I ordered my lenses on July 15 and they arrived August 11. The lenses cost $300 and used my existing frames. Other sites offer the same lenses with frames for half the price. The lensabl website showed my order status as "will be shipped in 6 business days" for over 2 weeks and I had to contact customer service to find out what was going on. They told me the website was inaccurate. That my lenses had to be redone and that the website status would only change when the glasses were shipped. That ended up being true but I wonder how much longer I would have waited if I had not contacted customer service to complain.

Received glasses over a month after ordering. Lensabl needs to contact customer of issues with prescription asap. Why was I told there as an issue with my prescription 20 days after uploading it, which in turn caused further delays? Also, why are lenses not passing quality control?! I've been getting glasses my entire life and I've never heard of this. Hire more competent technicians! These are solvable problems. Lensabl is just a bad company. Period. I will not be choosing them again and I will be telling all to stay clear.

Lensabl is the worst online buying experience I've ever had. They have horrible customer support and lie. Had to email 5 times over 2 mos. For status of my lense replacement and then they tell they lost my frames. They are evil and not reputable.
I'm a returning customer and as the first experiance was great I descited to place a second order. I placed my order on March 20 2023 and i am still waiting. Everytime i reach out to them i get the same response "At the moment, we are still waiting for a response from our lab manager regarding the update on your order". If i didnt know better id say this place is a scam. The one time i got through vie phone to customer support they were no help and just rude. Safe to say i will never use Lensabl again and by the time i get this order ill have to get new lenses. Its a JOKE!
Bought a new pair of Oakley frames sent to Lensabl for new prescription set they look and feel great they did it for a great price and let me know when the item was being shipping!

After receiving glasses that weren't quite right, Lensables asked for them to be returned. They fixed the problem and returned them to me with all problems resolved.

Unprofessional. Very hard to reach. Bad consultation, didn't know themselves which lenses to order. Then promised me my frames would work. Did not hear back for weeks. Then claimed I hadn't submitted my photo (which I had). Resubmitted photo. Never heard back for week. Now they tell me they cannot do it and charge me 25 Bucks - for nothing.

I sent in an order using the exact same prescription and other dimensions as the last two sets of lenses I had done at Lensabl. I was sent back my glasses with the lenses reversed in the frames rendering them unusable. After a few email and phone exchanges with Lensabl, they finally took my glasses back and corrected the mistake, but it took nearly a month for that to happen with many more email exchanges before it did.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
