Called ahead to check part, said they had 3 in stock
Could not order on phone?
Ordered part on the web site and next day aired it?
2 days later got an email saying order cancelled?
Called and was told they could not find the part? 3 were in stock i replied. The repli i got was the inventory was off.
Thank you for wasting 2 days of my time, take all the proper steps to make sure the part is available and incompetence strikes again...

I had placed an order for a driver door window switch for my Challenger. I didn't notice that almost 12 hours later that they had sent an email that my order was canceled. Their website of course shows glowing reviews but I call nonsense. Never using them again.

THE WORST BE VERY CARFULL WITH THIS COMPANY
"the site is shaky at the least DONT go by the name You are better off going to your local dealer OEM PARTS not 3rd party i can go on and on this company is a scam AND someone needs to shut them down someone really needs to look into there business practices because they are not rite they are misleading people customer service is a ROBOT. I have over 50 emails that i would love to share just on my story. More people NEED to stand ground and speak up or they just keep getting away with scamming and robbing people. I mean there Reviews speak for themselves.iTS a shame they keep getting away with it"

Yep, they sent wrong part, no were sorry, no will send call ticket... I had no printer to print there return as they demanded... they were not hearing it. I spent $8 out of pocket to send it back so they would send my hostage part.

Lost two days work without part, out $250 in income and these folks could not of cared one bit.

This was 100% due to there pulling and packing error, yet im the bad guy who had to wait and miss work.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON A COMPANY WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONE BIT!

DOCS attached... THANKS SITE JABBER!

Rape

Worst company I ever dealt with, ordered a $15.48 part, a transmission dipstick, from their website that said it would fit my vehicle, it came cut and spliced back together and was still too long for my vehicle? They raped me for shipping, $9.98 shipping on a package the weighed 10.4 oz, yes 10.4 ozs.? So with tax my total was $26.54.
So I inquire to return it and was told to take pics of the package, the letter that came in the package, the part, all 3 tags, front & back that was attached to the part and send them to them, which I did.
Then I get the return info stating there was a 20% restocking fee which equals to $3.10, then it says I have to pay the return shipping and if I get raped for $9.98 to return it, I am out now $13.08 plus my tax $1.08, that means I lose $14.16 of the $15.48 wrong part they said would fit my vehicle, what a crock of crap!
Then when I call to complain to them about how bad they bent me over, the jerk puts me on hold to transfer me to the return dept, I had already pressed the number it told me too in the prompts to get the return dept and after 5 minutes on hold, it goes to a voice mail box.
This place is a HUGH RIP OFF BUSINESS, do not waste your time even looking at their website because you too will be bent over. You have been warned!

I ordered an o2 sensor it took 7 days to get to my house and when i got it it was the wrong part so i called them up to complain so now in retalliation thier giving me the run around in returning my part talking about abussines that is being run by a bunch of babies, u could tell mommy never took the tit away they act alot like donald trump

Placed an order with them on-line on 08/19/2020. Was informed then that estimated delivery would be between 08/24 and 08/28.08/28 came and I checked the order status and it was still "preparing to ship". Called them that day and spoke with Will. He told me that the order would ship on Monday, 09/01, guaranteed. Checked the site on 09/01, still "preparing to ship". Called them again, but this time they were too busy to answer the phone and to send an e-mail. I would receive a prompt return e-mail. I sent the email that morning and I am STILL waiting for the prompt return email. On 09/02, I went on the Live Chat and spoke with Andrew. He told me that the warehouse would send me an email after they opened at 10:00 am PST. Still waiting for THAT email also. Today, I called and cancelled the order. Leslie said I would get a confirmation email by the end of the day. I doubt it. This has to be one of the worst on-line experiences with buying parts I have ever had. It is truly amazing how they stay in business. Please, don't waste your time and effort, go somewhere else and get your parts.

Avoid at all costs

Your item will arrive broken because it was shipped with no packaging.
Their RMA process only functions as a time delay. Nothing about it will ever help. It will bounce emails, they will claim they cant find your email, even if you give them a date/time, they will claim there was no attachment. They will ask for additional pictures but not be specific about what was lacking... They will wait as long as they can to respond to you or paypal claims reps... Just avoid.

Called to verify a part was in stock, upon verification I paid and waited a week for my part, after hearing nothing I called back only to find out they did not have it. Worst of all they did not let me know I had to call to find out why.

On 2/11/2020 at 9am(EST), my business ordered an intake manifold for our customer from MoparPartsGiant.com. I placed the order online, called to see if it was in stock, and when it could ship. They said it would ship in two days. Two days later, they told me that my credit card zip code was incorrect. I verified with Citibank, who confirmed MoparPartsGiant.com mistyped my zip code when processing my card. It took me 60 minutes on hold, 3 calls, and a 3-way call with Citibank to resolve the issue. I was then told the manifold would ship the next day. Two days later, I looked online, and the order was still 'pending'. I called customer service, who said it had shipped (but they had no tracking # to give me). For the next 3 days, I looked online, and then called customer service, who kept saying it had shipped (not true). Rinse, get frustrated, repeat...
On 2/21/2020, I received a tracking number directly from FedEx. I called MoparPartsGiant.com to see if any fees could be waived for my repair shop's customer due to the 2-week inconvenience. I asked if they could give me a credit for another purchase, any type of help for making my customer wait, etc. The customer service manager informed me that their prices were so low that they could not give discounts or credits, and do not discuss customer service issues.

I purchase about $700K in parts a year for my shop, and will never use the MoparPartsGiant.com site ever again due to the untruths, the shipping issues, and their approach to customer service. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Order chip key for my PT Cruiser by part number. Was sent non chip blank and charged for chip key, and charged $20.00 for shipping and handling. Got a credit for 1/2 the amount of total and charged handling fee for their screw up. DO NOT use these $#*!s. Never in 45 years in parts have I seen anything like this. Returned part by U.S. Mail for. 50 cents. $20.00 for S&H my $#*!!

I should sue

After 5 days and my order still not being shipped, I called to find out the reason for the delay. I was told they decided to cancel my order. Apparently, they were unwilling to sell the part for the price listed on their website. I was told that I would have the opportunity to buy it after a few days, after they had time to change the price on their website of course.
Great business practice!

I will never do business with these people again. I called on a part when It cam in it was incomplete so they charge a huge restocking fee plus freight both ways. They then claim to the BBB they do not have knowledgeable parts people only order takers to justify their crooked ways. They might be fine until you get screwed on an expensive part. I'd stay away at all costs. The ratings are like the BBB false and always on the side of business who supports them.

I am not an internet novice, so when i try to ask for help with a website i try to be clear and concise. Seems like the new business formula for websites is to build a "middleman" website. The links lead back to someone else's product which the people half the time do not know if they have in stock or not. This particular site I engaged the live chat help only to be told they do not have a clue why the "vin#" check wasnt working for me... and they proceeded to direct me to send an email which would be replied to in 24 hours... thats today's world of instant communication/wiretransfers... one has to wait 24 hrs just to get a yes or no answer. Next i called their 1800 phone number only to talk to incompetent people who kept referring me back to the website. Enough is enough. Ebay started this practice and it's shameful how everyone seems to have adapted it.
