Your patience and support were wonderful. After dealing with LensCrafters who wanted me to buy the same frames (nothing wrong) with my frames. Then telling me it would be better for the discount, I spent 1/2 and am so impressed with the price, process and turn around time. Thank you again.

As others have said, price and speed is decent, but the quality is just not there. The lenses seemed like they were just slapped in there without much thought. The left lens does not seem to be aligned properly. I understand Trivex might be slightly thicker than then poly or higher index lenses, but I am -2.0 in the left and -1.75 in the right, so I don't understand why there is so much difference in size. Note that this does not seem to be the result of bumping during shipping, I tried to apply some light pressure to move the lens around but it didn't budge. The edges of the left lens are definitely thicker by quite a bit relative to the right.

I'll be keeping them since you can't really tell unless you are holding them, and I don't want to be without my glasses for another week and a half, but I expected a bit more.

Hey Josh - so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the way your lenses have been mounted into your frames! I can assure you they were not just slapped in, as we use precision and care in all lens mounting. As you mentioned, Trivex is a thicker material and the difference in magnification of each eye (must take the CYL and AXIS into account as well) can cause the lenses to appear slightly different sizes.

With that said, but I do see the issue you are referring to and want you to know we would be happy to bring the frames back in and investigate further if you'd like. I had two pairs of non-prescription sun glasses that had both become scratched. I was optimistic when I saw the lensabl ad because I had been unable to find a local eye glass shop that would put new lenses in my frames (fear of breaking the frames). Lensabl did a great job from initial contact with customer service, ease of sending in my glasses, rapidity of service, and return. I just got my glasses back today and I am thrilled!

They see me

I ordered some glasses. Sent in the prescription, glasses arrived. COould not see clearly out of them. Put them aside. Waited a day and wore them again. Vision no better. Contacted them, was told by Rudy that I had submitted a contact lens prescription--my error. He sent me a return postage thingie and I sent the incorrect glasses back along with the CORRECT SPECTACLES prescription. In about 1 and 1/2 weeks, the new ones were sent to me and I can see quite well with them. Great customer service. Very pleased with these lenses.

I could not be more pleased with Lensabl. Ordering first of all is a breeze, and I love the option of sending in the frames yourself with their prepaid label with one day shipping. I received my frames completed with lenses within 2 weeks, so I was very happily surprised. The quality of the lenses and the workmanship on them is impeccable. I had also placed another order with them where there was a slight problem - but the customer service representative I had the pleasure to work the issue through was wonderful. He basically took my case on personally, was cheerful and willing to assist all the way through - and I couldn't be happier with their care and dedication in customer satisfaction. It's so rare to have customer service that's as great as their team - they have all been so accommodating, friendly and so helpful. I feel that my needs and frames are under great care with Lensabl, and I (as an eyewear enthusiast) will be a customer of theirs for life.

Lensabl provides an excellent, reasonably priced product in an efficient and timely way. And what is more, the organization provides a 90-day guarantee for its products. And throughout the ordering, production and shipping process, the organization keeps the customer in the communication loop. As an example, I inadvertently scratched one of my new lenses shortly after receiving them. Without having carefully read the guarantee, I emailed the company to ask if it could buff the lens or replace it. A representative responded in a timely way that the lens was still covered under the warranty. He provided me detailed information about how to ship the lens out for replacement. I have been kept informed about its place in the queue. As a quality service/product delivery system consultant to organizations worldwide, I have found Lensabl to be in a very small minority that delivers on its promises not only in providing an excellent product at a reasonable price but in servicing its products with excellence after the sale.

Basically great

Used and happy with their product and speed
I did, however, get a small scratch on one lens but they refused to honor the warranty and want full price for replacement, so on this I lowered my star and will advise anyone I recommend about this

I love Lensabl! Great product, great customer service! I purchased the expedited shipping, and it was only 8 days from the date I shipped off my frames to the date I had them back in my hands with new lenses. (They also sent me back my old lenses, which I really appreciated.) My lenses were and still are perfect.

A week or so after my new lenses arrived, I reached out to customer service to ask some general questions about care and to purchase the extended warranty, as well as a few cleaning kits. The Lensabl rep responded quickly and went out of his way to be very helpful.

I highly recommend Lensabl and will definitely be a repeat customer!

They put the wrong lenses in my glasses.

Once they get paid they want nothing to do with you.
So the best thing folks is for no one to use this rip off service.
Take it from me and the others on here and boycott them.

I'm a photographer and filmmaker, my sight is everything to me. I took a gamble on lensable, was treated with absolute care and kindness throughout the process. Frames are bent

Received my glasses today. The frames are bent out of shape and are now rendered unwearable. I expect a full refund for the lenses and the frames which they destroyed.

Well worth the wait

2 prior brick and mortar locations botched the lenses for my very nice set of Silhouette frames. Their prices were high and the quality was third rate - picture monkeys banging stones together bad. Lensabl showed up in an online search so I gave them a shot. I'll be a repeat customer. When you select rolled and polished edges, you actually get rolled and polished edges. And the drill mounts were properly placed. USPS can be a bit slow, but the execution on the lenses was well worth the wait.

Look, I ordered my glasses just about 6 months ago. I barely received them about 2 weeks ago. Why does this deserve a 5 star you say? Well first off, my first pair of glasses were stolen via transport. After I figured that out with my carrier, Lensabl was eager to get things going. But after they messed up my package and shipped them to the wrong person, they offered to replace my glasses free of charge. Which is something that literally MOST companies will not provide without some charge. That being said, they worked on my glasses and got them to me ASAP. That, my dear readers, is amazing customer service. If you think that's $#*!ty, you probably have no empathy and are a bit entitled to having everything going your way, which hopefully you know by now as adults, life does not work that way. I recommend this company 100x rather that going to any company owned by Luxottica Group, who charge you obscene prices for the same deal. Don't be stupid, if it takes longer, it's worth it. Don't pay $400 for the same product people.
