Terrible customer service. I ordered a product with a part number specific to my vehicle, used their site to confirm that the product would fit my vehicle, and was sent a product with a different part number. I immediately put the product back in the box and reached out to their customer service team. After many days of back and forth, they agreed to take the part back but told me they would deduct the return shipping cost as well as a 20% restocking fee from their website. On a $200 product, we are not talking about a few bucks lost. Customer service over the phone and e-mail were useless. They told me I should have used their live chat or contacted customer service ahead of time to make sure I would receive the part number I was looking for... (?). Don't waste your money with this site and go through one of the other dozens of Jeep part manufacturers instead.

They sent me DEFECTIVE parts that I returned and are now back ordered. Refusal to refund and refusal to provide a date when the parts will be in. Talk to two different managers and both are unwilling to help. Never give this place your money for any reason. I'm being punished because THEY sent me DEFECTIVE parts

Ordered touchup paint from this company. They sent me the wrong color. I have spent the last two days trying to get a hold of somebody so I could return this color and get the correct color. They make you jump through so many hoops that you just want to give up. I finally got a return authorization from them and THEY state the reason for return "no longer needs. " NO, they sent me the wrong part and now they want me to pay for returning the part that they screwed up! And they're trying to charge me a 20% restock charge for their screwup! They even have fake reviews online

They Sent the wrong part and told me I was responsible to pay 20% restocking fee & return label. Horrible.

Called today to inquire about a specific part. A young man answered when I used option #5, general questions. He was incredibly rude and impatient. He did not want to offer any assistance and told me I would need to give him my email address if wanted any help. I provided my email and before saying anything else he hung-up on me. I have had better customer service from drive-thru's.

Purchased some running board steps for my RAM 4500 and the box arrived damaged and taped up. Unboxed the product and it had foot prints, finger prints, and installation scratches. I tried to settle for a partial refund, but they wanted me to send it back and charge me a 25% restocking fee on a used product they sold me and they wanted me to pay for the shipping which was going to cost me about $200 due to the size and weight of the box. I wouldn't buy anything from this company. They are a scam and sell used parts. I even purchased an oil filter in the past and the box was smashed up. They probably collect and sell rejected parts from all the dealerships nationwide.

Placed an order for 4 parts, Mopar Giant only had two in stock so they canceled my other two parts automatically. I checked my invoice and they still charged me the shipping for the other two parts that they canceled. I called, they said it would be re-adjusted once shipped. Lo and behold, they shipped and charged my credit card the full shipping amount for all four parts. Called Mopar Giant again. The employee who answered didn't want to be bothered with it and gave me the run-around. Still trying to resolve this. They're living up to the terrible reviews. I recommend you go elsewhere even if the parts are slightly more expensive. I certainly am.

DON'T BUY PARTS FROM THEM, WHEN YOU CALL AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WAITING THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE. I CANCLED MY ORDER AND TOOK 7 DAYS FOR THEM TO RELEASE MONEY BACK. I WAS TOLD MANY OF TIMES THEY WOULD EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS, THEY NEVER DO.

Stay far away from this place and it's affiliates. They are a FRONT for a junkyard. All used parts that are rejects. No stars.

I purchased a rear axle from these degenerates only to receive the part defected with a slash in the cv boot. Their warranty process is some trash just like this distributor. The staff is possessed. These people don't care about you or the money they rip you off of. I have never in my life been taken for a death ride like this by anyone. I usually read reviews on a place before purchasing anything from any organization but this time I didn't. Never again.After the horrible experience I went through, PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. THEY ARE SOME SERIOUS SCAMMERS. I can write a play by play of what I went through but it's too much to type. I'm just going to say, I can't wait for Karma to do it's work here

This company does not have a return policy. They sent me a bent and defective $400 part and because it had an electrical connection on it they pulled the "No electrical parts can be returned".

So i purchase 4 parts on their web site,. A few days after i receive a email that i had to pay a extra for 3 of the 4 parts and that the 4th part was no longer available. So i agreed but was overcharge. I email them they said i would be refund but they dont, i chat with them and they did not respond, i called and was told its not their problem to call paypall, i told them i was related to the back order part, i was put on hold for over 30minutes with no respons after... when i receive the parts one of them had to be return but they refund me on the original price not the price they charge me total. So i total im out about 61.78$us or so

Received a defective mopar part. In order to exchange it I have to pay for a tow bill and a diagnostic test that will not be reimbursed.
Save yourself the hassle, shop elsewhere.

I flipped through Google and this web site came along with the part I was looking for with a 2-3 day shipping after payment. Well, it goes on and on about the part is in the system, we don't actually stock those parts, the error was in the ad, we will update you when shipped, your refund is immediate.So far I'm out my 90 bucks, no part or refund. It's a scam company to me! So, just read the reviews off of their website, not theirs!

They scam artist they don't even sell real mopar parts they're all knockoffs and when you tried to return them they give you a line of crap beware of this company you will get ripped off

Do not try and buy parts from these guys. After weeks of not doing anything on my order they say that they were cancelling it because shipping was to high.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Worse I have ever dealt with. They sent the wrong part, charged and extra 10 bucks for a so called antique part.(a joke) charged 10 bucks + for shipping for a part that was a small rubber o-ring. I could get and o-ring anywhere! I ordered a discharge A/C hose/line. The return was excruciating taking pic's to send them(their request) can not talk to anyone. All e-mails are "No Reply" If you call the phone # A woman answers and knows Nothing. They say they e-mail back and do not. Terrible. After 3 months I just got a 17.78 refund which is a Joke. I got charged 42.71 for the wrong order (a freaking o-ring) and spent 4.78 to ship it back. So after spending damn near 48 bucks and a ton of aggravation I get 17.78 back. Wow I hit the lottery and put MoparPartsGiant in the poor house. PLEASE people deal with anyone else Even with the mob in some back alley would be better.
