I used lensdirect to replace some lenses and they took forever, screwed them up and customer service was terrible. Had to send them back and it took even longer for them to fix them. So I tried Lensable and they were 100% better. Had them back before I knew it. Glasses were packed much better than lensdirect and they gave me a much nicer case. Lensable is the one to use!

Unfortunately they were major delays in completing my order, even after I provided the PD information requested. Your web page was showing a false status of my order, it does not correlate to the stage my order was. I had to make multiple calls to find out the status. There was no communication from Lensabl unless I called or do live chat. My lenses came back much darker than expected, I chose medium and they arrived very dark.

Their quality control is seriously lacking as they sent me someone else's glasses. I've been waiting a month for my glasses and they still can't locate them - but they have not refunded me the lens charge and the charge for the frames that they lost and they are not even responding to me anymore. If they have such poor quality control re tracking glasses, I have no faith that my prescription will actually be correct either.

Everything happened on-time. The problem is, one of the lenses Lensabl supplied does not actually fit into the eyeglasses frame. It protrudes on one side, and keeps popping out of the frame. I rank that as a FAILURE.

After being quoted a half price rate by my local optometrist office for replacement lenses following cataract surgery, I decided to explore other resources including online businesses. I liked my old frames from years ago but they were falling apart so I bought the exact frames on ebay. I went to LensCrafters and the price I was quoted was ridiculous for them to put some new lenses in for me. I thought that there had to be a better way so I said no thanks and did some research and found Lensabl. I don't know how they got my measurements from some pictures I uploaded but my glasses and prescription (with progressives and transitions) are perfect. I will be using them again.

This is my second time ordering replacement lenses from Lensabl. I had dropped my glasses on pavement and scratched the lenses but the frames (previously purchased at a in person store) were still in great condition, and I really liked them. The process was easy and my lenses are perfect! My first experience was about 3 years ago, and due to a similar situation and the experience was just as good. I highly recommend Lensabl. Apparently, I am tough on lenses… so I'm sure I will be back.

Had a 40+ year old pair of Converse sports glasses. Think Abdul-Jabbar. They had clear prescription lenses. My vision over the past 40 years has improved to not needing prescription anymore. I sent Lensabl the frames, picked the darkest shade lens and voila, they returned a perfectly fitted lens that I now wear quite stylishly for pickleball. Rebirth to old frames. Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
