Glasses have disappeared!

Lensabl has had my glasses a month! Impossible to reach because they don't have a phone no. Available Don't send your glasses to them for a lens change.

Change of a prescription
February 15, 2019

So I ordered my new lens and I was not able to see the lens were blurry, so i went back to my eye doctor to have the prescription checked and it was correct so now i have a new RX and now in order to get the correct lens I have to pay more $ after spending $ 250. Guess this is a warning to others not to do business with on line companies

FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!

I bought really beautiful and expensive SALT frames. Instead of spending another $300+ on lenses, I decided to try Lensabl. I could not be happier with the product and the entire customer experience. The website made it so easy to send in my frames and input my prescription. I also got my completed glasses back very quickly, as promised. I was so pleased when my frames were returned to me in the perfect, new condition in which I sent them to Lensabl. The lenses are also are perfect. They are more crystal clear than what I have gotten from my optometrist's shop. Sometimes, glasses make me queasy, but not these. Lensabl clearly got the measurements right. Normally, even with insurance, I need to spend many hundreds of dollars to get new frames and lenses. I typically wear contacts because owning a large selection of glasses is unaffordable, especially if you need to routinely update your lens prescription. Lensabl was such a bargain. Now I won't feel guilty about splurging on expensive frames. Lensabl is also going to make it affordable for me to give my old frames new life by finally being able to replace my outdated lenses. I will never use my optometrist for my lenses ever again.

Not As Promised

I don't even know where to start.
Sent them a brand new pair of Vuarnet frames. I specifically asked them to return the 2 original lenses. They stated no problem.
Asked them to produce for me a progressive lens, brown Polarized, with a mirrored finish.
What I received a month later was a far cry from what was asked for.
Gray progressive lenses, no mirrored finish, a chipped frame, and one original lens missing.
I called and spoke to Andy... who assured me, not only verbally, but through email, via his assistant... that they would make amends by replacing the frame, correcting the lenses, and sending me back the 2 original lenses as requested.
I sent them back to damaged frames... and again proceeded to wait for almost another month.
What did I get back?
The same broken frame, the lenses corrected, and still minus one original lens.
I have a trail of emails that will corroborate all this.
For me, personally... never again.

I placed an order for reading lenses through Lensabl on 16 January. As these were for use in frames that I had recently purchased in Europe I wasn't sure that replacement lenses could be found. On top of that, negative reviews regarding the length of time to receive lenses back left me a but concerned. Nevertheless, I took a chance with Lensabl and I'm so glad I did! The glasses arrived this morning (2 weeks exactly) and they are perfect. Throughout the order process, Lensabl kept me informed of the stage of activity and when I received them back they were packaged in a solid box with a new case and cleaning solution. This is professional service from start-to-finish and I will certainly use Lensabl for any future lens needs. Highly recommended!

Bent frames
January 25, 2019

My order took about 2 weeks but when it came back, I noticed that the nosepiece between the lense area was bent such that the lense portion now forms a v'. It fit horribly and gave me headaches. Sent an email to lensable who asked that I shipped it back. After another round of shipment it's better but still fits tight and uncomfortable. I asked for new lenses- Don't know why they thought to add in an extra frame adjustment service that was so poorly done.

Awesome customer service

I used Lensabl in December to order lenses for my daughter. The lenses came back perfect, and we are very satisfied. Today, as I was playing with some pricing numbers on the website, I decided to back out of the order. About 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Andy, who is a representative from Lensabl. Andy stated that he was checking up to see if I had any problems ordering or if I had any questions. Andy spent a good 15 minutes chatting with me about different combinations that would best suit my daughter. I found that Andy's customer service was going above and beyond. Using Lensabl Is really the best way to save money and purchase amazing lenses. I would highly recommend Lensabl.

If you're looking to get a new pair of name brand glasses but want to save a bunch of money, the process to do so through multiple websites can admittedly be a bit tedious. It is well worth the trouble though. You just need to find a great deal online for some frames you like on eBay or amazon, lensabl will then put in lenses for you at around 60-100 bucks. You won't find a deal like that anywhere else. They send you a box, work quickly, ship quickly, and do a great job. I just got a brand new pair of Ray bans that would have cost 450-500 at lenscrafters for $210 all in, no insurance. All the waiting for the frames (obviously not lensabl's fault) and the wait between getting lenses is certainly not a super quick process, but if you have a week or two to wait, this site is an important piece in saving serious cash.

Also if you break the lenses in the frames you currently have, lensabl is obviously a no-brainer.

First time customer, and really satisfied. Just started needing reading glasses and bought a new pair of frames with the hopes of getting new lenses fitted at a reasonable cost without having to go into a store. Found lensabl though a quick search but was hesitant to pull the trigger given some prior customer concerns around turnaround time. Well, it took about 3 weeks start to finish, which is pretty quick considering I placed my order before Christmas and I also chose to have lensabl ship me a box. If I wasn't so lazy, I could have cut out almost a week by printing out a ship free label from lensabl and dropping my frames into the mail myself. Add another week or so of shipping back to lensabl, and then another week to fulfill my order and get it back to me. I was surprised to see my frames in my mailbox considering they received the frames Christmas Eve and managed to turn them around and get them to me by the time I returned to work after New Years.

The workmanship is first rate and I've had no problems with the lens fit, quality of lenses, execution of the prescription itself, or any noticeable issue with the frames. They even returned the original sunglass lenses in case I wanted to go back to shades in the future. And price was very competitive vs. other online options and MUCH less expensive than local brick & mortar establishments. I plan on coming back again and already told a bunch of my friends to give it a shot. Thanks!

I love the way my glasses turned out! And they shipped them super quick! They take a little longer in the lab than I'd have liked but if you're not in a hurry to get your new glasses, this is a great economical option.

Great experience

I was skeptical at first about using Lensabl due to some negative reviews floating around online, but decided to take a chance on it with some frames that I bought overseas. I have a very high prescription (-7.5/8 range), so was especially nervous. In the end, my experience was great -- I felt like the company really cared about doing a good job for me, and I received my glasses back very quickly, in perfect condition, with the correct prescription. Highly recommend this service!

TOOK FOREVER

It's day 36 and I am still waiting on my glasses to even ship! I have had to constantly email them about receiving them back and they give me a new excuse every time. I would have paid twice the amount at Lenscrafters had I known it would take this long! So frustrating when their website promises 2 weeks or less.

I sent them my spare frames to get my updated prescription put in them. The PD thing made me a little nervous. If you don't know your PD, they want you to send them a picture of yourself holding a credit card under your nose. Whatever... it's $77. It's totally worth it to see if it'll work.

Anyways, the process took just about three weeks. I didn't put a ton of time into reading through their process, and timetables, but I know it says that it takes on average about two weeks from the time they receive your lenses.

When I received my frames back I was immediately impressed. This is a clone pair to the ones I originally purchased through LensCrafters. I have this morning ritual where I clean my glasses with hot water, and dish soap. It gets rid of the face grease, and it's the best way to clean your glasses without scratching them in my opinion. When cleaning the lens crafters pair- I noticed the lenses always seemed loose in The frames. As I cleaned them between my thumb, and pointer finger- there was obvious movement, and flex going on there. With the Lensabl pair- they are solid! No movement. $77? How the heck do they make money?

I just sent them another set of frames- these seem to be taking longer, but I'm not in a hurry so I don't really care as they never promised any set time frame.

I knew there had to be a better way to get lenses than going to my doctor. They always try and get me to buy new frames and it costs hundreds of dollars. I did a simple Google search and found Lensabl. The site was very easy to navigate and there offered tons of lens options

I ordered new prescription sun lenses for my Warby Parker frames. The whole process from the day I ordered until I got the really awesome box (with case and spray) back took under 2 weeks (I expected longer frankly). I see some horror stories on other reviews but I don't quite get it. I originally left my PD off but Lensabl sent 2 emails requesting this and I finally sent it in. Doesn't seem to have delayed my order at all. These long wait times it seems like are due to people not providing all the info Lensabl needs to make your lenses.

These lenses are as good, if not better, than what I get from my doctor, and I honestly saved over $200. Legit going to buy more frames now that I know Lensabl exists.

After 57 day, and my having to personally push the process thru repeated contact, my glasses arrived from lensabl. Be prepared to personally shepherd the process should something go off course, they seem to have no other process other than responding to
Customer queries to track the progress of orders once they drop the ball.

Sep 13. Order Snapchat Spectacles from lensabl with my Rx
(the only place to get prescription version is lensabl)
(lensabl doesn't even need to have me ship them my old frames)

2 weeks into the order, the status said it is ready to ship, then didn't ship b/c it didnt pss QA. They said I would get it by Nov 7. Now it's pass that date. Now they don't even know when it done.
