds. I got a link to send bed back, (after I had already sent it back). Get this! Are you sitting down? They wanted me to send it to CHINA. Yes, CHINA! I also contacted my credit card company and told them the story. The amount that was charged was put into a dispute hold. Of course I will not get the $18 (standard mail with tracking) I spent on mailing it back to the U.S. warehouse on the original return address. Crooks! Next stop is the B.B.B.

I immediately knew upon receiving that I didn't want this product, so I decided to send it back in the original packing. I only opened one side to inspect, because I couldn't believe that something that small would be like advertised. I contacted them and was offered discounts of 10 and then 30 percent to keep. I told them that I wasn't interested and would be sending it back within 2 days. I used the return address on the package and sent it with a tracking number thru USPS. It was delivered within 2 days as the receipt says it was handed to a person at the address. That was over one month ago and I still haven't received my refund. Now they are telling me that I have to retreive the package. SERIOUSLY? They know where it is. Well, will add to many more reviews including BBB and Martha Stewart's website where I originally saw the ad. I would give this company minus stars if at all possible.
No responses to multiple requests on e-mail. I want to cancel the order but nobody is listening. I'm worried that this is a scam company.

You will not be able to return unless you pay 200.00 to ship a 2 pound package to China. This is an Intentional scam. They offer you 15% to keep. Report to Federal Goverment Fraud department. They are using different names but the same scams. File your complaints. BAN THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE USA.

Place an order for 2XL dog beds which arrived on different dates from different locations. The first bed I received stunk like fish and had almost no padding. Every after a full day outside in the sun the smell did not go away and my dogs refused to lay in the bed. I contacted customer service and they offered provide a 15% refund. If I wanted a full refund I was responsible for the shipping. They then gave me an address in China to return the beds. The US Post Office stated it would be over $800 to ship the box to the address in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!
