Ordered a set of windshield misters for a 2021 ram 1500. Delivery was ok but one of them was damaged. Submitted an RMA for an exchange and fulfilled all the requirements with pics. After 2 days no response so I called them. Lady I talked to says I needed the part number off the part or the package it came in. I could find it on neither. I explained to her that in the pic the part number on their receipt was clearly shown. Can't use that I was told. Basically I was told your screwed go to hell... Valuable lession about this company... CUATION CAUTION

THEY ARE A JOKE
April 23, 2025

My experience with Mopar Parts Giant has been nothing short of infuriating. If you're considering ordering from them, don't. Their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke, and they seem to have no intention of honoring the return policy they proudly display on their website. After ordering a part based on the information provided on their site (which turned out to be incorrect), I followed their stated return process to the letter. I submitted the return request promptly, sent the item back in perfect condition, and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Communication from their end was non-existent unless I reached out—at which point I was met with canned responses, endless deflection, and outright refusal to process the return. It's clear that their customer service is designed to wear people down until they give up. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a deliberate strategy. They treat customers like a nuisance rather than a priority. It's especially frustrating when their mistakes cost you time and money and you're left fighting just to get what you're owed. Bottom line: Mopar Parts Giant is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. Poor communication, terrible support, and a complete disregard for their own policies. Shop elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored, ripped off, and left holding the bag.

Ordered parts for my Promaster van. Although items were stated in stock waited 2 months and only recieved 2 of the 5 parts ordered. Credit card charged at different times for each item. Total of three items we'll exceeded the agreed cost of the entire order. Third part was billed a month before they even received part. Then I recieve an email stating they wanted another $38 for shipping, they already charged me 76 in shipping for that part alone. Over 110 in shipping for a piece of plastic trim 24" x 6" x 1/4". Awful experience, never again. Highly recommend using other parts Mopar parts suppliers.

Crooked Business
March 25, 2025

I purchased a blank sentry key from Mopar Parts Giant for a RAM SRT10. The key that I ordered had a Ram logo on it. What I was sent was a Jeep key with a Jeep logo on it. I had my concerns that the Jeep key they sent me may not work on my Ram truck, so I emailed the Mopar Parts Giant "product specialist" asking if the Jeep key would work on my Ram truck. The "product specialist" responded and said that the Jeep key that they sent me was a completely different part number and that it "would not work on my Ram". At this point I called their customer support and asked for a return, as they clearly sent me the wrong key. I will also note that this key came in a ziplock bag with a part number handwritten on the bag with a ballpoint pen. This was not in original Mopar packaging. Anyhow, they made me send pictures of the part which was no big deal. Then I get an email saying that they cannot move forward with the return until I send a picture of the USPS shipping box with all the labels. At this point I'm getting a sense that this place is grasping at straws and looking for any reason to not issue a refund. Good thing I saved the box. So, I send them pictures of the box and they issue me a return. Here's the catch, they say they will allow me to return the part but will not pay for the shipping and are going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I called this place at least five times trying to explain to them that I should not pay for shipping or restocking considering that they sent me the wrong part. They said they will review with their parts specialist. I told them I already contacted the "parts specialist" and they said that the Jeep key would not work on my Ram truck. I even uploaded pictures of the email correspondence between myself and the parts specialist. They refused to issue a pre-paid shipping label and refused to waive the restocking fee. I will never buy anything from this retailer again. This whole thing started with false advertising. Regardless if the Jeep key would work or not I ordered a key with a Ram logo, not a Jeep logo. I jumped through all their hoops for their error and they still managed to take advantage. As the phrase goes you get more flies with honey than you do with sh*t. I'm writing this based on ethics and principles, not due to the useless $60 key that I'm stuck with. To be honest I'm surprised that this place is still in business seeing that there's a bunch of reviews with similar stories as mine. I will now spend the rest of my week looking for places to publish negative reviews about this company, will be going to the better business bureau, and will contacting my credit card company and opening a fraud case. All because they fought me tooth and nail on a $5 shipping charge and bogus restocking fee. They need to treat their customers better and not bite the hand that feeds them, or eventually they will starve to death. From now on I will use Mopar Factory Parts as I had a much more pleasant customer experience with them.

False advertising
February 22, 2025

Your policies are to stringent. I will not do business with you in future. You send wrong parts and make it impossible to receive RMA or receive correct part. False advertising is wrong.

2022 Ram bighorn, I6 Cummins turbo diesel cap is what you advertised and it didn't fit that vehicle.

You need to make it right or just steal my money. YOUR CHOICE.

For some reason my item was sent to the wrong address. I contacted them immediately. Item was not delivered and went back to them. They said I needed an RMA number but I didn't get the item to do that. I asked for them to send it back to right address but they insisted on this number that was not issued because I never got the item. A month and a half and they will not refund or replace. Will NEVER do business with them again. I am a senior citizen on SS only and needed this part, now out almost $40 and have to wait on my next check to find someone else to purchase another one from. Don't trust these people, you will lose your money. They take advantage of old people. Order number is CC*******. Part No.: *******AB

This company is a scam
December 19, 2024

I ordered an OEM tow bar for my Durango from this company, part number *******AF. What I received was a CURT brand aftermarket tow bar for a Jeep liberty, part number JRE******* with a piece of painters tape on it saying "*******AF". The actual part number was embossed on the tow bar itself while the desired part number was nowhere on the part itself.

I called the dealership that operates this website to explain my problem. They requested I send them photos to very my issue. They told me it was the correct part because "the number on the tape is the correct part" as if I can't read. I insisted this was mislabeled product and they said they would have a "Parts Specialist" review my case. Over a month later and several more calls, they finally got back to me to inform me the part was correct.

They then said that the best they could do is charge me a restocking fee and give me a discounted shipping label that I would still have to pay for.

This company is 100% a scam. Do not use them to purchase any parts. They are just going to steal your money and talk down to you like you are stupid.

Legal theft
November 26, 2024

America regrettably allows scum like this to proliferate. Since most online sales sites are scams, I have no one to blame but myself. You will receive nothing but grief from this legal swindle.

They have the wrong image on their website. So i received the wrong parts. They refused to refund. Got credit card company involved. They lied to credit card company saying they sent me an e-refund. Gave a tracking number that USPS doesn't recognize.

Buyer beware the fine print!
May 3, 2024

Purchased several parts from this website.
Order was split into two orders.
First part shipped and received.
The other parts did not ship without me approving additional fees for the original parts ordered.
Then, order still wasn't shipped, until I agreed to pay additional shipping costs (more than the original order). Spoke to mgmt. Told me I would be responsible to the additional shipping cost and if I didn't pay they would cancel my order. They claim lowest price but then hold your item hostage until you agree to pay them additional fees and shipping costs. Read their policies and call them before you order. If you receive a partial order and then try to return they WILL charge you a restocking fee.

Refund
April 30, 2024

Ordered parts, 3 weeks later still no delivery, contacted Mopar on the status, they reported part lost, said they would refund my money minus 20% restock fee and shipping cost. This is a very bad company to deal with.

Only ONE extension came. Picture on their website showed two seatbelt extensions for my 93 Dodge D350. Price of $54.40. On top of that bc it's a vintage truck I was charged an additional $9.95 for vintage parts, as well as $13.27 shipping for a grand total of $77.62. FOR ONE SEATBELT EXTENTION! I called, so sorry it pictures two, you only get the one. I have been looking for this part for two years, never thought I'd get screwed so hard by Mopar!

No returns
March 13, 2024

This company sold me a radio that it said was compatible with my vehicle. Well, it wasn't. I offered to exchange it for the right radio and was told there are no exchanges. I applied for a refund and they said no refunds. In plain English they ripped me off for $500!

Disappointing
February 15, 2024

I have already made some purchases with MoparPartsGiant, and the first time, after I made the purchase in the morning, I received an email saying that the order can only be processed if I pay via paypal, very disappointing, they hope to place the order, stop because from several times they say that they only accept payment by paypal. Thank you very much

Terrible
February 15, 2024

Ordered front and rear splash guards from there website after putting in my vehicle information. Received the splash guards and could not use them because they were clearly for a different model Ram truck. None of the "no-drill" holes lined up and shape did not match my truck, the part number was for a newer generation Ram truck. I was not mad at the time but followed the directions for returning merchandise, provided a description of the issue, took pictures showing part numbers and the splash guard next to my truck, clearly showing they will not work. They ended up denying my return because I took the splash guards out of the plain plastic un-sealed bag that they came in for the pictures they asked me to provide them. After calling their customer service I was told that they will not accept open items for return and that I did not order the correct part so it is my fault.

Wrong part sent Charging 20% restock fee plus shipping on me.
On the return form they marked it as customer doesn't need anymore.

I added pictures of the old heater panel in my wrangler then showing the new panel showing the difference. They would not acknowledge it's not the same.

I WOULD NOT do business with this seller.
