They lost my glasses and offered to buy new ones, and then a couple weeks later told me that they found my glasses and eventually sent me them. Overall it took for freaking ever to get a pair of glasses and they charged a lot more than what I think the zennie charges.

I ordered a pair of frames that were made in France, which took almost one year to finally arrive! Once they arrived, I decided to go with Lensabl just going off of reading other positive reviews, and I am so happy I did! Although the turnaround was a little more than anticipated, once they arrived, I was very impressed with the quality and clearness of my prescription frames. Will definitely be sending a few more of my pricey glasses over to have them swapped for a new pair of lenses! Highly recommend.

Had an issue with a return shipment. They were quick to respond and correct the issue.
Site was easy to use and had good selection. Quick order process and nice final packaging.
I was led to believe the delivery times were much shorter than the 4-6 weeks I had to wait. What's worse is the communication as to where my order was in the queue was awful. The status sat unchanged at the lab for weeks. Expectations were not managed
