I ordered a part it got cancelled. I ordered another part and it got cancelled. Did I get an email stating that my order was cancelled. NO! They are sincere but this company is dysfunctional!

I bought an Alternator from these people in April and returned the Core for a Core Refund. I have contacted them three times with a reply they need to check with their vendor. I have provided them with the order number the RMA Number and the FedEx shipping number as well as Proof of Delivery. I am currently filing a Chargeback with my Credit card company and told them that I tried to settle this amicably but they fail so badly in their customer service. This business has several aliases as well so it would be best to check other companies out as well.
The help desk for parts is dogsh*t. They are less useful than oreillys. They do not know anything about automotive science. Their shipping department must be union labor because orders process for 4 business days. Their general help team for orders is worthless and will cancel an order instead of call you to fix any issues with their system.
I put the exact VIN # of my vehicle into their search function. Paid $500 for the part recommended based on their search query. They DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS.
This website is a complete ripoff. I ordered parts for my Jeep. Entered year, make, and model for the parts I was looking for and unbeknownst to me directed me to parts that did not fit my Jeep. I asked the company for a refund the same day I received the parts, was told to go through their RMA process which included taking photos of the items and their packaging to which I did. The RMA department made a decision to deny my request due to the parts being electronic parts. And they also had the audacity to tell me that I should have entered my VIN if I wanted the exact parts. Had the VIN been a requirement I would have never ordered these parts. I'm out almost $300.00 and encourage everyone and everyone to steer clear of this fraudulent website. Successfully delivered a new in box, very old, discontinued part which I could not find elsewhere. Before it turned up, I saw the reviews here and I was concerned. After delivery, they asked me to leave a review on BBB under Genuine Parts Giant.
Ordered several body parts for my jeep, $1200 worth. Got 2 e-mails from them saying my order needed attention. First said that the floor pan I order was out of stock even though website said it was in stock, even said it was in stock days later. Second said that the price of other parts had gone up, some as much as
50%. Called customer service and was told that they couldn't keep all prices on their website current and that if I read their sales policy that I can either pay the difference or cancel my order, my choice. So I ponied up the dough because they were the only ones to have the parts I needed. They also run under a couple of other names like mopar parts wholesaler.

Ordered a clutch for my promaster says they will process in 1 to 3 days, 5 days go by they take the money with no word of shipping. I contacted them and they say shipping will get ahold of you in 24hrs, 2 days later I call them they say, oh it's on backorder will I wait for them to check more places? Wow! Couldn't have told me this in the beginning or when I contacted them, maybe there sight should just say we will get it to you when we can. Lol I canceled order 7 days after order they had absolutely no idea how they were going to get this part. Ya we all have months to wait for you to be a better company. How they have good google rating? Fake reviews? Called another company will be on my doorstep faster than they can find the product.
The part I received were damaged beyond use. I got the run around for over three months, which ultimately turned into no communication from them. When I inquired they said I had to contact the shipping company. I didn't buy from the shipping company, they didn't stand behind their choice of shipper. The have taken my money and ignored my problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM MOPAR PARTS GIANT, there are much better companies to work with.
Paid for overnight service, parcel overdue by 2 days, queried with their customer service live chat and was brushed off. No customer service and do not deliver as per online order confirmation.
Tried to buy 2 bolts for my jeep, small simple order right? Wrong, they sent the wrong part and days later after trying to contact them to correct their error they want me to prove that they sent the wrong part. Sent pictures and still nothing. Filed a complaint with the bbb, never again. Beware of this company.
I ordered some parts for my truck. I pulled the part number from the actual part. They 'manufacturer' replaced that part with a different part number. I received the parts, and they did NOT work on my vehicle. I returned them after fighting with them that it was not my fault the 'replacement' part number didn't fit my vehicle. One RMA manager re-issued the return request with reason of 'wrong parts' instead of the original and incorrect reason of 'No longer needs'. I returned the parts, at this company's expense. They received the parts and 7 business days later I was wondering where my credit was. I called back in and the RMA manager took care of the credit the next business day. Come to find out, they charged me a 20% restocking fee even though the only reason I returned the parts was because the 'replacement' part number didn't fit my vehicle. I called back in, and spoke to another 'manager' in RMA called 'Joe'. He said the RMA paperwork said I would be charged a 20% restocking fee, and I said it actually says 'if applicable', and I don't think it is 'applicable' if the reason I returned the parts was because the 'replacement' doesn't fit the vehicle. We went back and forth for a while, then I said I want to speak to someone else, like his boss. He said he didn't have a boss and I said he didn't sound like the CEO and I wanted to speak to his boss. He was a horrible person! You should NEVER buy anything from this fly by night unethical 'company'. I use the word 'company' loosely because they have nothing about the CEO's in their website, they charge 20% restocking fees even when the buyer didn't order the wrong parts but they replaced them with a different part number. Their Phoenix address that I returned the parts to is 1309 E. Elwood St., Phoenix, AZ *******. They are an unscrupulous company and nobody should deal with them, ever!

Was sent the wrong part. It was a anti lock brake module pump and was supposed to be the electronic part of it. I went through their return song and dance where you have to take pictures of the part and box it was shipped in and send it to them to get approved for a return. Did that and was approved so I boxed it back up and payed $13.00 more to ship it back priority mail. Waited about 10 days did not here anything so I called and they said I was supposed to have sent them the tracking #. Gave them that, waited another week called again and they said it was received and would have it that afternoon. Of course that did not happen so called again the next day.and same response. I got a email that evening saying the return was denied because part had marks on it so it had been installed which is total B. S. The only time the part left the box was to take the picture. How was it installed if it's the wrong part? Total scam. PLEASE DO NOT, I REAPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.! SCREWED OUT OF $420.00. I believe in Karma and I know that they will get theirs. Lots of it! Should of read reviews before I ordered.
I purchased a part from this vendor. I paid the price that was shown on the website. I then got another email stating that the price had gone up and I needed to pay an additional amount. In contacting the company, I felt that this was a poor way to conduct business and, to me, it was unethical.
The reply I got was far from what I would consider good customer relations. It was short and did not address my questions about the business practice and the ethics of asking for more money after the initial price has been paid.
This was the worst response they could have sent. Customer relations is not this company's long suit.
Beware of any purchase you make.
I ordered an air filter for my jeep. They sent me a battered box full of miscellaneous auto junk. They finally sent me a return label after I sent them pictures several times of the box and its contents. They finally refunded the cost of the part, but they did not refund the cost of the shipping. This is theft by deception. They seem to do business by sending you the wrong part, then shorting you the full refund.
I purchased a part that was listed on their website for about $97 for my truck. A few days after the order was placed and paid with credit card, I received an email stating that the price had increased and I would need to pay an addition $53 (55%) to continue the order. I did not respond and 2 days later they cancelled the order with no real explanation and no apology whatsoever! This is a poor business practice at best and certainly unethical. Avoid these people like the plague. Wish I could give them a zero, but reading here, apparently they have a pretty solid history of not caring about their customers.
